I would like to point out that it would be very convenient to implement editing and modifier tools from Elementor v4 at least for the most frequently used Ohio elements, such as Ohio Heading, Tabs, Button.

Okay, it’s not a problem that my refund request was rejected, I just want to use this theme. I just wanted to point out that the “in progress” message is still showing on the order page.

Hello, we had build a website long time ago with this theme and we are trying to redesign it now with the same theme in a subdomain.
We are experiencing a critical issue with image titles not translating correctly inside the Ohio Gallery Widget when using Elementor and WPML (with Media Translation).
Setup Environment: Translation Setup: Projects/Pages are translated independently (not using the Advanced Translation Editor layout sync). Languages: English (Main), Greek (Secondary) The Problem: We have configured the Ohio Gallery Widget to display the image Titles on hover. While the titles display perfectly fine in English, they completely fail to render or fall back to English on the Greek version of the page, despite being fully translated via WPML Media Translation.
Steps Taken & Observed Anomalies: WPML Media Translation: We have explicitly gone into WPML Media Translation and translated the attachment Title and Alt text for all gallery images from English to Greek. Independent Layout Selection: We edited the Greek project directly via Elementor. Even when we completely delete the gallery widget (or remove the images) and re-select the images from the Media Library while inside the Greek Elementor editor, the widget still fails to pull the Greek strings. Ghost Behavior: In some instances, after manually re-assigning the images in the Greek Elementor layout, the gallery title output renders completely empty on the frontend. After a short period or after resaving the page, the widget automatically reverts to fetching and displaying the English titles/gallery setup, completely disregarding the active Greek language context.
We have also noticed that the translations in WPML Media Translation are physically disappearing. We will manually translate an image’s metadata (Title/Alt) to Greek and save it. Shortly after—or immediately after updating the layout in Elementor—the translation acts as if it was completely wiped out, forcing us to re-enter it from scratch as if it was never translated.

Hello Ohio Theme Support,
I am experiencing a strange issue with the latest version of Ohio Theme on my website.
When Ohio Theme is active, browser tabs display only the URL, for example:
- skyneq.com/
- skyneq.com/identity/
- skyneq.com/expertise/
instead of the actual page titles.
The interesting part is that the HTML source code contains the correct title tag generated by Yoast SEO, for example:
“Skyneq | Creative Digital Studio”
I have already tested the following:
- Cleared all caches
- Disabled WP Fastest Cache
- Disabled and re-enabled Yoast SEO
- Tested on multiple devices and browsers
- Disabled Page Transition
- Checked Yoast SEO title settings
Most importantly, when I switch to a different WordPress theme, page titles are displayed correctly in browser tabs. The problem only occurs when Ohio Theme is active.
Could you please advise if there is any Ohio Theme setting, JavaScript feature, AJAX navigation, page loading option, or known conflict with Yoast SEO that could cause browser tabs to display only the URL instead of the page title?

I found a reproducible issue with Ohio Theme.
When Ohio Theme is active, browser tabs display only the URL instead of the page title.
The HTML source contains a valid title tag generated by Yoast SEO:
<title>Skyneq | Creative Digital Studio</title>
However, after page load:
document.title returns an empty string (””).
I tested with another WordPress theme and the issue disappears immediately.
I also disabled Page Transition, cleared all caches, and tested on multiple browsers and devices.
Could you please advise which Ohio feature or script could be clearing the document title after page load?

I am writing to report a small PHP bug in the theme code and to let you know that I have already successfully resolved the previous issue regarding the page slugs/titles.
Here is the details of the remaining PHP bug that is visible to public visitors:
The Bug: A PHP Warning is displayed directly in the content above the language switcher dropdown.
Error Message: Warning: Undefined array key “code” in wp-content/themes/ohio/parts/elements/lang_dropdown.php on line 17
Why it happens: In lang_dropdown.php on line 17, the code is trying to access the “code” array key without checking if it is set first. To fix this in your next update, please add an isset() or a null coalescing operator check to prevent this warning when the array key is not initialized.
(Note: Regarding my previous ticket about the custom project titles and permalink slugs, I have already managed to fix that completely on my end, so no further assistance is needed for that part).
Could you please look into this PHP warning and let me know if you can fix it in the upcoming theme update?

Thank you, it worked out beautifully, I have another issue coming up though, I can’t disable the light and dark toggle. I switched off the switcher and switched off the Save Color Mode, dumped cache on Wordpress and my browser. It’s still there.
Nevermind, lol I figured it out, I found that I can toggle the appearance of the color switcher in each page / post. Having control in appearance in the ohio dashboard feels like maybe it would be better if you could control it just on place. Now i have to go through each page and make sure it’s toggled off…
I also found out that if I set color scheme to auto in the Ohio control panel and set it to Auto…the switcher goes away…lol I would haved us both time if I had just checked that box instead. Sorry guys!

I’ve recently noticed that when viewing our website on mobile devices, you have to click 2 or 3 times on a portfolio button to open the link. If you prefer to bypass the hover overlay on mobile entirely so the link opens instantly on the very first tap, try to hide the overlay effect with custom CSS.
Navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS & JS and add the following code to the Custom CSS field:

For example, in the footer widgets section, users need to add HTML code to make changes. Many themes nowadays provide live editing options, which are much easier for non-technical users. I’m running into a rendering issue on my website, venkidesigns.com, where the homepage background images are appearing blurred.
Upon inspecting the page, I noticed that the background image URL has dimensions appended to it (e.g., -769×490.png). This indicates the site is loading an auto-generated, resized thumbnail rather than the original high-resolution file. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps on my end to force the original image to load, but haven’t had any luck.
Could you please advise on how to stop the system from automatically serving this resized version so the full-quality image is displayed?

Hi, this is a bug present for a long time:
If you have active “blog simple grid” and “blog grid contained layout” gutters will be disabled even when you don’t have gutters removed manually
On your demo it works fine (https://ohio.clbthemes.com/blog/simple-contained-elementor/) but I assume it’s not updated.
