Unfortunately, your suggestion does not solve the problem. I am unable to open a support ticket, because registration on your support website is blocked. When trying to create an account at https://thepixelcurve.com/support/, I receive the error message: “Registration blocked.”

This means that, in practice, there is no way for me to contact your support team, even though the theme was purchased legally and support is advertised as part of the product.

Please advise how I am supposed to proceed, given that:

- demo data import fails with Error 503, - your official support channel does not allow new user registrations, - and therefore opening a ticket is impossible.

I kindly ask you to either:

- enable registration on your support site, - provide an alternative way to contact support, - or assist me directly with resolving the demo import issue.

I am looking forward to your prompt response, as at the moment the product is unusable.

Could you please clarify what type of translation you’re expecting

1) If you’re looking to create a multi-language site with a language switcher, you’ll need to use the WPML plugin: https://wpml.org. Our theme is fully compatible with WPML.

2) If you simply want to translate the theme and plugin text strings, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

No, neither will I after this experience. I only buy themes to support the devs. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this theme. Settings you change don’t reflect on the website. You are given no option to edit anything on the customizer. Only few on/off toggles. Elementor header builder is not working at all. Don’t buy this. If you accidently did, refund cuz it’s not functioning at all. Waste of time.
