I’m getting double products in the Product Content Widget for WooCommerce. I looked at your documentation and in it it says there is a section in customization for “Shop,” but I only have a WooCommerce section that only has options for Store Notice, Product Catalog, Product Images, and Checkout. I don’t see a Shop>Single Product option in your documentation so I can’t turn off things like double the descriptions when I want to customize them in Elementor. When I deactivate your theme or load in another theme, I don’t see the double descriptions.

I did all that and the doubling of the products on the individual product page wihen inserting a description widget issue resolved itself once I deactivated your theme. Your documentation says it has a section under Customize for shop. I don’t see that option. Only an option for WooCommerce. And under the WooCommerce tab, there is no options for what shows in the meta when using a product description widget.

Hi, It’s been 9 months I have bought this theme. Didnt use it on any live site. Now I have been trying to set up a wordpress site using this theme. I set up the license code to activate the theme to download demo data. But sometime later I had to reset the database as the site crashed. Now when I want to activate the theme again, it says – You have reached the maximum reset attempts.
I tried to open a ticket on your website. But it says my support is expired.
So I have bought the theme, and cannot use it because I dont have the support? Is there any other way around? Thank you.

Pre-Purchase enquiry – can you please clarify a full list of plugins that you’d package with this – obviously it will need Elementor, but what other plugins are actually loaded with the theme as it is scoring a C on every test and suggests it is overloaded with scripts and plugins.

You only need to activate the plugins you actually use. If you aren’t running a sports league, you can keep SportsPress deactivated, and those scripts will never load.

Thanks for your reply – so we can run the site with literally two plugins – just to clarify?
Elementor & ThemeREX Addons – it will not force me to load other unnecessary plugins and I won’t need to spend a say learning the ThemeRex system and have to disable everything will I?
If so great, it would not have ecommerce or training – more the AI design theme so basic to a degree – would use native Elementor Pro for forms.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. You can run the site lean with just Elementor and ThemeREX Addons.
Since you are using Elementor Pro for your forms and the theme is built natively for Elementor, you won’t be forced to use unnecessary plugins.
You can simply skip the eCommerce and Training plugins. The theme will work perfectly without them.

The reason you are seeing the theme’s styles on your checkboxes and radio buttons is that Elementra is optimized for a cohesive, high-performance UI. To achieve this, we apply specific CSS resets to form elements to ensure they look professional right out of the box.
1. To allow Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms to take full control, you can add this specific “revert” code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
input[type=”radio”] { all: revert !important; appearance: auto !important; -webkit-appearance: auto !important; } 2. Please note that MetForm is the primary form builder included and fully integrated with the Elementra package. We have spent extensive time ensuring that MetForm works seamlessly with our containers and global style settings.
3. While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee full out-of-the-box styling support for all third-party plugins (such as Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms) that are not included in the original theme package.
Because these plugins use their own complex CSS frameworks, they can sometimes conflict with our theme’s optimization layer. In these cases, a small amount of custom CSS (like the snippet above) is usually required to give the plugin priority over the theme’s global styles.

Thank you for your prompt response. But now, next to the radio buttons, checkboxes with the Elementra style appear duplicated on the right. Very strange.
On the other hand, I also need to know how to remove the checkbox style (you only mentioned the radio button style).
Indeed, I really like Metform, and my first thought was to use it. In fact, I bought the premium version, but I had to return it because Metform lacks some features that NinjaForm, the plugin I’m ultimately going to use, has.

Everything is duplicated now (radio buttons and checkboxes). Some with the default style, and duplicates with the theme’s style. Something is wrong

You can create 1 website (on a single domain) for yourself or your client. You can then transfer that website to your client for any fee. In that case, the license is also transferred to your client. You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes. As soon as the project is ready for moving from dev server to the main domain (create the backup to be on the safe side), please disconnect the license from staging domain and activate the theme on the live domain. You can have ONE active theme installation at a time (development or main). Development installation will still be functional, except for importing/exporting demo data and installing updates. You can perform all other tasks there without any issues. Moreover, you can easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed.

The Countdown widget is not included by default, but you can to add it with extra Addon.
Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard. Search for “Essential Addons for Elementor”. Install and Activate it.
Enable the Countdown Widget: Once activated, go to the Essential Addons tab in your WordPress sidebar. Go to Elements and make sure the “EA Countdown” toggle is turned ON.

Before moving the installation to the live server (or re-installing the theme on localhost) you need to disconnect the domain under Theme Panel > Theme dashboard > General tab – https://ann.axiomthemes.com/doc/#domain_disconnection
We have manually disconnected the license this time. Please activate the theme again.
You can easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed.

Elementra gives you full flexibility with Elementor to build visually rich layouts. However, the soft, cinematic animations seen on the example site are typically created using custom animation libraries (such as GSAP/WebGL) and are not included out of the box in the theme.
That said, similar effects can be achieved by combining Elementra with Elementor Pro and advanced animation add-ons.
We appreciate your suggestion regarding a demo in this style and will pass it to our design team for consideration in future updates.
