Please check the footer options on the page. It could be that the footer is disabled in footer options on the page.

Hi. Love theme. I’m using the demo slider on homepage. In the notebook view I cannot get the elements to move. They move in edit mode, but when I preview it, it hasn’t moved. Only in notebook view. All the other devices move without issue. Please advise.

This could be due to the settings for breakpoints in “Globals”. It could be that the breakpoint value doesn’t correspond the notebook screen. Please try setting the “Default notebook content width” to have necessary value (please see screenshot).

Hi, While installing the theme i got an error of SUHOSIN and when i contacted my hosting guy they said something like this “It seems that SUHOSIN is only supported in older PHP versions (below 7.2).
If the theme/plugin strictly requires SUHOSIN, consider replacing it with a modern, supported alternative or contact the theme developer for an update.”
please let me know what to do here

Just to add-on to the concern, the theme import is not working and when we checked the PHP extensions its showing SUHOSIN Extension issue.

The System Info section will show if you have SUHOSIN Extension, however, this is extension is not required for demo import.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
You can also try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

The single staff page uses predefined template by SportsPress plugin. The layout of the first section of the page is predefined by the template, however, the second part can be edited with WPBakery page builder as shown in screenshot. You can enable WPBakery page builder editor for all post types in WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager as shown in screenshot.

Hi, I purchased the TopScorer theme and installed it successfully. However, the download package does not include the required plugins like topscorer-core.zip, WPBakery, or Slider Revolution. The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution and WPBakery page builder) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated.

The theme is supported and it will be continued to be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

Most of our demo pages were a joint creation of our content builders and designers, so unfortunately not every page found on our demo sites has its own PSD or XD file.
The design files are not included in the theme ZIP file. Nonetheless, it is possible to get these files by contacting our support team if you purchase the theme. All you should do is send in a ticket explaining which design file you require, and our agents will be happy to assist you if said PSDs or XDs are available. We should add that not all of the themes have available design files.

there is a display problem with the Masonry plugin in Firefox (and also in the mobile Safari browser). We were also able to reproduce it on the topscorer demo page. https://topscorer.qodeinteractive.com/All Masonry elements are displayed overlapping. If you resize the browser, then the masonry elements will be sorted correctly again.
We have a suspicion that the Masonry plugin is not initializing properly in Firefox (and also in the mobile Safari browser) but could not find the cause ourselves.
Could you check that please?
