I recently found out that the developer who built my WordPress website used a nulled/cracked version of the Woohoo News theme. I came to know about this only a few days ago, as I am not very technical and didn’t realize it earlier.

Because of this, I’m currently facing an issue where I cannot add posts while the Woohoo theme is active. When I switch to the default WordPress theme, the “Add Post” feature works normally.

I am planning to purchase the official Woohoo News theme license now. Could you please confirm if installing the licensed version and updating the theme will likely resolve this issue?

Hi there.

I updated to the latest version of WooHoo. It broke a lot of things, losing all the images, for instance. I have got some things back but I have a problem with the Theme Options in the Wordpress sidebar menu.

None of the menu items (POST OPTIONS, PAGE OPTIONS, etc.) do anything when I click on them. I can see in the HTML that all the controls are there, but I have no way to access them.

As a result I can’t fix the remaining broken things like the side bar, the lightbox options and many more things.

Is there something required to get the Theme Options menu to expand out to show these options?

Hello, I currently have version 1.3.2 of the Woohoo theme, I purchased the updated version today, to install the new version without losing my settings and design preferences how should I proceed? I have not made any changes outside of what the theme allowed me. Thanks

You have a great theme but it has slowed down. We have been using this for several years now and we have thousands of articles. I hope you have a solution for this.

A more immediate concern is we just lost all our comments. We cannot even post new comments. I tried to load the latest version but was unable to load the ZIP file. It always came out with an error that it was not recognizable.

The developer has abandoned the development and support of the theme for a couple of years now and is now dragging out time as much as possible while it is being sold. Don’t expect development. I have been following the theme since 2017. The author is being disingenuous when he says that nothing has been abandoned and that there is support. In fact, it is a pity, the style of this theme is simply beautiful, but alas, installing it on a new site does not make sense. Many things are not fixed, nothing new is added. Minor updates are made once a year just to update the last update counter.

Hallo and congratulations for WooHoo theme, I have been using it for 7 years and it is very flexible and ergonomic theme.

I’ve been having the following problem lately, without any change to any setting or addition of Plugin, when I copy a link from an article to post on Facebook page the feature image article doesn’t appear, the photo position in the post is empty. The strange thing is that it also does this with old posts from years ago, suddenly losts photos from the FB posts. I have already replied on Facebook support and my hosting provider in case it is hosting server issue but they assured me it’s not. I would like to ask please if you have any other relevant reference because I have come to the conclusion that it might be a version incompatibility between wordpress version 6.5.2 and theme version 2.5.3, the versions i use. Hello, we have a site that uses an old version (1.4.3) of the theme from 2017. We want to upgrade our site, what issues do you think will come up?

Can we do it live or do you suuggest a staging? If we make a staging site, can I activate the key there to test and then disable it and activate at the live site?

I’ve tried to update and when I push “Register” button it redirect me to a bdaia website that don’t open. It says: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Good morning, I saw that you uploaded the latest version of the template but I notice that in the description the compatibility stops at 6.1.x. Will you do something for the wordpress 6.4 version or is the one you just uploaded already compatible?
