Hi, does the theme run with the latest version of elementor? I’m using a marathon import demo that you no longer have live, if I update the theme everything crashes, if I update only elementor and wordpress the slider section runs non-stop due to js conflict, ​​do you have a solution for this problem?

Could you please specify which version did you use before? Theme version 2.0.0 is built using the same Elementor page builder and includes new functionality, a fresh widget set, and updated styles. Due to the style changes, you may need to adjust the layout of your pages and posts.

After updating the “ThemeREX Addons” plugin from version 2.36.1.1 to 2.38.3, I am unable to edit pages with Elementor. When I try to edit a page, Elementor fails to load, and if I enable Safe Mode, the page layout breaks.

After updating the Redy theme, our website started showing this fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function redy_exists_woocommerce() in /wp-content/themes/redy/skins/default/skin-setup.php:1208

It seems that the helper function redy_exists_woocommerce() is no longer defined or not loaded before skin-setup.php executes.

We’d like to understand why the issue occurred after the update and how to fix it.

Could you please clarify: 1. Was the redy_exists_woocommerce() function removed, renamed, or moved in the latest version? 2. In which file should this function now be declared (theme core, WooCommerce integration, or ThemeREX Addons plugin)? 3. Will an official patch or update be released to fix this issue permanently?

Hello, I cannot sent you in support because my support expired, but this is a general bug so you have to fix it. The bug appears with Elementor & ThemeREX. After a research I found the problem is themerex is not compatible with the latest versions of Elementor so I cannot edit a page in my website. When I am disabling the ThemeREX plugin the elementor works. Everything is updated. I get a “deprecated” error in Elementor Logs. Do you know when will be fixed or which is the Elementor version that is working? Thanks.

Themerex Addons of this theme has never had vulnerabilities. This notice is thrown by mistake by security plugins (some other themes had this issue, all of them were fixed back in February 2020). You may check the list of affected themes at https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2020/03/zero-day-vulnerability-in-themerex-addons-now-patched/ As you can see Redy WP theme is not there. The theme has never contained the following file in Themerex addons package: trx_addons/includes/plugin.rest-api.php

For better website security, make sure that the theme and bundled plugins are updated to the latest version using ThemeRex Updater directly in the Dashboard: http://redy.axiomthemes.com/doc/#installation_theme_update
