Where is the original Shopkeeper demo import?

It’s been a long time since I used this theme, and I see the builder and system have changed. I don’t mind the tool, but I bought Shopkeeper for its unique, elegant design and intuitive layout.

I’ve been looking for the demo import function to use the original Shopkeeper pages, but I can only find templates that don’t match the theme’s original look and feel at all. I desperately need the original demo import feature. If it’s still available, please let me know how I can access it.

It will not let me manually update to the new v8.2 folder of the theme to wordpress, the zip file uploads and then it takes me to a page saying I need to pay you for support?

Have you now blocked users out that bought a lifetime license unless they pay you an additional subscription for auto updates? Why is the manual update failing?

Hi,

Manual updates are not restricted for lifetime license users, so this should not be happening and is likely a bug.

Please contact us via the form on this page:

https://themeforest.net/user/getbowtied

Include the version you are currently using so we can investigate.

Cheers!

Since the theme no longer makes it easy to import demos with the WPBakery version.

Can you recommend a safe way to migrate my WPBakery websites to Elementor?

I have 5 licenses.

Regards.

Can you recommend a safe way to migrate my WPBakery Shopkeeper websites to Elementor?

Hi, I don’t know any reliable plugin for that, migration is usually manual.

Cheers!

Is it safe to update WooCommerce to 10.5.2?

Thanks

Shopkeeper is compatible with WooCommerce v.10.5.2

You state that the license is lifetime. For the past two days, I have been trying to download version 8.2 to update the theme; however, I keep receiving version 8.1 instead. Could you please clarify what the issue might be?

Hi,

Version 8.2 is available Please try downloading again.

Sometimes it takes a little time for the updated ZIP to appear on ThemeForest. Just refresh the page and try again in a few minutes.

Cheers!

hi there woo 10.5 is here will you issue some updates with the theme?

Hi,

Version 8.2 is available. Please try downloading again.

There may be a short delay before the updated ZIP appears on ThemeForest.

Cheers!

Hello

I’m quite confused about the licensing and updates. I have active license and it’s clearly written that it includes: Perfect for most websites, the Regular License includes:

- Use on a single end product

- Use in a personal project or on behalf of a client

- Regular subscription for 6 months – included

- All theme features and updates

However I can’t make any theme updates and it requires to have active subscription. I have this problem with multiple sites. So what’s the problem?

Regards, Ahti

Hi Ahti,

No worries, I’m happy to clarify this for you.

Your theme license is active, which means you can continue using the theme without any issues.

However, the support and auto update that comes bundled with the license (for 6 months) is currently expired.

Theme auto updates are available only while this subscription is active, which is why you’re seeing the built-in update restriction on multiple sites.

The good news is that you can renew the support subscription at any time.

To do so, please visit the item page here and use the right-hand column to renew:

Thanks, so if I want to update the theme then I must do it manually?

Hi Ahti,

Exactly.

With an active support, you can update the theme directly from the WordPress dashboard with one click, or enable auto-updates so the theme updates itself without any action from you. Without an active subscription, updates are still possible, but you’ll need to download the latest theme package from ThemeForest and update it manually.

Hope that clears it up!

Cheers!

Hi.

I only see the option to import demos with Elementor.

Is it no longer possible to import the main demo with WPBakery?

Can it be downloaded from a repository?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out!

At the moment, the theme’s demo imports are available only for Elementor. The WPBakery version of the main demo is no longer provided, and we don’t have a separate repository where it can be downloaded.

Cheers!

Seriously? Why? When I decided to buy my 5 licenses, I did so through WPBakery.

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to use Elementor.

It would be great to have a repository with the original WPBakery demo version.

It’s a shame this is happening with one of my favorite themes.

Hi I just purchased the theme on Oct 2025 and am trying to contact author support it is not working, the form with all fields filled correctly shows “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

I just want to revoke access to from my temporary domain (https://limegreen-seal-222168.hostingersite.com)

I can share more details if required, but support form is not taking inputs so please help me where can I connect?

Hi!

Thanks for reaching out.

We’ve fixed the deliverability issue with the support form, and we’ve also unlinked your license from the temporary domain.

You can now activate the theme on your new domain without any issues.

If you run into anything else, just let us know.

Cheers!

Thank you so much! its done. Love the support!

Thank you!

We purchased the Shopkeeper theme in 2015 with a lifetime license, and at that time the product description clearly stated that the Slider Revolution and WP Bakery page builder plugins were included.

Our website currently has more than 200 pages, plus portfolios and over 400 blog posts — all built using features from these plugins.

Now you are removing these plugins from Shopkeeper and asking us to obtain separate licenses for Slider Revolution and WP Bakery. This feels like an unethical breach of promise and potentially a violation of marketing regulations.

My question is:

Since our entire site depends on WP Bakery, and we cannot rebuild everything using Elementor or Gutenberg as you now seem to assume — can you guarantee that future Shopkeeper updates will continue to be tested against the latest version of WP Bakery before being released?

SQOOP outdoor Norway

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for being a long-time Shopkeeper customer – we really appreciate your continued support since 2015.

Please rest assured that Shopkeeper remains fully compatible with WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution. You can safely continue using both plugins with your existing website, and we have no plans to remove compatibility.

To clarify, we are not the authors of these plugins. We include them in the Shopkeeper theme under the license that allowed us to distribute them.

That said, Shopkeeper updates continue to be tested for compatibility with the latest versions of WPBakery and Slider Revolution, ensuring that your website will keep working smoothly.

We understand how critical these tools are for your site, and you can rest assured that maintaining compatibility remains a priority for us.

is shopkeeper compatibile with jetpack CDN – woocommerce site? thnx

can you pls reply on Jetpack cdn for images? also there is another issue with theme (status woo log showing get realted product errror pls fix wc_get_related_products($product->get_id(), 4) you got 4’ in /woocommerce/single-product/related.php

Hi,

Shopkeeper is a WooCommerce theme – it inherits WooCommerce’s core functionalities, so there’s no reason it wouldn’t be compatible with Jetpack CDN for images.

If you’re encountering any technical issues, please reach out to our support team – our developers will be happy to take a closer look and help you get everything sorted.

Cheers!

I’m experiencing an issue where, after adding a product to the cart, go to cart page and then clicking the browser’s back button, a ‘Confirm Form Resubmission’ dialog appears. Is this something you’ve already fixed, or do you plan to address it in a future update?

Hi,

when you get a chance, could you please try adding the same product to the cart while using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront (https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)?

This will help us see whether the “Confirm Form Resubmission” message happens with WooCommerce itself or only with our theme.

If you notice the same thing in Storefront, it’s likely just normal browser behavior caused by how WooCommerce handles cart updates. But if it doesn’t happen there, we’ll be happy to take a closer look and see if it’s something we can improve in a future update.

Cheers!

It also happens on other themes, but it is a major error, that i think you should take a look into. Even though it is standard behaviour from Woocommerce

I’ll share this with our team. Thank you!

Hello guys,

Is it safe to update to WooCommerce version 10.3.0?

Thank You

Hi, yes, Shopkeeper is tested and is fully compatible with WooCommerce 10.3.0.

Cart page on mobile – layout broken? hey there. We get emails from our customers that our cart page doesn’t work properly on mobile devices. The texts have no padding on both sides and the checkout button is way down the page, under product recommendations and customers dont find it easily. We are using Elementor Pro but I could not find a way to work on the cart page so I have the feeling that it comes from the theme. Can you help? Best Hanna

Hi Hanna,

I’m not entirely sure I understood your question correctly, but my colleagues on our support team are more specialized in this area and will be able to provide you with the best guidance.

Unfortunately I have no active support subscription. But I checked your cart page on mobile and it has the same issue with the texts: waaaaaay too much blank space between the description (way to the left) and for exaple the quantity or the price (way to the right). Very confusing. Is there a way to change that?

Thanks for the follow-up! The cart page on our demo works as it was designed. Of course, you can modify the design yourself if you’d like to adjust the layout or spacing.

If you’d like some advice or assistance from our developers, our support team can help you in the support area. No problem if you don’t currently have an active support subscription – this can be easily renewed.

I updated the them to WooCommerce 10.2.0 and the outdated message appeared: Your theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

As of today (Sept 19, 2025), the latest official WooCommerce version is 10.1.2, and Shopkeeper is fully compatible with it. Version 10.2.0 hasn’t been released yet. Please roll back to 10.1.2 for stability.
