Hi, i’ve imported a demo but it seems like when i chenge image background or insert images, i see the images imported in the edit page but not in the published, i clean the cache of the site and elementor but still can’t see theme,

also if a create two block or import blocks, the images show 100%width and all align to the left like if some css force this

I’m contacting you regarding the recent update that was supposed to fix the issue with duplicated image URLs when the featured image is also included inside the property gallery.

After updating to the latest version, I can confirm the following:

On desktop browsers, the problem appears to be correctly resolved.

However, on mobile devices the issue still persists exactly the same.

Additionally, in tablet view the problem has not been resolved either: the featured image continues to appear duplicated inside the gallery carousel.

This keeps generating duplicate image URLs and affects both user experience and SEO consistency.

I have already performed all necessary checks to rule out local problems:

Full cache clearing (browser, server, and SG Optimizer).

Tests in incognito mode.

Verification across different devices and browsers.

The behavior is clear: the fix was only applied to the desktop version, but not to the gallery logic on mobile and tablet.

I would also like to take this opportunity to share some constructive feedback as a long-time Houzez user:

I believe the development focus should be more oriented toward improving real functional aspects of the theme, especially usability and user experience, rather than mainly releasing more and more new demos.

One very important area is the map system. Currently, it has several usability issues:

Performance problems,

Difficult interaction on mobile devices,

Loading and accuracy issues,

And overall a user experience that feels limited and not very fluid.

It would be great if you could consider implementing a hybrid map system or deeper improvements in this area, since maps are one of the most important components for any real estate portal, and right now they don’t fully meet modern usability expectations.

As a customer, my recommendation would be to focus more on:

Improving the CRM,

Optimizing existing components,

Fixing interface and functionality issues,

And polishing the overall user experience,

instead of prioritizing new demos. Demos are useful, but what users really need is stability, real innovation, and practical improvements.

Houzez has always stood out as the number one real estate theme, and I truly believe you can continue leading the market by focusing on what really matters: usability, performance, and functional innovation.

Could you please review the duplicate image issue specifically for mobile and tablet views and consider a definitive fix in the next update?

Hi, I bought your theme 5 years ago and my client asked only for an update 4 years ago. Now I’d like to update the theme to Version 4. I think that I will not need (or only partly) the new functions. For the search builder Elementor block, is it possible to control the order in which items appear in each dropdown, and/or remove certain items from the search dropdown?

To make things more logical, my client would like to group items such as Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, etc. to simplify the experience for his users.

I would like to switch my entire website from English to French. I have already:

Changed the WordPress language to French

Installed and used the Loco Translate plugin

Followed the translation steps provided in your documentation

However, despite these actions, most of the website content still appears in English.

Could you please explain to me, step by step, how to properly translate the entire Houzez theme into French? I am a beginner with WordPress, so a clear and detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.
