Please upload zip by ftp and then select zip in installer, seems like your server have to low limit for file upload

as for iqitextendedproduct i think you can save upgrade it. but elementor must be upgraded together with themes
also there is workaround, use video id in url format for standard video

Do you plan to make theme update more user-friendly like other themes through one-click update, now we need to do it in the old-fashion way by copying files manually via ftp.

yes, for child template there is no other way
There is a bug that has never happened before in version is 4.6.4, ps 8.2
If I edit custom CSS and hit save, products won’t load (spinner spins but never loads products, page builder doesn’t work).
Check your custom css and js for broken parts, maybe you have some unclosed tag
also if you have additional cache in your store, make sure to refresh it

Hello, Clean install Prestashop 8.2.3 Warehouse: 4.72
Category view.
In mobile view the filter is no longer showing like it used to in older Warehouse versions.
I don’t want faceted search on center column, I want it in left hand column in desktop view and a Filter button in mobile view.
What am i missing?

Thanks for the reply however I don’t feel it fair to pay $80 dollars for a fix that is an issue due to no fault of my own. The faceted search isn’t being hidden by any css. It’s just not there above the product list like it should be. This is a clean install.

I am planning a major upgrade for my store and would like to confirm the correct order of operations to ensure compatibility.
Current Environment:
PrestaShop: 8.2
Warehouse Theme: 4.7.2
PHP Version: 8.3
Target Environment:
PrestaShop: 9.0.1
Warehouse Theme: 4.8 (latest version)
My proposed workflow:
Upgrade the PrestaShop core from 8.2 to 9.0.1 first.
After the core upgrade, upload/replace the theme files to update Warehouse from 4.7.2 to 4.8.
Questions:
Is this the correct and recommended order of actions?
Is Warehouse Theme version 4.8 fully compatible with PrestaShop 9.0.1 running on PHP 8.3?

Yes it is correct order. Today I released 4.8.1 version with some small bugfixes. I recommend to add step 0 – check all your 3 part modules for compability with prestashop 9, some still do not work with ps 9
so you reccomend to hold with upgrading to presta 9 ?
IF all your 3 part modules are compatible you can upgrade

they are in folder with style import, in folder for each style there is page builder laout, themeditor settings, and revolution slider demo slider(if it is used in particural demo)

I’m very curious about two things:
How is the rewritten Warehouse theme progressing? When can we expect it? (Just asking with full respect – I don’t want to put any pressure on you.)
For the new rewritten version, will it be possible to simply update the theme, or will a fresh installation be required?

Theme release date is scheluded for 2026, I can not say anything more yet about that.
It will be theme with littlebit diffrent architecture so direct upgrade will be not possible.
Hey. After upgrade prestashop 8.2.0 to 8.2.3, and Warehouse theme from 4.6.4 to 4.7.2 the mobile (hamburger) menu and eyeglass icon (search option) stoped working and are non-clickable anymore. It doesn’t matter which Mobile Header Style I choose. These two options don’t work on mobile devices, and only the search magnifier doesn’t work on desktop devices. Clearing the cache doesn’t help.
OK. I restored a PrestaShop 8.2.0 from backup with Warehouse 4.6.4 – everything works fine. After updating only Warehouse theme from 4.6.4 to 4.7.2 (PrestaShop is still 8.2.0), the problem persists. The magnifying glass icon is unclickable, and the hamburger menu doesn’t work. Customers also report that the shopping cart icon isn’t working.There seems to be a problem with the package “4.6.4 to 4.7.2”
There is no problem in package, it will be something related to your enviroment. Do you have child template? if so you need to manualu upgrade it becouse it is possible that you have now new theme partially overiden by old one, IF you do not have child, make sure all files during upgrade are uploaded and all ps caches are cleared

Hello, a question: To switch to version 4.8 of the theme from 4.72, I must first update PS to version 9. During the Prestashop update, should I temporarily switch to the default theme, or can I keep Warehouse active (and then update its files)?

It should stay the same, if you have child theme do not forget to manual upgrade it by comparing child files with files from upgrade package

My recommendation if you are on PS8 if you do not need new features of PS9 you can hold, if you are on ps 1.7 then work to upgrade directli to 9

I solved it. Did full clear of browser cache and it helped.
Hi, my custom links do not appear in the submenu. Anything else is working, but when i select Content type->Various links->select at the button the links which i have created…they do not display in the submenu. I tried a lot of combinations ,different settings, but no luck. Anyone had this problem ? warehouse ver.4.7.1 / Presta 8.2.1. Thank you.

Same error with another PS. Both updating PS from 1.7.8 to 8.2.3 and the latest warehouse version. At first, I thought it could be the server, but in this case, it’s on a different server. It’s strange — it must be something related to the theme.
It does not have to be related to theme, it maybe caused by some 3 part module, its hard to say without detailed check of the issue

hi, have some plans to update elementor? your version is very old and there are many new features available in new version.
the megamenu plugin is not really well optimized, for big contents it consume lot of resources.
