The response code: WeddingDir_status_Code_X000002

means that your license key is already activated and verified on another domain/website. According to the license policy, the same license key cannot be activated on multiple websites at the same time. For a new website/domain, a separate license purchase is required.

Regarding your previous payment: Yes, I completely understand that you invested a significant amount for the custom integration work between another theme and WeddingDir features. The customization work requested at that time was completed successfully and delivered in working condition.

However, the third-party theme author has continued releasing new updates over the years. Maintaining long-term compatibility and reworking custom integrations for every future update is considered separate custom development work and is not included as lifetime support.

As previously informed, the integration was completed based on the WeddingDir version and the third-party theme version available during the project period.

After several years, if you would like the integration updated again for the latest versions, this would require additional paid customization/support services according to the Envato item support policy.

The Couple Dashboard pages such as: `/couple-dashboard-2/?dashboard=budget-calculator`

are dynamic dashboard pages generated through backend functionality and database-driven templates. These dashboard sections are not standard static WordPress pages, which is why they cannot be edited using Elementor Page Builder.

Dynamic pages such as:
  1. Couple Dashboard
  2. Vendor Dashboard
  3. Listing Single Pages
  4. Find Listing Pages

are built with custom theme/plugin structure and functionality.

Static pages such as:
  1. About Us
  2. Contact Us
  3. Team Page
  4. Other normal WordPress pages

can be easily edited using Elementor.

Regarding invoices in the Couple Dashboard: Invoice work in Vendor Dashboard not in Couple Dashboard.

I am currently setting up my website and I need to translate the theme into Spanish. I have tried using the Loco Translate plugin multiple times, but whenever I attempt to create or update the translation file, the progress stays at 0% and never completes.

I have already tried reinstalling the plugin, but the issue persists. Could you please let me know if the theme requires specific folder permissions or if there is an updated template file (.pot) that I should upload manually? I need the site to be fully functional for the Chilean market.

Regarding the translation issue, the WeddingDir theme already includes the required .pot language files and is fully compatible with multilingual plugins such as Loco Translate, WPML, and Polylang. The documentation and recommended setup are provided to help customers correctly store translation files in the system path, ensuring translations remain safe after future updates.

The issue you described — where Loco Translate remains stuck at 0% during synchronization — is related to the behavior of the third-party translation plugin or the server environment configuration. Since Loco Translate is an external plugin, troubleshooting its internal synchronization process is unfortunately outside the standard item support scope according to the Envato item support policy: Item Support Policy

Regarding the “Couple Login” button:

The current behavior is intentional. Once a user is logged in, the login button and popup are automatically hidden to avoid displaying duplicate login actions for authenticated users.

Make sure you are not login as admin. Because if you are admin login then front page not showing header buttons for couple / vendor login.

Please check the website with different browser / logout user then header button visible ?

I logged out of all users, cleared my browser cache (or switched browsers), and even tried accessing the site from a different device, but the “couple login” button still wouldn’t appear.

I decided to restore a website backup from the date before the theme update to resolve this issue.

After the restoration, the “couple login” button is now visible again.
