Hi, I can’t seem to be change the BG color of single posts. Even though I set a BG color from Elementor > Post Settings > Page Options, changes aren’t applied. Is it a bug?

ALL THAT BELOW DIDN’T HELP:

1) I downloaded the file to the same folder https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/103015-gradient-header-1.json

2) Added to .htaccess

Our website was working properly before, but recently the frontend stopped loading. The WordPress admin panel is accessible without any issues.

When the Hub Core plugin is activated, the frontend keeps loading and never opens. When we deactivate Hub Core, the website loads but the entire layout and design are broken.

It seems the issue is directly related to the Hub Core plugin.

Could you please let us know what might be causing this and how we can resolve it?

I have bought the template and are editing one of the sites, (business blocks) There is a “Follow us – fg. lb. p.t.” menu/deadlink in the left of the page, but i can’t find anywhere to remove or edit it… can anyone help?

Good day.

We are currently facing a critical issue after updating the theme yesterday. ticket (#56446)

Situation timeline:

Theme was updated yesterday(29January2026)

Website was then switched from staging to live

Immediately after going live, multiple critical issues started occurring

Current issue: Both the WordPress dashboard and the live website intermittently display the following error:

Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Server-side actions already taken:

PHP version upgraded to PHP 8.3

memory_limit increased to 512M

max_execution_time set to 180

max_input_vars set to 2000

Despite these changes, the issue persists.

This problem is affecting live access and backend operations, and we need to resolve this urgently.

Could you please:

Confirm whether the latest theme update is fully compatible with PHP 8.3

Advise if there are known issues, conflicts, or required patches related to this update

Let us know if there are specific server or theme settings we should adjust

Review whether this update could be triggering excessive resource usage or fatal errors

Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this site is already live.
