Hi, question regarding licenses. So i have for example website.com with license. Now i did a copy of that site and move it to another domain, example website.net. And now in admin of that another site – website.net does NOT asking me for new license key. Is that OK or I have to buy another license and insert it into my new site. The sites are the same only different domain names. Please answer.

You copied the whole website with all the data so the website is exactly the same. That is why you see the theme as activated. You need to click on the “Deactivate” button and activate with the new license.

Hello, this theme is very good has many features and works great. Are you planning to add some missing modules like: messenger buyer-seller, refund, wallet system, affiliate, support system among others. I have installed other plug-ins but If you add I prefer to use all from your theme, and since I will have data on plug-ins I will loose if start using form theme. Please confirm if you are adding some more features.

1. Does this theme support JSON-LD for of SCHEMA’s from “https://schema.org/”?. We are primarily looking for FAQ, REVIEWS, ORGANIZATION & PRODUCT SCHEMA’s to be used for our next website.

2. We want to use custom / inline JS & CSS code for individual pages (Ex. Tag Manager ID, META PIXEL ID etc). Does this support the same?

2. You can use our custom CSS and JS options in Theme Settings. By using Theme settings presets, you can apply them to particular sections on your website.

The catalog mode disables add to cart section completely, including the variations form. If you want to keep them, you can disable the catalog mode and hide the add to cart button only with custom CSS code.

We’re using the WoodMart theme and noticed something odd on the shop page.

A Layout type “Single product” (created via the Layouts) is always listed among the products in the shop grid and is also included in the total product count.

To clarify, AJAX shop, load more, and infinite scroll are all disabled, and we’re not using any product filters or caching plugins.

Is there a known reason why a “Single product” layout could be included in the shop products query, or a known fix/workaround for this?

Hello, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with WoodMart. The mobile menus display incorrectly, but only on the iPhone 14 range, and this happens across all the sites I’ve built using WoodMart.

Hello, you tagged your theme as compatible with elementor pro. But your theme is not working correct in search result pages (custom search result page via woodmart -> Layouts) which contains custom loop grid builder. Elementor confirmed this is an compatibility issue and your team confirmed this issue. Finall they only reply “When you create a custom layout using the Product Archive widget instead of the Elementor Loop Grid, the SKU search works correctly. So now I have created a new layout on your site and product by sku working fine.” Sorry, but we dont ask for default product widget, we asking about elementor pro compatibility and we have to use elementor pro loop grid builder in search result page like in our product category archives for consinstent designa and design between both areas (archives and search result pages). This is a hard limitation for “power” users which need detailed finetuning. Woodmart is not going to fix this please? #702947

update in this case: Other themes also have a option to create a custom search result page by using their own elementor search result template with loop grid builder. And its working great. When switched to woodmart: not working anymore. Your team is realy not interested to deep dive in this case? Also relevanssi wrote my team yesterday: it shodu work and its working (they showing result with other themes). But relevanssi with woodmart and custom search result page and in same problems.

Recently, my site started experiencing some issues, and I am looking for the cause. What is the current latest version of the WoodMart theme? I am currently using version v8.1.2 and would like to confirm whether this is the latest available version. License status In the License tab, I see information that the theme is not activated, but when I enter my license key, it shows that the license is activated. Is this behavior correct, or could it indicate an issue with the license or synchronization? Patch / last update date The last patch date displayed is 2025-05-27. Is this the most recent patch, or is it possible that updates are not being applied correctly on my site? Additionally, I would like to ask how the theme should be updated properly, because it seems to me that my version might be outdated. Could you please advise the recommended update method (via WordPress dashboard, Envato, manual upload, etc.) to ensure everything is fully up to date?
