- Updated theme & core plugin. - Deativated all plugins, disabled cache etc. - Checked cookies as you managed in support forum, also discussed this with hosting support. - Tried all the settings mentioned in your support form.

Good afternoon! After updating WoodMart to the latest version, I started having problems with the checkout layouts. When I duplicate the checkout layout, the checkout blocks are not displayed in the duplicate, it says that my site does not support blocks (see screenshot). Also, the checkout page stopped working with the shipping plugin, it displays a lot of extra fields, for all shipping methods at once. Please tell me what could be the problem?

When I first create a duplicate, an error appears. If I close and log in again, then the error is gone. But the order processing on the site still doesn’t work correctly, it displays all the delivery fields for all delivery types.

As for checkout fields, it looks like you are using some custom plugin to customize them. And it seems like it works with the standard checkout page only and is not effective when you build a custom layout.
The shipping plugin that creates additional fields was working correctly until I updated the WodMart theme to the latest version. I have been using this plugin for over a year now, everything was working fine until the theme update.
What version of the theme did you use before? Can we install it to test how it works compared to the latest version?

Hello! I made a duplicate of the site on a separate server, now the main and duplicate are not mixed. The duplicate has WoodMart version 8.3.8 installed, the checkout works fine. If I download the WoodMart update, the checkout will not work correctly. All fields for all delivery services will be displayed at once.
Please do an update of WoodMart itself, not install as a new theme.

It seems Woodmart has forgotten that it’s now a page builder. Remember, we are no longer using Elementor.
Page builders need complete basic features like custom global colors. The primary and secondary colors are not enough; we need more. Imagine having to change all the borders color on the site manually!
Another thing is the copy and paste block styles functionality. These are primary features that should be present in the theme by now since the integration with the Gutenberg editor.
These are the basic features I can remember for now. Also, the ability to add custom social links will be appreciated, as not all desired social links are available.
Dynamic content support for the blocks might be an advanced feature, but for now, basic features must be added.
Another seemingly advanced feature is the support of custom CPT in layouts, and the ability to fully customize the search result page. Check out how the BuddyBoss theme does it.

This is crucial because Woodmart is a multipurpose theme, and WordPress e-commerce is evolving with the advent of plugins such as FluentCart. These will place the theme in the ranks of complete themes.
As a Web Designer, picking one theme and sticking with it is crucial, and I think Woodmart has the potential of being that theme, because it ticks most of my website feature requirements. But I have not been confident enough to settle for the theme, because of these primary builder experiences it lacks.
This is not me being pushy, just asking for basic due features.

I deactivated all plug-ins as requested. However, the site needs to go live, and at the moment it cannot do so without either fixing two simple layout issues or reactivating the plug-ins.

Hello! I think some issues with custom CSS appeared after updating the theme to version 8.4 (8.4.1). Custom styles are either not applied at all (they’re not visible in DevTools) or they’re initially applied, but after tweaking the theme’s custom CSS settings, they’re lost and no longer applied. For example, I tried adding padding to the tabs on the product page. At first, this code worked:
.single-product .woocommerce-Tabs-panel { padding-left: 40px !important; padding-right: 40px !important; }
Then I moved this code to the Desktop CSS tab. The code stopped working. I moved it back to the Global CSS, but it stopped working. I have lselectors on others:

But nothing works. There were other examples before where the custom CSS didn’t work with the correct selectors. And of course, the cache is disabled and I’m refreshing the page completely in incognito. I think there’s some issue with the custom CSS. Check it, please.

Hello! I still haven’t figured out why the Woodmart theme wasn’t generating custom CSS. I double-checked my custom CSS code for validity, and it was. Now I understand that you need to add a custom CSS validation check to your theme; otherwise, it’s unclear whether it’s working. After that, I went to Settings -> Performance -> and toggled the CSS options on and off, and also changed the colors in Styles and Colors -> Colors. I did all this to force the theme to regenerate the custom CSS. At some point, it worked. I don’t know which of these steps helped, but the fact is that the theme doesn’t indicate whether the custom CSS is working correctly.

Two layout issues on category/subcategory pages — v8.4.1 Hi WoodMart team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m experiencing two layout issues on my store that I can’t resolve and would really appreciate your help.
Issue 1: Large gap below footer On all WooCommerce category and subcategory pages, a large white space appears between the content and the footer when the page has few products. The .wd-page-content element in base.min.css has min-height: 50vh which forces the content area to minimum 50% screen height regardless of actual content. I have attempted CSS overrides using min-height: unset !important and min-height: 0 !important with selectors .wd-page-content, .wd-page-content.main-page-wrapper and body .wd-page-content.main-page-wrapper — none had any effect.
Issue 2: Gap between sticky header and page content On the same category and subcategory pages, there is an unwanted white gap between the sticky header and the page title area. The header classes present are whb-sticky-real whb-sticky-prepared whb-sticked. The wd-page-content main-page-wrapper div does not appear to compensate correctly for the fixed header height on these pages. This issue does not occur on the homepage or single product pages.

Estimate Delivery Not Working for Product Variations

I am currently using the Estimate Delivery feature in Woodmart and I have successfully enabled it in the Theme Settings.
However, it only seems to work for simple products. For variable products, the estimated delivery message does not update or work correctly per variation.
Could you please advise:
How can I enable Estimate Delivery so that it works properly for product variations?
Is there a specific setting required to make delivery time dependent on selected variation?
Does this require additional configuration in WooCommerce or Woodmart Core?
My goal is to have the estimated delivery date update dynamically based on the selected variation.

Is WoodMart exclusively sold through ThemeForest (Envato), or do you have any authorized resellers, distributors, or agency programs that allow third parties to sell licenses independently?
Some websites claim they can provide original licensed copies of WoodMart at a significantly reduced price (for example around $25) and that the theme can receive automatic updates without being directly connected to an Envato purchase code. Is this technically possible under your official licensing system?
Does WoodMart offer any official “agency reseller” or bulk distribution model where agencies can legally redistribute licenses to clients outside of Envato?
We are asking for clarification to ensure compliance with your official licensing terms and to avoid any use of nulled, modified, or unauthorized copies.

I’m using Woodmart in combination with WPLoyalty. When customers exchange points for a discount, the coupon is automatically created and applied to the order (as long as there are items in the cart).
However, the discounted price is not visible in the cart view or in the cart icon price. The discount only appears on the checkout page where all order details are shown. This means the discount is not visible in the mini cart, the menu cart, or the basket page itself before checkout.
Could you please advise if this is something that needs to be enabled in the theme settings, or if it requires a code adaptation?

I need help understanding where the three homepage slider background images are controlled.
They are currently using these images:

The slider is built with the wd/slider Gutenberg block. I can see the bgImage reference inside the code block, but I do not see any option in the Gutenberg editor sidebar to change the background images.
Could you please clarify where these background images are managed? Is this controlled via: – Gutenberg block settings – WoodMart slider settings – Theme options – A template file

I removed the breadcrumbs – nothing is responding.. The theme is so buggy. I have been a Themeforest user since 2009, and this is the first theme that I am complaining!
I can’t remove breadcrumbs; nothing responds when I set it to OFF. I can edit or rearrange the product archive page – asking to buy Elementor PRO. I have been an Envato member since 2009 – this is a very buggy theme..
Category breadcrumbs are redirecting me to another language.. I can’t edit them.. and so on.. I have refreshed permalinks, cleared cashe and followed installation instructions – but nothing refreshes and nothing works!
