I’m very interested in purchasing UpStudy, but I have one pre-sales question about the homepage functionality.
I noticed one of your demos displays a Featured Course section on the homepage, but I’m looking for a Course Section where I can filter by category buttons where the displayed courses change when a category button is selected. Specifically, I’d like visitors to be able to:
1) Click a category button in one section of the homepage (for example: Grades K-4, Grades 5-8, Downloads, Summer Classes, or By Age). 2) Instantly display up to 6 matching course or product cards on the same homepage (without navigating to another page). 3) Click Enroll for a course or add a downloadable product to the cart directly from those homepage cards.
Can this be accomplished using UpStudy, Tutor LMS, and WooCommerce without custom PHP or JavaScript? If so, which demo or feature demonstrates this functionality? Thank you!

Regarding your question, yes, this functionality is possible with UpStudy, but there are a few details to keep in mind.
The theme includes course widgets that allow you to display courses by category on the homepage. However, category filter buttons that dynamically switch the displayed courses without reloading the page are not a built-in feature of the theme or Tutor LMS. The course filtering feature is available on the inner pages.
Regarding your requirements:
1. Category filter buttons with course display

I’m not completely sure I understand this requirement. If you could share an example website or a screenshot of the functionality you’re looking for, I’ll be happy to confirm whether it can be achieved with UpStudy or suggest the best approach.
3. Enroll in courses or add downloadable products directly from the homepage
Yes, this is possible, provided that the Elementor widget or filtering plugin you use supports Tutor LMS courses or WooCommerce products.
At the moment, none of the UpStudy demos include this exact homepage filtering functionality by default. However, UpStudy is fully compatible with Tutor LMS, LearnPress, LearnDash, WooCommerce, and Elementor, giving you a flexible foundation to build your desired layout.

Yes, today we migrated our demo site from our old hosting server to a new hosting server. As part of the migration, we updated the domain’s nameservers, which is why you are currently experiencing this issue.
DNS propagation usually takes 1 hour to 48 hours, depending on your ISP and location. Once the propagation is complete, your site will be accessible normally.
In the meantime, you may be able to access the site by using a VPN or by waiting until the DNS changes have fully propagated.

LMS compatibility Which LMS plugin is the primary one used in the live demo — Tutor LMS, LearnPress, or another? Is the demo built with the free or the Pro version of that plugin? If I want the full course/quiz/certificate functionality shown in the demo, do I need to purchase the Pro version separately, or is everything achievable with the free version? 2. WooCommerce integration for local payments I need to use a Colombian payment gateway (Wompi) rather than Stripe/PayPal, which means I’ll need course purchases to run through WooCommerce so I can add a Wompi payment gateway plugin. UpStudy is fully compatible with LearnPress, Tutor LMS, and LearnDash. We provide dedicated demo sites for all three LMS plugins, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
The demos are built using the free versions of the LMS plugins whenever possible. However, some advanced features—such as advanced quizzes, certificates, assignments, content drip, and other premium LMS features—may require the Pro version of the respective LMS plugin. Those Pro licenses are sold separately by the LMS plugin developers and are not included with the theme.
2. WooCommerce Integration for Local Payments
Yes. All three supported LMS plugins integrate well with WooCommerce for selling courses.
If your payment gateway (such as Wompi) has a WooCommerce payment plugin, you can use it for course purchases. WooCommerce will handle the shopping cart, checkout, orders, and payments, while the LMS plugin manages course enrollment and learning features.
Many of our customers use WooCommerce with third-party or local payment gateway plugins, so this setup is a common and supported workflow.
3. Ease of Use for a First-Time LMS Admin
If this is your first LMS website, don’t worry. The learning curve is quite manageable. Once the LMS plugin is installed, creating courses, lessons, quizzes, and organizing your course structure is straightforward.
Our theme has the one-click demo import feature, so you can start from a ready-made website and replace the demo content with your own.

4. Customization Level
UpStudy is built with Elementor, so you can customize most design elements without writing code, including:

Currently, the UpStudy theme does not have built-in support for SCORM or Rise 360 courses. These standards are typically handled by LMS plugins or external LMS platforms, rather than by the theme itself.
However, UpStudy is fully compatible with popular LMS plugins such as Tutor LMS, LearnDash, and LearnPress. Some of these LMS plugins support SCORM or xAPI (Tin Can) via official add-ons or third-party extensions. If the LMS plugin you use supports SCORM, it will work with our theme.

Yes, you can remove or hide menu items such as search, login, and other member-related sections. The theme includes built-in options to show or hide these elements easily.
Breadcrumbs can also be enabled or disabled from the theme settings. If you prefer, you may use a third-party breadcrumb plugin or a custom breadcrumb solution with the theme.
Regarding courses, the course content area can be edited using Elementor. In our demo site, the course content sections are created with Elementor. If you want to remove the default course content entirely and use Elementor sections instead, this is also possible—either through theme options or with a small amount of custom CSS.

I have activated the Upstudy theme license on my staging site and attempted to import the Tutor LMS – Language School demo.
The demo import completes without fatal errors, and the demo pages are created. However, when I open the homepage (e.g. Home Language School (Tutor)) in Elementor, the canvas is completely empty.
I have already tried:
Re-running the demo import
Regenerating Elementor files
Syncing Elementor library

Hello, We are writing to report critical issues we are experiencing with the Upstudy theme purchased through ThemeForest. After launching the theme, it is not functioning correctly and is preventing us from gaining access. Specifically, we are encountering the following errors: Error 404 (Page Not Found) when attempting to access key theme pages and components Error 408 (Request Timeout) occurring intermittently during theme loading and access attempts These errors are occurring immediately upon launch and are blocking normal use of the theme. At this time, we are unable to properly access or operate the theme as intended.
