Urgent: License Activation Issue & Security Vulnerability

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a license I purchased in 2021 for the theme Real estate 7, Purchase Code: 67310e66-4ff4-43c8-97f0-dfa0e424455b.

Currently, I am facing two major issues: - License Recognition: The WordPress dashboard does not recognize my purchase code, preventing me from validating the product. - Security Risk: My website is currently under attack by malware/viruses. Since I cannot activate the license, I’m unable to run the necessary security updates provided by the theme, leaving the site vulnerable.

I have been a customer since 2021 and I need to regain access to the updates immediately to clean and protect my site. Could you please verify my license status or provide a manual activation method?

I recently purchased Real Estate 7. I had to do a wipe and fresh reinstall of wordpress on my site. When I went to reactivate my license, it’s showed the license as already activated. How can I deactivate the license key to reinstall it? It’s the same website – too many errors and had to start fresh.

Good morning, I purchased this template, but I can’t set up the “Your Properties” page with 9 properties per page. Subsequent ones should create a new page with another 9 properties, and so on. Is it possible to do this? Thanks

Hi Contempo Themes team, I recently purchased your theme through Envato on January 22 with 6 months of support included (valued at $79). I’d like to upgrade my current plan to the annual option instead. I am still awaiting a response regarding my pre-Christmas 2025 query. My one-time license for the Real Estate 7 WordPress Theme has expired. I need the license restored, but I am not seeking support from the author, nor do I intend to renew support or make further purchases.

Where does this message “Your license key has reached its activation limit.” comes from because I recall buying a product to own with its own product activation code? Now I cannot use it. Please help.

I am currently using Real Estate 7 on my website and I have encountered a few issues that I hope you can assist with:

Email Notifications: Every time I duplicate the theme on another site, I receive automatic emails. Could you please advise how to disable these notifications permanently?

Additional Features Sorting: I have sorted my Additional Features in the backend, but on the frontend they do not appear in alphabetical order. Could you guide me on how to make the frontend display follow the backend sorting?

Feature Display / Vertical Alignment: Currently, the features (prestations) appear horizontally on the frontend. I would like them to be displayed vertically. Could you please provide the correct settings or method to achieve this?

We have purchased real estate 7 and now the template changed and we cannot put it back to the original view.

We see now only header, no other blocks, pages etc.

I just purchased to extend our license and it still says it expired in october?

i purchased two licenses for two different sites. My other one says it expires march 2026 so i’‘m confused why just purchasing to extend my license didn’t work? Can someone email me directly?

Hi there, how can I make the ”$” invisible in the price field? We need CLP (Chilenian Pesos) not $. We added the CLP in the Prefix field, but now is looks like this: CLP $1800000 , which makes no sense.

Hi there, we bought your theme but there is a bug somewhere. We are unable to embed our own logo (it shows up for a second and then disaopears. When we click on the white area and say open image in new window, the old logo from your demo is there instead). Also, the colou customisation is not working. We set the secondary colors but it still shows the green color from your sample.

Also, how do we change the header and footer – the theme customisations are very limited here. Can we use Elementor Pro header and footer instead?
