I have successfully installed the theme and completed the demo import without any errors.
However, when we visit vendor listing pages such as https://myclient.in/wevadir/vendor/wedding-cake/, the listings are not displaying.Additionally, when a listing page is created and I attempt to connect Preferred Vendors, the connection does not seem to work. I’m unable to understand how this feature is expected to function, as the vendors are not appearing on the frontend.
Could you please review this issue and guide us on the correct configuration to ensure vendor listings and preferred vendors display properly?

I’ve contacted you 4 times over the last 20 days regarding the vendor and couple login/dashboard pages, which are displaying messy/broken on my site. I’ve confirmed the correct page templates, all required plugins are installed and updated, and I’m not using any optimization plugin. Hello, I purchased the WeddingDir – Directory & Listing WordPress Theme. The download for “All files & documentation” is only 28MB and does NOT include the Plugins folder. The theme requires several plugins (wdir-core, wdir-listing, wdir-contact, etc.) but these are missing. Please re-issue the FULL WordPress package download. Thank you.

I have sent numerous support emails dating back to the 24th October and have gotten no replies. Considering this is the most expensive theme I have ever purchased, the lack of support has a lot to be desired.
Can you please help resolve the below issues:
The locations are not displaying on the search bar even though they are all added on the backend.
I would like to list the Wedding Suppliers in alphabetical order, but there is no option to do so. I even tried manually putting them in order but when I save them, they still do not appear in order.
I need the supplier page to display full site width and default to grid not list, but there is no option to do so.
I set the currency to Euro but it still displays in Dollars.
I need to remove the Working hours widget and rearrange the order of the remaining widgets, but there is no option to do so.
There is no option to edit the menu font, spacing or font weight, I had to use custom CSS to do so.
When you do a search in the search bar and the results page opens, the map does not display until you click on it.
I need to add some text to the suppliers page, but there is no option to do so. You can only add text on the category and this text displays in the header which does not look good.
I need to remove the favourite and hired icons, but there is no option to do so.
I need to add the Request Pricing button to the contact supplier form, but there is no option to do so.
I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience.

Question #1: The locations are not displaying in the search bar even though they are added in the backend.
→ Please make sure each location is assigned to at least one listing. Empty locations (for example, 10,000 locations without listings) will not appear on the frontend, as it would not make sense to show locations with no results. I hope this clarifies the issue.
Question #2: I would like to list the Wedding Suppliers in alphabetical order, but there is no option to do so.
→ Are you referring to the location dropdown in the homepage slider search section, or the vendor listings shown using the Elementor widget on a page? Please confirm.

→ Edit the page and choose the appropriate container option (Custom Container / Container Fluid) in the page settings. Once full-width is enabled, you can easily adjust the layout using the Elementor widget.

Hi there, I’m not sure how but I just had a user try to change their password. But somehow they managed to make it over to the WordPress native or Woo commerce native process instead of using the vendor pop-up window or modal window. How do I make sure that that’s closed off and that they’re only using the WeddingDir login process

WeddingDir user ( Vendor and Couple ) never access the admin dashboard ( wp-admin ) if they open then page my code will redirect to the user ( vendor / couple ) dashboard profile page.

Hello, I have a few questions before purchasing. The site has an Admin account, a Seller account, and a Couples account, correct? What capabilities does the Admin account offer? Does the Seller section have more promotional tools, or does it seem quite basic with limited customization options? The portal has options to add paid advertising space, payment options like electronic transfers, options to feature users (sellers) and make them permanent, the Couple Dashboard section can be disabled, and customers can rate sellers. The Couples section seems sufficient with its tools and options, but I’m not entirely sure if the portal is geared more towards couples or sellers and the tools they need to manage their businesses and promotions on the website. In WeddingDir, there are two additional user roles — Couple and Vendor — along with the default WordPress roles (Administrator, Editor, etc.) that function as usual.
As shown in the live demo, Vendors can purchase a pricing plan to create a specific number of listings and access features such as Request a Quote, Reviews, Listing Badges, and more.
If you’d like additional customization or extended functionality, it would be covered under our paid customization services, as per the Item Support Policy.

But on the website status link you provided they are substantially higher and when I asked Siteground about this, they said the values you mention on the website status link are extremely high.
