I purchased the theme on 2021-10-26 at 21:08:28 UTC and originally registered it under a domain that is no longer available. When attempting to activate the theme on a my new domain, I receive an error indicating that the license is already associated with another domain.
Could you please remove the assignment of my old domain so that I can link the license to my new domain?

You can set it by a custom CSS if you need, the necessary style is provided on the screenshot.

hi, im interested in this theme. is it possible to have the proofing gallery linked to the shop. eg. client accesses the selected gallery, selects which photos they want to purchase and goes to checkout?

And in the product, set it virtual and add a photo or an archive with photos that will be available after the purcahse and the download link will be send by email to the customer after the purchase.
i dont think im understanding.
i give my client the access code to the proofing gallery. he accesses the proofing gallery and selects which photos he wants to purchase. he selects 5 photos from that proofing gallery and goes to checkout to pay for the 5 photos.
So essentially each proofing gallery is an individual shop. As there will be many clients and each client has a unique gallery where they need to purchase from.
Yes, you send a link to the client’s proofing gallery and psw. He select photos. After that, you can send to him a link to the product page (for 5 photos or other quantity). He paid it and after that, you send photos. It’s flexible, so you can set a custom product or a default for 5 photos
Ok thx, so i have to send him a additional link to the product page of the 5 photos for him to purchase, he cant immediately purchase straight from the proofing page (ie. the proofing page acts both as a proofing page and product/shop page)
Unfortunaetly, proofing page is not a shop page, they have different features. You need to create a product and then, you can set a link from the proofing gallery to this product page
Does anyone know how to properly display the gallery icons in PT-Portfolio plugin? The are displayed as square boxes (as unrecognized). I already cleared the cash. This is a common issue?

I couldn’t install this theme because tgm in it uses PHP’s curl_exec() function which is disabled on our servers due to security concerns. Could you perhaps fix this? I had no issues with dozens of other themes, so there should be a better way to do whatever you wanna do that requires tgm.

Just curious about how you’re insisting this awful theme is still in use on my site when it would take two seconds to see it is very clearly not. Also – I can see that you deactivated a license right here just three months ago – so why were you pretending that you couldn’t do that when I reached out less than 24 hours after purchasing to say I couldn’t use it and that I had to wipe the entire website and replace it with a backup version after your theme was fatally incompatible with my site?
I’ve been struggling with this thing and have figured that I have to build from scratch to make things work. Can I get a refund?

I’ve encountered a really weird new bug. My home page, the image doesn’t expand to fit the screen for all web browsers while using a computer. This error only appears in web browsers and not tablets or phones. However the moment I adjust the browser window size it will suddenly fill as it always had. I can’t see what you mean. I wrote already a few tickets. You told me it’s a plugin problem – I fixed it. Next update which was coming, the problem plopped up again….every time I do updates. I like your theme, but these testimonials are really shitty and pissing me off now real bad, cause its already the 10th time ore more I am facing this issue.

I have purchased Novo them and installed it with all the plugins and demo content. the content doesn’t show up plus the edit tab to actually edit the page is missing at the top of the wordpress menu bar, so as you can imagine i’m not getting very far. I have deactivated your theme and the edit function returns, but as soon as I switch back to Novo I have the same deal, not edit tab.
