i have deleted the Kirki plugin because I couldn’t access the customize CUSTOMIZE feature under APPEARANCE will that affect the theme in any way

For cronerzin1 and the theme’s developers (please pass this on to cronerzin1). The problems with the Customizer is arising from an updated Kirki plugin. If you downgrade the plugin, the problem goes away.

Hi. When I open Appearance → Customise, the various categories are no longer loading. I can only see the Widgets option. Can you please get back to me asap, as this is a site for a Client, but it’s kind of useless, if I can’t customise it away from the default. I have a copy on localhost, and that has stopped working too, despite not having any recent updates. Thanks.

I’m having an issue with the WordPress Customizer on your theme. When I open Appearance → Customize, the interface only partially loads (mostly just Widgets), and the rest of the controls do not appear.

In the browser console I’m seeing multiple JavaScript errors, including:

wpColorPicker is not a function WebFont is not defined Failed to execute querySelector (invalid selector) some 404 errors related to /products.json

Because of these errors, the Customizer panel fails to load properly.

I have already tested:

disabling plugins switching browsers checking on incognito mode

The issue still persists, so it looks like a theme-side script conflict or missing dependency.

Can you please advise or provide a fix/update?

Theme is not working properly with latest elementor versions. For example the carousel banner for elementor shows white slides when showing next slide out of screen view. I tried in a fresh, clean wordpress install with only elementor, elementor pro and your theme. Home page minimal v1 for example uses the carousel banner as header: it does not work if there are more slides than show on screen. this is a bug i want to report.

I’m considering renewing the support for the theme, but before I proceed, I would like to confirm whether the following changes are possible and if support can assist with implementing them.

1. Change the review stars to gold. 2. Display payment icons on the product page. 3. Allow a PDF to be uploaded for an individual product and show it on the product page so customers can download it. 4. Modify the sale label so that instead of showing “Sale 25%”, it displays a message such as “Save $40”. 5. Enable customers to upload photos when leaving product reviews.

Please let me know if these features can be supported within the theme and whether assistance would be available to help implement them.

In addition I was also not able to see it in the demo file uploaded. was trying to use demo template: tools for a homepage slider with countdown deals and it is not showing either.
