If I want to remove any menus about search and login or any member related section, can your theme do that? And also, Is any page are eligible for breadcrumbs? Can courses be edited freely in elementor because I want to use some element from page to be in course pages? Can course page element be deleted entirely because I want to use element from pages instead of courses content itself.

2- I purchased this theme mainly for tutor and students interaction like student will be able to search desired tutor for any subject and connect him for teaching. So, my question is, is this feature available in this theme?

I have activated the Upstudy theme license on my staging site and attempted to import the Tutor LMS – Language School demo.

The demo import completes without fatal errors, and the demo pages are created. However, when I open the homepage (e.g. Home Language School (Tutor)) in Elementor, the canvas is completely empty.

I have already tried:

Re-running the demo import

Regenerating Elementor files

Syncing Elementor library

Disabling cache

Could you please advise:

How to correctly load the Elementor demo content when the canvas is empty

Whether the demo templates are pushed remotely and how to re-sync them

If there is a manual or alternative method to import the Tutor LMS demo

I have purchased the Upstudy theme and I’m currently setting it up on a staging subdomain for testing and demo import.

The demo import screen asks me to activate the purchase code to unlock demo content.

Could you please confirm:

Is it allowed to activate the license on a staging site for demo import?

Can the same license later be deactivated from staging and activated on the live domain?

Are there any restrictions or recommended steps for staging → live migration?

I want to follow the correct licensing process.

After launching the theme, it is not functioning correctly and is preventing us from gaining access. Specifically, we are encountering the following errors: Error 404 (Page Not Found) when attempting to access key theme pages and components Error 408 (Request Timeout) occurring intermittently during theme loading and access attempts These errors are occurring immediately upon launch and are blocking normal use of the theme. At this time, we are unable to properly access or operate the theme as intended. I’m experiencing an issue with the Upstudy theme after updating WordPress to version 6.9. I cannot edit posts in the block editor unless I switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Three).

When using Upstudy, the browser console shows the following JavaScript errors:
