Hi, i have been using Herion theme for some years, but now i wondering about the following:
on all pages, except for the landing page, a header is shown.
the header has a image, and shows the title of the page.
this title is displayed with animation, takes a few seconds to be visible.
how can i disable this animation, and show the title of the page directly?

Hi, I bought some time ago the template, and I have a doubt, Im not sure if problem its of Herion or from Wordpress, In the page of news even if I fill all the excerpts and set the “Post excerpt length” to full, the news section its seen with all the excerpts very short, can you help please? Thanks in advance

In the customizer > blog tab, you can switch the Excerpt option to “Manual” instead of “auto” and it should do the trick.

Hi,
I’ve been using the Herion theme for quite some time now and it has worked beautifully. However, I recently noticed that the layout on my website has become disorganized and no longer resembles the structured design i was enjoyed.
Specifically, certain elements are now appearing as raw shortcodes on the front end, such as:

It seems like some previously working elements have either been deprecated or are no longer supported. Could you please advise on the cause of this issue and the recommended steps to fix it? How do i update the elements etc? These is not shown in your documentation of the theme “Herion”

Why I have a problem with content blocks? For example, the instagram and facebook blocks is not working for me. When I go into the settings I see message “You are using outdated element, it is deprecated since version 6.0.5.”. I don’t know why it doesn’t work and how to clear this message…

I opened a ticket #3760175 regarding the player bar and nav bar player. I cant seem to get shoutcast link to play. i do not have an audio to import.

i have gone through those information but still, it’s not working. also tried the manual method and still not working.
Despite updates to the theme, WPBakery Page Builder is delivered in version 7.4. Both via the updater and manually in the ZIP archive via themeforest.

Getting this error message at Appearance > Themes > Herion: This theme does not work with your version of PHP

Simply edit the style.css file PHP version in the theme folder. I will downgrade the minimum required version in the last release because many users still use PHP 7.4 and it shouldn’t be a problem with the theme. However it is recommend to update to PHP 8 if it’s possible.

Dear Wolf-Themes-Team, when you use the preview function for a video, the “PLAY VIDEO” button is always displayed with the YouTube logo, even if it is a Vimeo video. It would be better if no logo was displayed at all or a “neutral” video symbol. It would be kind if you could fix this with a theme update. Thanks with kind regards!

Dear Wolf-Themes-Team, sorry, I wasn’t detailed enough. The symbol or icon of the play button of the “Cutstom Embed Video” element (for Vimeo or YouTube Video with preview) always shows the YouTube logo, no matter what video-link is behind it, so even if it’s a Vimeo video. And there is no option, no possibility, to change that or to set the default neutral icon. This should be fixed, please. Thanks with kind regards!

One-Page Navigation not working
I know, our support has ended already, but actually we had this problem from the beginning on :-/ I just can’t seem to find any way, to get the one-page navigation to work for mobile view. The menu anchor links of the main menu in desktop view are working fine! Yet, as soon as the mobile menu (sandwich) is active – either on a phone or when I decrease the width of the browser window on desktop – no links are being displayed whatsoever. It’s the same for the demo content. Maybe you have an idea or somebody else is experiencing the same problem?

Dear Team, since the last update it’s not possible to close the sidepanel bar of the “Herion” Theme by clicking the “x”-button in the top right corner. It’s impossible to close the sidepanel on every page after it was opened. So this seems to be a general issue of the page builder. Can you kindly check it and fix it, please. There is no known issue about this, be sure that the theme and all plugins are up-to-date. Everything work as expected on the demo server with WordPress, plugins and the theme up-to-date.

This is an issue on every template using this plugin – at least Herion, Specticle, AND Decibel. Please tell us how to fix it as aparently you guys still havent’ addressed it.
WOLF_DISCOGRAPHY PLUGIN: How do you turn off WooCommerce Add To Cart Link? Regardless or not – this link shows on every release – on every one of your templates that you include this plugin in (At least Decible, Herion and Spectacle).
(Yes, I’ve already ruled out PHP Compatibility issues with WooCommerce. WooCommerce isn’t even installed yet your plugin insists I connect the release to the WOO)
