1) I see that some demos do not include a blog. Is it possible to have it in all demos or only in some of them? 2) Is it possible to import a different header taken from another demo?

Hello, I have a question. I’ve check most of the templates and noticed an issue across all of them. When you click on a room and then select “Book,” it redirects to a search results page displaying all available rooms instead of the one selected. From a UX perspective, this could be a problem.. If a user clicks “Book,” he expect to proceed directly to the checkout flow to complete their reservation. Is it possible to have this? Thank you.

There is an option to disable search result page so it will redirect user to checkout page when you click book button as well.

I’m working with the singleroom_one_third section and need a bit of guidance.

1. Button color: Is there a built‑in option to change the button color for this section, or does it require custom CSS? I haven’t been able to find a setting in the theme panel or the room template options.

2. Section disappearing on new pages: When I follow the instructions to create a new page using the recommended template, the singleroom_one_third section disappears entirely. Is this expected behavior, or is there a specific template or setting required to keep that section visible?

3. Adding the location map: I’d also like to add the location map into the singleroom_one_third layout. Is there a theme option for this, or does it need to be added manually through a shortcode or custom block?

I read some of the other comments to see if I could find a solution but I wasn’t able to find what I needed. I tried to submit a ticket but the Hoteller theme is not listed in the dropdown or on the articles page. Any guidance on these three items would be greatly appreciated.

We have purchased the theme Hoteller Booking WordPress and we have it already running and working properly with Stripe as the only payment gateway on checkout. Our client wants to add one more popular payment gateway option (Viva.com​) in the checkout process (additionally to Stripe), we have tried everything, we haven’t found a way yet to implement it.

The website for the Viva payment gateway is: https://www.viva.com/en-eu , their plugin (Viva.com – WooCommerce Smart Checkout plugin​) is based on WooCommerce but they also have API and other options, some documentation they have: https://developer.viva.com/plugins/

​We have asked the support from Viva.com and they told us that, since our Hoteller Booking WordPress​ website does not use WooCommerce for checkout, we cannot use their “WooCommerce Smart Checkout plugin”. Instead, we should integrate Viva.com Smart Checkout directly into our custom checkout flow with an API (coding).

Viva.com Smart Checkout is a hosted payment page that we can redirect our customers to for secure payment processing, like Stripe does. This solution supports a wide range of payment methods (including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and many local options) and is designed for custom integrations like ours and has become very popular.

To implement Viva.com Smart Checkout, we were given those instructions:

1. Our client has already created a Viva.com account. 2. Our client has already set-up a ​payment source for online payments in his Viva.com dashboard, pointing to the website. 3. We have to use the Smart Checkout API to create payment orders and redirect our customers to the Viva.com payment page. 4. We have to h​andle payment notifications and webhooks to update our booking system after payment completion.

We will probably need pre-authorizations for reservations, and maybe custom payment flows too, which would be related to Webhooks, right?

This would be an extra cost that I would have to pass on to our client, is it guaranteed that if we pay for extended support, this additional payment gateway (Viva.com) will be added by your team to the website’s checkout process and we will actually get results on this matter?

Your policy says that extended support includes:

- Availability of the author to answer questions - Get assistance with reported bugs and issues - Help with included 3rd party assets

And that extended support does not include: - Customizations and installations

Sorry for asking again, but I want to make it clear that spending for the extended support is actually gonna solve our problem. The Viva.com payment gateway addition in the checkout process would be basically helping with a 3rd party asset but also a bit of customization and guidance… I’m confused.

Hello, I got another question which I hope you could provide me with a response. My customer asked if we can block all new reservations if made by guest after 10PM on the same day. This is in order to have people arriving in the middle of the night. Is that something that we can do with the theme?

On that area, we can only set minimum advance reservation by nights (0, 1, ...).

If I set, minimum = 1 night, what does it translate to time in hours and date?

What we are trying to achieve is we don’t want guests to reserve a room for the same day after 10PM

Hi, I’m testing other demo imports on a test server. I’ve unregistered the license from the prod server and naturally, the prod server could not display the menus and other items. So, I’m wondering how the license authentication process is working. I’d like to be certain that in case your license authentication server is down or has network issues, it would not impact our web server. Could you please provide some details here that would comfort us that we’re alwasys safe?

Hi, I have purchased the Hoteller Theme and I’m going through the online documentation. I wanted to create a new Mega Menu and following your article “Creating Mega menu using default WordPress custom menu”, I should be able to open the “menu parent item option box” and add the class megamenu. The problem is that there’s not such class option box on my current setup (Wordpress 6.9, Elementor 3.34.2, Hostinger) Is the documentation just outdated or am I missing something?

I’m fairly annoyed at this theme – I imported Design Hotel demo and all the theme files are corrupted so you can use Elementor to make a new page, but you can’t edit any of the pages in the demo, which is what I bought the theme for. Is there a fix for these?
