Hello team hope you are good. I have already Listar theme and consisering buying this one also for a project my question is that in demo when i click any page it has a small delay in load time and i see on the left side for couple of seconds like broken css login page fields. A quick fix was applied, please download the theme and overwritte the version you have installed. Or, you can just overwritte the following file:

Hello, a few pre-purchase questions:
- Easy WP SMTP: is this mandatory? I use FluentSMTP or a custom solution.
- Loco Translate: is this mandatory? I do not need it and would like to avoid adding unnecessary plugins.
- One Click Demo Import: can I remove this after importing?
- Woocommerce: is this mandatory? I do not require any online cart service at this time and we will use FluentCart if needed.
- Blog: Maybe I missed it, but I do not see any blog demos. Where are they located?

1. The theme is integrated with WP SMTP and Easy SMTP. If you use an external service for SMTP, you probably can configure it via WP SMTP.
2. If your site is EN, no translation plugins needed.
3. Yes
4. If listings in your site will be free, no need for Woocommerce. You can sell listing packages only via Woocommerce.
5. Type /blog in the end of the URL for any demo.

The demos were built with WordPress classic widgets, not Elementor elements. You can go to Appearance / Widgets / Front Page sidebar to edit or delete the widgets. In case you delete, you can go to Elementor and add Elementor widgets to recreate the same front page. Or, before deleting the widgets, you can keep the Widgets page and the Elementor editor open side by side and recreate the front page with Elementor elements. After that, you can go to Widgets and delete the classic WordPress widgets.

Hi, I’m considering your theme and have a few presale questions:
1. Add Listing – Select Package layout: Are there any alternative layout options? I’m not a fan of the current design.
2. Free listings for the first year: I’d like to offer free standard listings for 1 year and then have them renew at a paid rate. How can that be configured?
3. Categories & icons: I’ll have multiple service types (events, retreats, conferences, coaching, etc.). Are there icon options for those categories?
4. Listing page sidebar colors: The black blocks on the left side of listing pages — can those be customized to any color?
5. Footer layout options: Would you consider adding a few alternative footer designs? With so much content, it would be helpful to have a footer with links rather than just social icons.
6. Classic Demo – Happening Destinations: Can all the images be set to the same height for a cleaner, more uniform look?
7. Know Hubhood – How It Works images: Are there alternative image options for that section? I assume they can be replaced, but the current visuals reduce the overall design quality.
8. Performance concerns: As I browse the demos, the pages are taking noticeably long to load. I have a very fast connection, so this raises some performance concerns. Is this due to demo hosting or the theme itself?
9. Theme options panel: I prefer the lighter feel of the Property demo. Do you offer a theme options panel to easily adjust global colors and lighten the design on other demos?
10. Can the blog layout be customized in any way? (Different styles, grid options, list options, etc.)
11. Is there any built-in way to offer premium ads or sponsored placements within the theme (e.g., featured spots, highlighted listings, banner areas)?

3 ) There are 1850 icons to choose.
4 ) You can choose light or dark.
5 ) Not available currently. No plans to rework the footer for a while, working on prioritary implementations. You can extend the theme with a child theme and adapt any design to your needs with custom CSS. Same for other questions about design.
6 ) Yes, this is one of the many design options available for Regions widget.
7 ) Yes, there are alternative designs.
8 ) You can try cache plugins for that. Images have lazy-load enabled, they will start loading once visible on the screen.
9 ) Yes, you can see the screenshot on the product description here on Themeforest.
10 ) Blog is very secondary for a directory theme, not much options are provided. You can extend the theme with a child theme and adapt any design to your needs with custom CSS. Same for other questions about design.
11 ) Only “Featured” and “Claimed”. You can create listing packages with or without these features and set higher/lower prices.

I have disabled appointments & Reservations. I have disabled Private Messages. Although I am having a large amount of spam reservations being made. Is there a fix or issue with this. I haven’t had this issue in the past, until the last update!

Hi, I purchased the Hubhood Theme approximately a year ago but wasn’t able to use it on a live website at the time. I had installed and tested the theme briefly, but did not move forward with deploying it.
Now that I’m ready to use it on a live site, I reinstalled the theme. However, I encountered the following error immediately after installation:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
This error is preventing me from proceeding further with the setup. I would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to resolve this issue.

Your support license is currently expired. Consider to renew for further assistance. Make sure to use the latest version of the theme. The theme also comes with bundled plugins, please verify/update all these. The issue you are describing is very uncommon: denied of access right after installing the theme. That may be a server issue, as other customers are using the theme normally. If the issue persists, please send an email to support@wt.ax for a quick verification/confirmation of the issue.

I think there’s a problem with the WooCommerce Plugin. Every time I update my site to the latest WooCommerce version, my site breaks.

Hi! I have few issues with Hubhood theme. I hope you can help me, i Like a lot the theme and I would like to keep it in the project.
1. When I have checked some listing categories like Alimentos, pastelería, farmacia, and I try to uncheck a categorie and then save, the categorie uncheked is checked automatically again. Example: I have a listing called “Selecta Farma” with 2 Categories: Farmacias and Enfermería. I want to uncheck “Enfermería” but when I save it, “Enfermería” appears checked automatically.
2. The listings headers displays 3 pictures of the gallery, Can it displays only one? and keep more pictures only in gallery?
3. Translate Open Now and closed now (I have traslated in loco translate but don´t change in frontend)
4. The apartament fields aren´t visible, like m2, bedrooms, etc. How can I enable?
5. THE MOST IMPORTANT: Search is not working correctly. Sometimes Works and found and sometimes not: No results found. “Don’t give up! There’s plenty to see on our directory”
A lot of times Search tags doesn´t work, few times it Works.
Example: I have a Listing Called “Selecta Farma” Category: Farmacias If I search word “Farmacia” Selecta Farma doesn´t appear If I click category”Farmacia” Selecta Farma appears If I search “Medicine” (Text in main description) Selecta Farma appears If I search “Vitamins” (Text in short description) Selecta Farma doesn´t appear If I search “Diapers” (Text in tags) Selecta Farma doesn´t appear If I search a Word in adress Selecta Farma doesn´t appear If I search “Medicamentos” (Text in subtitle) Selecta Farma doesn´t appear I think the information is not correctly indexed. Because few times it Works, But some fields Works almost all the times.

1) Is it happening in the back end listing editor?
2) I’ll try to provide custom CSS for that.
3) Please confirm if you have translated the theme and Hubhood Addons plugin.
4) Go to go to Listings / Listing Types / Edit the listing type related to your current listing, and verify if the “Property Info” field is enabled for the listing submission form(s). If you have multiple listing packages, you need to review the fields enabled for every package.
5) Go to Theme Options, Search and Archive and enable “Search on listing category names”
