Hello, I purchased the Minomog template a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I have spent a lot of time trying to contact technical support, but without success — there has been no response. When installing the “Bedding” template, the images/products are not displayed; the installation appears to be incorrect.

Hi, Theme design and features look good. Interested in buying the theme. Just one question. Does your theme have the feature to create a promotional/newsletter popup when visitors land on the website for the 1st time? So, I need to pay extra to have the discount popup?! I can see Foxkit app free version is very limited as I can see, and therefore my question is, do I need to pay extra for the app just to build the popup the way mentioned? IF yes, then this is a huge turnoff.

I will copy paste the crucial part of the answer to ensure the statement is still valid or not. Is the “Private Plan for Minimog Users” still valid? If yes, is the limit still the same “for the Minimog users” as you mentioned in the response couple years ago? Please confirm ASAP. I want to make sure that $89 is all I pay and get all the features with “following mentioned limit” that you mentioned forever. I do not want to pay for Foxkit after 6 months. Thanks for taking the time to look into this — that’s a very fair question, and I’m glad you asked for clarification.

To confirm clearly: - You do not need to pay an ongoing FoxKit subscription just to have a promotional / newsletter popup when you purchase Minimog. - The “Private plan for Minimog users” is still valid. - After purchasing Minimog, you can install FoxKit and activate the Minimog license via FoxHome. Once activated, the Minimog-included limits apply, not the public FoxKit paid plans.

If you ever need higher limits or more advanced features, you can upgrade the app plan anytime.

how do we change the color of the text links? the text with hyperlinks are of the same color which makes it hard to spot an actual link.

I am having troubles logging into the FoxHOme thing. When I sign up it takes me to my shop and all i see is this FoxKit Sales boost app. I dont see the Foxhome page to put my code in or anything.

Does your theme support Video shop functionality

Yes, the Minimog theme supports video functionality. You can add videos to product media, product pages, and various homepage sections (such as video heros, slideshow with video sliders, and custom sections). This allows you to showcase products with videos directly in your store.

However, please note that Video Shop–style features (like native TikTok/Instagram in-app shopping feeds) are not built in by default. Those typically require third-party apps or platform integrations.

I’m experiencing a bug with the template on my website.

When I click a Collection List, it opens the correct collection page, but the products displayed are wrong. As you can see in the screenshot attached, the same products keep repeating at the top and bottom of the page, even though the collection should show different items.

It looks like the collection is not filtering correctly and is showing a repeated set of products instead of the actual items inside that collection.

I checked your minimog demo but how do I change sticky bottom menu icons, I want to show text with icons and add any icons or links how I will do that.

Great question!

You can easily achieve this using the FoxKit app — specifically the Variant Group Images feature. This lets you display only the images of the selected variant automatically when a customer clicks on a swatch or variant option, no custom coding required.

For the Variant Group Images feature, you can use it for free as a Minimog user. It becomes available once your theme license is activated.

So there’s no extra cost for this feature if you’re using the Minimog theme.

Hello, I am interested in your Minimog theme. I am trying to log in to your “foxhome” link to try out the theme. When it asks for my page URL, it redirects me directly to my own Shopify account. I cannot access your panel. I have also installed the required FoxKit and Foxify apps, but I still cannot log in.
