In this case, what we can suggest is you can report this issue to the theme authors and see if they can provide a fix on their end. If they need help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account (https://github.com/elementor/), and our developers will be happy to assist.

If you want to change every menu item’s background color to a different color, then need to add some custom css code.
