From time to time, my website suffers from having shortcode visible on the front-end. Why does this happen? I guess it’s update related?
e.g. this is visible on the front-end:
My theme is always updated to the last available on Themeforest. (4.0.2 at this time)

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I checked the “ANPS theme plugin” before as well. It has version 1.1.1 and when clicking “check for updates” it mentioned “up to date”.
The article mentions “Visual composer”, which I think refers to WP Bakery, which has been updated as well to the last version.
The procedure is the same for the anps_theme_plugin; it needs to be updated manually. You can follow the same steps outlined in the instructions for the Visual Composer plugin.

Hi, I can’t install the theme, even by FTP downloading. When I clic on activate, I have a screen with the text “link has expired”. There is no way to do anything else. Please help me as soon as possible. I never met this problem on wordpress and I am used on it for a long time.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I completely understand your concern regarding Revolution Slider. Unfortunately, their team has discontinued support for ThemeForest authors and no longer provides us with updated versions for bundled use in themes.
That said, the version included with our themes will continue to work as before, and we are actively exploring possible solutions or alternatives to ensure you won’t be left without options in the future.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this change may cause and really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on a path forward.
If you’d like to keep using the latest features and updates of Revolution Slider right away, the best option for now is to purchase a personal license directly from the plugin developer. However please give us some time to exlore other solutions.

Hello, no sadly images are not included as usually clienct get there own images that suite them.
Some of these images are older images, back then a subscription for 30$ / month offered you multiple images for download.

Should have read reviews and comments. Obviously I wasn’t the only one misled about the demo content and the author replies with blanket statement and not responding to refund request. That speaks for itself. Bad business, find another theme, much better options at this price point.

Demo content was not included in the files. When I put in a support ticket I was given a blanket statement on how to install one-click demo plugin. I want a refund.

Hi there.
I made a site using Accounting with Visual Composer back in 2016. In 2019, my client stoped paying hosting and the site turned off.
They came back to me some weeks ago and asked me to start over. I could fortunately catch back the domain name and launch a successful backup i made back then.
The site is now online, back and front. However, the theme is 2.5 and i only managed to upgrade PHP version up to 7.0.
When i try upgrading to last theme version (3.8.1), i’ve got a big bug : all the Visual Composer blocks disappear and the frontend shows shortcodes instead.
I also tried to upgrade WP Bakery with no result. Eventually I got back to old settings.
Do you know this ? If in renew my support, would you assit me with that or should I let the site run with old settings ?

Sure… I already had Version 1.1.1 The blocks bug is still there when changing the theme version from 2.5.2 to 3.8.1 Wp Bakery is also up to date. Can it be something else ?
If it is only not showing icon shortcode then you will need to change to anps_icon shortcode. If it is something else you will need to open a support ticket and include site URL and wp-admin login data.
