Afternoon
(1) How is Visual Composer installed? It did not install as part if the theme install, and was not requested as a plugin after theme installation
(2) Slider Revolution is asking for a license key. Is SR not also included in the download package?
Thanks
Hi,
(1) After installing the theme, you should see a notification in your dashboard saying “Begin installing plugins.” From there, you can install all required and recommended plugins, including WP Bakery.
(2) Slider Revolution is included with the theme package. You can use the sliders that come pre-built with the theme without any issues. The license key prompt appears because it’s part of the standalone plugin, but a separate license is not required for using the bundled version.
Thanks.
Thanks for getting back to me. (1) I’ve managed to sort – maybe add a note to documentation about adding specifically WPBakery Visual Composer?
On (2), as an example, on ‘Home Hero Slider’ teplate page, I get the error message:
‘There is nothing to show here – slider with home-hero slider not found’
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling; but still getting same error messages.
1) I’ll make sure to add a clarification in the documentation about installing WPBakery Page Builder to avoid any confusion.
2) The “Home Hero Slider” is not included automatically with the page content and needs to be imported separately.
You can find the slider file inside the main download package.
Please import it via Slider Revolution, and the issue should be resolved.
Thanks again. Might I suggest you add the instructions for Slider Revolution install in the documentation also. Cheers.
Hi,
Thanks again for your suggestion.
We’ll be including clear instructions for installing Slider Revolution/Slides in the documentation in the next update.
Really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.
Thanks.

I cannot change the font size and color of the widget. Even if correctly set in the typography area, it doesn’t change. Can you please help me? Thank you
Could you please let us know which specific widget is not allowing you to change the font size and color? It would be very helpful if you could share a screenshot at caliberthemes@gmail.com
Basically all of them in the Blog page, screenshots are coming
Hi,
Bought theme today.
Not sure install has worked as it doesn’t look right.
Can you please check and tell me if I have missed something.
Also what software do you suggest for editing?
I have found a solution to the “read more” issue.
Thank you
Thank you for the update. If you need any further assistance, feel free to let me know. I’m happy to help.
Hi, in my blog it displays full articles without the “read more” box as per the demo. Is there any setting I need to check? Thank you
I’m sorry, but I broke something in the blog template. I removed it, convinced that I would be able to add a new one without any issues, but unfortunately I can’t restore the original.
I mean that I deleted the Blog Page, created a new one, and now I can’t achieve the original “Blog Classic” layout.
There are various options available, but not the ones included in the demo version. Specifically, I mean restoring the “Blog Classic” version.
The documentation you provided is outdated and no longer accurate.
Hi,
No worries, this can happen sometimes when a page is removed and recreated. I’ll be happy to help you restore the same layout.
Please share your website URL at caliberthemes@gmail.com This will allow me to check the current setup and guide you properly.
We are planning a major update later this year, which will include new demos, additional features, and improvements to existing functionality & documentation.
Thanks.
Thank you, I’ve already managed to sort it out. It was enough to get some sleep and approach the topic with a clear head. It turned out that something from that layout was preserved, so I’m moving forward.
That’s great to hear. I’m glad you were able to sort it out. Sometimes a fresh mind really makes all the difference.
If you face any further issues or need any assistance moving forward, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’ll be happy to help.

You need to change this in the downloadable file because it’s misleading. Thanks.
We recently moved our hosting environment, and the URL in the downloadable file wasn’t updated during the transition.
We will correct the URL and include the fix in the next update.
Thanks.
“Where should I set my location so that the map in the contact section displays it correctly?
Could you please let me know which page builder you’re using (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)?
WPBakery
ok, I think I found it
That’s great!
Hello i need tiktok icon in socialmedia list. It’s the most basic, most important icon, and it’s not on the list? How could it be missed?
Hello,
Thank you for pointing this out, you’re absolutely right. TikTok has become one of the most important social platforms, and we agree it should be included by default.
At the moment, the TikTok icon is not available in the predefined social media list. However, we already have it planned and it will be added in a future theme update.
In the meantime, you can easily add TikTok using the Custom Social option:
Go to Appearance → Theme Options → Footer Custom Social section (as shown in the screenshot)
Add the TikTok icon class
fa-brands fa-tiktokand update the URL with your TikTok profile link.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, it really helps us improve the theme.

Hello, I have a couple issues with my website that I’m needing help with. The site is:
First, the video background behind the header module is not playing on mobile, even though I selected the “Play on mobile” option.
Next, the Portfolio Section at the bottom of the page keeps displaying as 3 columns, even if I have it set to display as 2 columns.
Also in that same Portfolio Section at the bottom, the lightbox does not appear to be functioning correctly. If you click on one of the portfolio items, you cannot click to the next item. Is there also a way to make the left and right arrows more apparent? They’re very hard to see right now.
Can you help me fix these things?
Thank you!
Hi, I’m using the Kraft theme (version 2.5.3) and I’m running into two issues with Portfolio Items. Could you please help me troubleshoot them?
Environment: WordPress, the Kraft theme, and all plugins are fully updated.
1) “Related Portfolio” settings are applied globally instead of per item
In the Portfolio Item admin screen there is a Related portfolio section. I set Related Portfolio Title and Filter by Category (selected a specific category) only on one Portfolio Item, but the same configuration is now showing on all Portfolio Items on the frontend.
Also, when I try to set a different Related Portfolio Title / category on any other Portfolio Item, it doesn’t change anything — all items still display the settings from the first item I edited (not in administration, but on the frontend of the website)
Question: Is this section supposed to be saved per Portfolio Item, or is it a global theme option? If it should be per item, could this be a bug?
2) PREV / NEXT labels don’t change on the frontend
On the frontend, Portfolio Items have the navigation labels PREV and NEXT. I translated these strings to Czech in the theme settings, but the frontend still shows the original English labels.
Question: Where exactly are these strings coming from (theme option, translation files, hardcoded template, WPML/Polylang, etc.) and what is the recommended way to translate them properly?
Thank you very much for your help
Hi,
Could you please confirm which one exactly you are using, WPBakery or Elementor, and also share your Kraft theme purchase code? This will allow me to proceed with troubleshooting.
Thanks.
Im using Elementor.
Do you want me to paste the code here?
You can send it directly to caliberthemes@gmail.com
Sent to the gmail. Thanks for your help.
I set up a child page for a menu item, but it doesn’t display header and footer. What am I doing wrong?
Please send the website URL and admin credentials to caliberthemes@gmail.com
Hi, regarding the footer, the social media icons are black dots. I also would like to show Threads and Substack icons – is there a way to do this? Thanks!
Hi,
Regarding the footer icons appearing as black dots, please make sure the social icon are added under the Footer Icons section here:
Appearance → Theme Options → Footer → Social Media Section → Social Icon
Once the icons are added there, they should display correctly instead of showing as dots.
About adding Threads and Substack: You can add custom icons here:
Appearance → Theme Options → Footer → Custom Social
From there, you can add a label/icon and the URL. For the icon, you can use any Font Awesome icon that’s available. For example, to show the Threads icon, you can use the class:
fa-brands fa-threads
Just repeat the same process for Substack using its Font Awesome class.
Thanks.
Thanks for your quick reply! While it worked with Threads/Font Awesome, it hasn’t yet worked with Substack. There’s no Substack icon in Font Awesome, so I downloaded an SVG file from simpleicons, uploaded it to media, and copied its URL. Doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi, I’m setting up the theme but I can’t locate the demo content for “Blog List”. I kindly ask you to point me there. Thanks!
Hi,
There isn’t a separate “Blog List” demo import. You can enable the Blog List layout directly from the theme settings here: Appearance > Theme Options > Blog > Blog Style → select Blog List
Once you save the settings, your blog will display using the Blog List layout.
Thanks.
That helped – thank you!
Thanks
hello if i plan on using elementor pro is wp bakery necessary to install for the kraft theme? thanks
Hi,
If you’re using Elementor, then WPBakery is not required for the Kraft theme. The theme fully works with Elementor on its own, so you don’t need to install WPBakery unless you specifically want to use it.
Thanks.
Line spacing 1. Where do I go to decreasing the line spacing for my paragraph text?
Portfolio Columns 1. On one of my portfolio pages I’ve selected 3 columns (masonry), but it’s still displaying 4 columns. 2. The padding is broken on one of my portoflio pages.
Portfolio Order 1. How do I make it so that on my portfolio pages it displays the portfolio pieces in the same order as the IDs?
Please send the website URL and admin credentials to caliberthemes@gmail.com , and kindly point me to the pages or sections where you’re facing these issues (line spacing, portfolio columns, padding, or order). I’ll check and fix them for you.
how can we have the video to display properly Portrait mode video ?
Thank you for reaching out. We’ve received your email and will continue assisting you there for a more direct communication flow.
When trying to edit a portfolio item, enabling the “Hero section type” option (regardless of the selected image type) does not display the corresponding field or input to upload or modify the image. As a result, it’s not possible to replace the existing image or assign a new one, which prevents properly updating the hero section of the item.
Before proceeding, could you please confirm whether the theme is updated to the latest version? This will help ensure compatibility and avoid any potential issues.
We purchased the theme on October 10, and the version we have is the latest one that Envato allows us to download as of today. However, after reviewing the files, we noticed that in the “readme.txt” it says “Version: 2.4.6, Requires at least: 5.0”, and in the “style.css” it says “Version: 2.5.6, Requires at least: 6.7”.
Please share the website URL and the WordPress login credentials (username and password). You can send them to caliberthemes@gmail.com
Hello! I have 2.5.5 version installed. When I upgrade to 2.5.6 version, all my portfolio disappears. Why? What Can I do?
Hi,
Updating the theme will not delete any portfolio items, your content remains safe in the database.
Please go to Dashboard > Portfolio Items and verify that your items are still listed. If they appear there but not on the front end, it’s just a display/settings issue rather than data loss, and we can easily fix it.
Thanks.
Yes, I still have my data. As soon as I saw that the portfolio wasn’t showing, I reverted to version 2.5.5. So, you recommend that I install version 2.5.6 and adjust it in display/settings? Is this normal? Am I the only one who’s encountered this? Thank you for your fast response.
I recommend updating the theme to version 2.5.6, as it includes important fixes and improvements.
Since your data is still there, that’s a good sign, it usually means there’s just a minor configuration issue. Sometimes re-saving the Permalinks under Settings > Permalinks in WordPress can also help if the portfolio links aren’t showing.
After updating the theme, please make sure to update the Kraft Core plugin as well, both should be on their latest versions for full compatibility.
In most cases, these steps resolve the issue without any further action. However, if the issue still persists and I need to check it directly on your site, that would require an active support license, which can be renewed anytime.
Thanks.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.
If my client requires it, I’ll update the support and let you know so you can take a look.
Thanks.
Thanks for letting me know.
Totally fine, if your client decides to move forward, feel free to reach out after updating the support, and I’ll gladly check it again for you.
Hi! I just updatd my support.
Could you take a look at my client’s website portfolio? What do you need? (I assume access codes by PM) How do we do it?
Thank you.

Yes, I’ve received your email. Thank you for sending it over, I’ll review it and get back to you shortly.
Hello! Any news?
Thank you.
Hi! I’m still working on it. I’ll update you shortly. Thank you for your patience.
I’ve made the corrections. Please check now and let me know if everything looks good.
Check. It works. But why doesn’t the navigation within a portfolio stay within the same category? I only want to browse the products in that category, not see them all. It used to work that way; can we make it work that way again? It should be possible, right? Could you take a look? Thank you so much for your time and patience.
Let me check this for you, and I’ll update you shortly.
Hello! Any news?
Thank you.
Hello! Yes, it’s done. You can check it now and let me know if everything looks good.
Thank you so much, it’s working fine now!
Great! Happy to hear that it’s working fine now.
Hello! I just tried to update to version 2.5.7 and again the navigation options (previous / next) in my portfolio have disappeared. (I reverted to the previous version to maintain the functionality of the website) Is there anything I should keep in mind before updating? Like copy and replace some file that you edited to solve all this in the previous version? Will I find the same thing every time I want to update? Let me know, please! Thank you.
Hi,
I’m currently unable to find our previous email conversation in our records. Could you please let me know which email address you used to contact us earlier? This will help me locate the communication and assist you more effectively.
Thanks.
Sure, my email adress is polrobles.m@gmail.com Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your email address.
I’ve received it, and I’ll check the previous conversation and the issue on my end. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
Thank you for your patience.
Ok thank you.
Hi,
Please activate the latest version of the parent theme, and then activate the child theme afterward.
I tried to do this on my side, but due to the current folder naming, I’m unable to activate the themes correctly from here.
Thanks.
Done. It works fine as a Child Theme. Why?
It works fine as a child theme because the child theme correctly inherits all the required files and settings from the parent theme. When the parent and child themes are set up properly, WordPress loads the parent theme first and then applies the child theme’s customizations on top of it.
So next time I’ll update, I’ll do the same operatiton if navigation options doesn’t show? Please confirm, thank you.
Yes, that’s correct.
If the navigation options disappear again after an update, you can follow the same process: first activate the latest version of the parent theme, then activate the child theme. This ensures that all required files and settings are loaded properly.
Great, thank you
Something isn’t working quite right, and I just noticed it: when the child theme is activated, the portfolio works fine (with navigation options)... but the main menu isn’t displayed!
And when I activate the parent theme, the portfolio options disappear, and the main menu reappears.
Why is this happening?
What can I do?
Thanks.
I’ll check this and get back to you shortly.
Thank you. If you need codes to access to this Worpdress or its FTP, please let me know.
Thank you. I already have the access details, and I’ve fixed the issue successfully.
Thank you, it works now. My question is: when I have to update the theme again, will I encounter all of this? In other words: will I have to contact support again to fix the portfolio?
No, you shouldn’t run into this again. After updating the theme, just make sure the child theme is activated. This will preserve your customizations and keep the portfolio working correctly. If you ever have any issues, feel free to reach out.
If you’re happy with the support, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave us a positive review,it helps us a lot. Thank you!
