Hello. I cannot find the slider. I am sure it is quite obvious, but I am just missing it. Where is it located and how do I insert it?
Slider can be inserted into page/post/portfolio post. You have to add Extra images. These Extra images are below Featured image on the right hand side…
Is the slider under the Bankic icon on the visual field? Is it labeled portfolio?

Looking at purchasing this theme, and am very new to WP, am I able to change the body background area with this template? All the examples I see are white background for the body area? Thanks
For each page (and also there is a global option) you can define custom background image.

Hi Leni,
Slider is always 100% wide. You can control height of slider, but you’ll have to crop images before uploading…

If I understood correctly you want carousel effect – this is not possible out of box in our theme. Check if there are such a plugins in WP plugin directory…
1. if i insert photo on post, Don’t automatic resize? it’s cutting!
2. i was clicked photo, then pop-up following massage ‘image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.’

1. Maybe you’ve chosen thumbnail instead of full size image
2. It’s because you’ve chosen page instead of image URL
3. If you want to disable auto lightbox in posts, you’ll have to edit single.php (Appearance -> Editor) and delete

I am trying to attach a custom css so I can more easily customize. It will be faster for me to work on a css file in FTP than to use the css field on the admin panel. But when I try to add a section to style.css with my customizations, all customizations don’t show. That makes sense. How do I attach my own css stylesheet after all of the existing ones. I cannot find the code in the header. Any pointers? Thanks.

If you’re using page from Front page, I don’t see any reason why you can’t insert Vimeo embed code into Text editor.

I seem to have lost the portfolio items. I’m guessing it has something to do with the filtering. Neither the column 2,3 or four shows any work now. I added a category and they don’t show anymore.

Maybe you’ve added wrong category ID. Use Brankic Shortcode button and insert portfolio shortcode. Choose right category in drop down menu…

Hi, I’m getting a “e-mail server error” message when I use the contact form.
It appears to all work fine, I receive the e-mail, but the message still displays.
I saw that someone else had this issue before but whoever responded just logged in and fixed it.
Could you tell me how to fix it?

if you got emails, than there is one “dirty” trick you can do. Open page-contact(-2).php and replace “Email server problem” with “THANK YOU! Your email was successfully sent. We will contact you as soon as possible.”

I was just wondering if there was a way to make the 4 column portfolio scroll through 4 items at a time. So if I have 25 items but I only want the page to show 4 of them at a time and scroll across the rest, is there a way I can do that?

What about randomizing the items so that every time the page is refreshed it shows different items?? would that be easier?! sorry to be a pain!

Well, we almost finished on the site and have just a couple of niggles…
The instagram photostream sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t and renders in a strange way on my client’s browser. We are both using Mac OS and Safari.
Basically, when we view our page the stream sometimes displays and other times it doesn’t at all – no page hang or incomplete load, just no stream. It never displays in Chrome, only Safari and Firefox. I just can’t figure out why this is.
Then the rendering issue on my client’s MacBook Pro. Just can’t work that one out either.
Any ideas?
