The response code: WeddingDir_status_Code_X000002
means that your license key is already activated and verified on another domain/website. According to the license policy, the same license key cannot be activated on multiple websites at the same time. For a new website/domain, a separate license purchase is required.
Regarding your previous payment: Yes, I completely understand that you invested a significant amount for the custom integration work between another theme and WeddingDir features. The customization work requested at that time was completed successfully and delivered in working condition.
However, the third-party theme author has continued releasing new updates over the years. Maintaining long-term compatibility and reworking custom integrations for every future update is considered separate custom development work and is not included as lifetime support.
As previously informed, the integration was completed based on the WeddingDir version and the third-party theme version available during the project period.
After several years, if you would like the integration updated again for the latest versions, this would require additional paid customization/support services according to the Envato item support policy.

are dynamic dashboard pages generated through backend functionality and database-driven templates. These dashboard sections are not standard static WordPress pages, which is why they cannot be edited using Elementor Page Builder.

Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to confirm that I have already followed all the steps you mentioned, as I am working strictly according to the official theme documentation.
As previously stated, the issue persists: once I try to run the translation, the process gets stuck. Specifically, it shows the following status: “Spanish (Chile) Updated: May 4, 2026 – 0% translated, 771 strings (771 untranslated)”. Even though the file is created, no strings are actually translated or processed.
I need your assistance to resolve this technical error, as it is preventing me from moving forward with the website.

I am sorry to say that your previous response is completely insufficient. I have followed your documentation step-by-step and the problem persists; providing generic links is not a solution for a customer who has invested $299 USD in your product.
I am currently facing two critical issues preventing me from launching my business:
.pot Synchronization Failure: As I demonstrated with screenshots, Loco Translate gets stuck at 0%. This suggests an error in the theme’s template file or a technical incompatibility that your support must analyze instead of evading.
Menu Limitation (Couple Login): The system hides the login access for couples based on session status. I need the “Couple Login” button to be permanent and visible at all times to ensure smooth navigation. The current rigidity of the Header is unacceptable for a professional website.
I purchased this theme trusting it was a premium solution, but the lack of flexibility and zero technical assistance makes me feel scammed. I expect a response that addresses these points with concrete solutions, not basic manuals.

I have updated the Weddingdir theme and all related plugins, but the ‘Couple Login’ button still won’t show up. How can I resolve this issue?
Is it possible that I accidentally disabled its display? Is there a specific toggle or setting within the theme options to turn the ‘Couple Login’ button on or off?
Make sure you are not login as admin. Because if you are admin login then front page not showing header buttons for couple / vendor login.
Please check the website with different browser / logout user then header button visible ?
I logged out of all users, cleared my browser cache (or switched browsers), and even tried accessing the site from a different device, but the “couple login” button still wouldn’t appear.
I decided to restore a website backup from the date before the theme update to resolve this issue.
After the restoration, the “couple login” button is now visible again.
