Hello,

I’ve implemented several settings that aren’t displaying, such as hiding the filter sidebar and having the products in the shop occupy the full width, as well as the product meta tags, product brand, share buttons, sold counter, and visitor counter.

Hi, Pre-sale question here. Can we pre-set the quantity like 20 – 40 – 60 – 80? What if I want the customer to select at least 20 units quantity?

Second, how do we set up upsell items in cart?

Thank you and congratulation for developing such beautiful theme.

Hello,

Thanks for considering the WoodMart theme for your projects. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have; we’re here to help.

WoodMart uses the standard WooCommerce quantity input with minus/plus. It doesn’t have a built‑in option to show predefined quantities (like 20, 40, 60, 80) as a dropdown or buttons.

Upsell items can be set while editing the products in the dashboard.

Hi there,

We are interested in possibly purchasing WoodMart as a WordPress theme for our website, but we have a few questions:

- Do we have the ability to customize things such as color within each different theme, or do we have to go with the colors a theme automatically comes with? - We run sales for our products exclusively via phone—is there a way to remove the shopping cart icon to avoid misleading customers who might think they can place orders online? - Do your themes have a product selector function?

We might have more questions to follow, but these are the top three we have at the moment. Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out and for considering WoodMart for your project. We’re happy to help with any questions you have.

1. Yes, you can customize all the colors on your website using our theme’s settings.

2. Yes, you can disable shopping functionality. There is a Catalog mode option built into our theme.

3. Could you please clarify what product selector function you mean? Maybe send us some examples.

Kind Regards

Thanks for your response. By “product selector,” we are hoping there is a function which can help customers peruse specific products by checking off filters. Though we are not a clothing retailer, it would be something similar to clicking “M” for “Medium” and all the medium-sized options show up. Please let me know if you need more clarification. Thanks!

It looks like you need product filters by attributes, as shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/d9028b22c40b71db874c7b949088ea1c You can check how it works on our demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/fashion-2/product-category/women/shoes/boots/

Hello,

I am working extensively with WoodMart and overall I really appreciate the flexibility of the theme, especially for WooCommerce layouts. However, during real-world usage I encountered a structural limitation that creates confusion and reduces practical flexibility when building content-driven websites.

Currently, WoodMart provides:

  • A Page title / Seitentitel system with per-post overrides (background image, color, size, text color)
  • A Single Post Layout Builder with a separate Post title / Beitragstitel element

From a user perspective, these appear to be two ways to control the same visible title area. However, in practice they are completely independent. When using a custom Single Post Layout with the “Post title” element, the per-post Page Title settings no longer affect the visible header. This leads to several issues:

1. The meta box in posts suggests that the settings will control the title/header for that specific post, but they only apply to the Page Title component. 2. When the Page Title element is removed from the layout (which is often necessary to avoid duplicate headers), the meta box becomes effectively non-functional. 3. This creates a misleading UI/UX, because users expect per-post design controls to affect the visible title area regardless of which title element is used.

In practice, this means:

  • Layout-level customization overrides post-level configuration
  • Per-post visual customization becomes difficult
  • Users are forced into global presets instead of content-specific styling
  • It becomes hard to scale content-heavy or SEO silo structures

From a design architecture perspective, this reduces flexibility, because:

  • The “Post title” element does not inherit Page Title settings
  • The Page Title settings do not dynamically adapt to the layout
  • There is no unified title system with clear priority logic

Feature request / suggestion:

It would significantly improve usability if one of the following approaches were implemented:

1. Allow the Post title element to optionally inherit Page Title settings 2. Provide a unified “Title context” system for posts 3. Add a toggle in the Post title element: 4. Clearly separate naming in UI (Page Title vs Post Title) to avoid confusion

  • “Use Page Title settings”
  • “Use custom element styling”

This would:

  • Improve layout consistency
  • Allow per-post visual customization
  • Avoid conflicting systems
  • Support SEO-driven content structures
  • Make the layout builder more predictable

Right now, the current behavior feels unintuitive because local per-post settings appear available but do not apply when using custom layouts.

I hope this feedback helps improve an already very powerful theme.

Best regards

Hello are you planning to add a Real Estate theme?

Hello,

Thank you for the question. Currently, we don’t have such plans for the nearest updates. But it is in our feature requests list, and we will review and consider it in the future.

Hello!!!

Which editor would you recommend using with the Woodmart theme, as developers? Gutenberg, Elementor, or WPBakery? What is the difference between them? Does the theme’s functionality work in each editor, or are there any limitations? For example, is there a possibility that not all functionality is available in one of the editors? I have read the instructions explaining the differences between these editors, but I want to know about the technical capabilities associated with the Woodmart theme.

Hello,

Thank you for the question.

Our theme and all prebuilt websites can be used with any of these three builders without limitations. But nowadays, we usually recommend using Gutenberg or Elementor since WPBakery is a bit outdated.

Hello,

There are some strings that are not being translated on the front end, even though they are already translated in the Loco plugin.

- The “Close” button in the off-canvas widgets (shopping cart, product filters).

- The “Order by” filter options (Popularity, Newness, etc.).

- The “Payment Information” title at checkout.

Could you please help us investigate why these translations are not being applied?

Thank you!

- “Back to products” tooltip text.

Hello! Is it possible to add a “share wishlist” feature? Or are you planning to implement it in the future?

Hello,

Thank you for the question. This option already exists in our theme. It works for registered users only. Check the screenshot

Hello,

My site is broken. Error: Fatal error: Cannot declare class XTS\Modules\Layouts\My_Account_Content, because the name is already in use in /usr/home/mysite/www/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/modules/layouts/elementor/my-account/class-my-account-content.php on line 22

Please I need to fix this asap. Let me know.

The Elementor plugin is the problem. It is updated to last version. If I disable it the issue is gone. Problem is that I need this plugin. If I change the Theme to the issue is gone. Then, it is a problem of Woodmart with Elementor.

Hello,

We have answered your topic on our support forum. Please continue the conversation there.

Thanks

I am working a lot with your WoodMart theme and I really like the flexibility you provide for customizing layouts.

I have a question and also a feature request.

Right now, in WoodMart:

• We can select a custom header for individual products • We can select a custom header for blog posts

But:

• There is no option to assign a custom header for product categories • There is no option to assign a custom header for blog categories (taxonomies) • The same limitation applies to other taxonomies as well

This creates a limitation for my projects.

I build websites using SEO silo structure (semantic clusters). Different categories represent different topics, and I need:

• Different headers for different categories • Ideally also different footers for different categories

This helps:

• Improve SEO structure • Improve user experience • Keep topics visually and logically separated

My questions:

• Is there any current workaround to assign different headers (and maybe footers) for different taxonomies? • If not, is it possible for you to add this feature in future updates?

For example, similar to how we can choose a header for a product or post, it would be very useful to have:

• Header selection for product categories • Header selection for blog categories • Header selection for custom taxonomies

This would be a very powerful feature for SEO-driven websites.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I know about Theme Settings presets. This feature is really useful and adds flexibility during website development. But it does not fully solve my case.

As I understand it, with presets I can assign one custom header for the category area in general. In other words, all categories will use the same header preset. But I need different headers for different categories.

For example, let’s say I have an online store that sells phones and bicycles on the same website.

• When a visitor opens the Phones category, I need Header 1. • When a visitor opens the Bicycles category, I need Header 2.

So the headers should be different depending on the specific category, not one header for all categories.

My question is: • Is it possible to achieve this right now with WoodMart?

• If it is not possible now, could you please consider adding this feature in the future?

The same idea would also be very useful not only for product categories, but also for blog categories and other taxonomies.

Thank you.

I understand now — it looks like I can use the term ID to control this behavior and assign different headers per category.

I will experiment more with this approach on my side. If I have any additional questions, I will get back to you.

Thank you very much for your help.

I like WoodMart even more now

Yes, you can create separate presets for each category and assign different headers. It should work great for this purpose.

Hi. After updating the theme and plugins, there is a problem that the search results are not visible when we click on the magnifying glass or on “see all results”. The results are visible in the dropdown. https://ibb.co/LXfjyH6W https://ibb.co/p6T9wxRR When I disable the woodmart-core plugin, the search results are visible. https://ibb.co/chM7BgGx How do I solve the problem?

Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Use the contact form on our profile page https://themeforest.net/user/xtemos

Thank you in advance

Could you please help me? I have been your client for a long time.

At the moment, I need some assistance. If it’s not too much trouble, I would like to understand how to properly set up product attributes on my website.

When I add attributes, they are currently displayed one after another on the page. However, I would like them to work as a dropdown: when the user clicks on the attribute name, a list of all variations should open in a collapsible/expandable format (not displayed all at once).

Right now, I don’t understand how to configure this correctly. I need the attributes to open as a dropdown list when clicked, instead of being shown all together.

Thank you in advance for your help

Hello,

Could you please send us some screenshots so we can better understand what you mean?

Hello. Can I set up a car rental service with Days Range Pricing using your theme? Cars are treated as products, but I need the ability to customize the fields in the WooCommerce product loop.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in the WoodMart theme. We’re here to assist you with any questions you have about using it for your projects.

We didn’t test our theme for this. It may probably require additional code customization, which is out of our theme support scope.

hello team!
