Hello, I’m interested in purchasing the Wokiee theme for my Shopify store, but I have a few questions before buying.

I am writing to formally escalate a long-pending refund request for the theme “[Wokiee – Multipurpose Shopify Theme]” which I purchased on 14 Jan 2026
I initially submitted a refund request on January 14, 2026, through your official channel , email address, citing the following reason:This purchase was made by mistake. I accidentally selected and paid for this theme while browsing, as I intended to evaluate other options first.
Since that submission, I have received no substantive response or resolution from your side. The complete lack of communication and the prolonged delay in processing a legitimate request are unacceptable.
Therefore, I am hereby formally demanding:
An immediate full refund for the specified order.

Hello, I purchased and installed your theme. I plan to use my website in both Turkish and English. However, I am facing an important issue.
After installing the theme, I translated the entire site into Turkish using the automatic translation feature. The problem is that I cannot edit the theme while the language is set to Turkish. I can only edit the default English template from the theme editor.
When I select Turkish as the language/country in the theme editor, the system tells me that I can only make changes through translations, but I cannot customize or edit the theme itself. However, there are some sections in the default theme that I do not want to use, and since I cannot edit the Turkish version from the theme editor, I am unable to remove or modify those sections.
Additionally, when I make changes in the default English theme, those changes do not reflect on the Turkish version at all.
This is a serious issue for me because my main country is Turkey, and I need to primarily work in Turkish for my local customers, and then expand to other countries. Unfortunately, this setup does not allow me to do that properly.
In this screenshot, you can see the Turkish version, which I cannot edit in any way — I cannot add or remove anything. For example, notice that there are icons in the menu, but these icons do not appear in the Turkish version: https://prnt.sc/YgpqUTAuWUk8If you suggest deleting English, setting Turkish as the default language, and then adding English again, this causes language-related issues as well.

I just bought the theme and I’m trying to load the entire demo, but it only loads the homepage and contact page. I need it to load all the pages as they are in the Envato demo, including all the sections. Why isn’t it loading all the sections? I followed the steps in your video, but it’s still not loading all the pages. What am I doing wrong? It’s a bit urgent, thank you.
