Hello, I’ve had issues after updating to the newest version of your theme. For example, the 1st image that shows on Full Screen Pages slider on the homepage has been deleted from the slide show. I’ve cleared cache, updated the full screen slider, even deleted the image and it’s still showing up (it’s the one that reads “Jacksonville Litigation”). I’ve spent hours on this and can’t get it removed… please help. www.ulegalgroup.com

Hi, Could you make sure you’re deleting the image from page image attachments. Navigate to Page – edit – Click ‘Add Media’ – Choose ‘Uploaded to this page’ and remove image from the listing. Otherwise it’d display the General image section.

The slider is actually built in “Fullscreen Pages” not added to the home page itself. I did not want the box for text or anything else on the homepage. The 1st image that shows up is not a part of the home page nor is it a part of the media of the fullscreen page. There is not a ‘Uploaded to this page’ as an option for ‘fullscreen page’ slide shows.

Have you checked the video tutorial on Creating fullscreen pages. I checked your site and the first image is uploaded to wordpress uploads folder. You can grab the link from the page source code.
Could you check video tutorial on creating fullscreen pages. The video tutorial is for Kaleido theme but Digon fullscreen works the same way. I’ve also included Help Guide PDF where it shows the ‘Uploaded to this post’ selection. Uploading images is managed by WordPress. It’s part of Media management of wp-admin. The theme populates slideshow from image attachments of the page. Could you check video tutorial. Please follow how the ‘Uploaded to this post’ is selected.

Could you make sure you’re ordering the images after choosing ‘Upoaded to this post’. This is visible from Edit page – ( Add Media )
Ordering after choosing this will affect the image attachments of the post/page. Otherwise the images are ordered in the General Section.

Hi, i am deciding between 2 layouts for a large client. I have 2 questions for digon.
1) Can the mobile feature be turned off? So that it displays the desktop site on phones. I ask this cause i notice on mobile all information is disabled for fullscreen images with caption and only the image is viewed.
2) Can i have 5 seperate portfolio full-screen with captions? Reason is, they have 5 vehicals with numerous pictures/info for each.

1. Yes. Responsive features can be turned off.
2. Yes, you can have an unlimited fullscreen pages with/without captions. You can link them anywhere just like pages. It’s not just for homepage.

I don’t particularity like the grid overlay on top of all the images throughout the theme. Is there a way to take that off?
Yes, You can choose ‘none’ or another grid overlay pattern. There’s 15 overlay patterns to choose from.

You can remove Menu sub text via theme options – General – ‘Activate Menu description text’
/css/menu/superfish.css can be used to alter the menu using CSS.

Very beautiful themes in your potfolio. I was just wondering whether the FLexSlider in DIGON can be customised just as heavily as the one on the KALEIDON theme, meaning
Lightbox ( on / off ), Display Lightbox titles ( on / off ), Display Slideshow captions ( on / off )As a photographer, I like the fullscreen capabilities with captions (not many themes out there with that, bravo!) but I’m also interested in adding a bit of text to the images – descriptions, specs, etc. Thank you in advance for any reply. I wrote this here as I thought of it as a pre-sale question, not an actual support one.

1) In the home page, there is a fuul screen gallery with captions and thumbnails: is possible create some pages with these three elements?

1. Fullscreen slideshows can be created with captions and thumbnails and can be set not only as the mainpage. You can use it similar to pages.
2. Sorry the shortcode thumbnail gallery can currently generate images only.
Captions can be displayed in lightboxes where they are visible in the demo.

If I add some images in the fullscreen slideshow and the line with thumbnails begin too long, what’s happen?
They’ll scroll horizontally. Like carousel thumbnails. You can add as many thumbnails. If they go offscreen the carousel is activated which moves with the mouse.

Google map shortcode isn’t built to the theme though you can use one through a plugin. A responsive google maps shortcode will go fine with the theme.

w3 portfolio page, I get the error. pictures rel value gives an error (rel=”prettyPhoto[portfolio]“) repeats in each picture.
w3 error code >> Bad value prettyPhoto[portfolio] for attribute rel on element a: Illegal character in path component. The string prettyphoto[portfolio] is not a registered keyword or absolute URL.
Hi, I really like this theme. Is it easy enough to create different layout pages. For example, a full width about us page. Also your logo is on a transparent background. What format would I have to upload mine so I don’t have a white square.

It a really functional theme with lots of features to display. You can check out the demo where page layouts are included.
Fullwidth pages can be easily done. You’ll just need to set the page as a fullwidth page.
A transparent PNG will be good as a logo. It won’t be displayed as a white square where transparency is.

Okay – still tossing up between RSW, DIGON & KALEIDO and have a question or two (or maybe more) for you….
1. I have no need for the lightbox popup when clicking an image in a portfolio page (whether it is a filtered or column portfolio). Is it possible to link the image to the portfolio item instead of the lightbox? ie we would like the link for the image to be the same as the link for the portfolio title (eg http://digon.imaginemthemes.com/wp/project/cras-venenatis-mollis/). Can this portfolio item page have a smaller image and sidebars?
2. Can the filterable portfolio page have 1,2,3 or 4 columns or are we limited to 3 as per the demo?
3. Can the filterable portfolio page have a bit more text under the image and portfolio title as per the column portfolio pages?
4. Can a portfolio page be the home page? I think I read in previous comments that you can’t have background audio whilst displaying column portfolio pages, is this correct?
5. My site will be used for promoting an online interactive radio show where the portfolios will be image/audio archives of interviews conducted on the show. The basic premise is to have the home page show the latest interviews, upcoming interviews & perhaps our favourite interviews so if we don’t use a portfolio style home page we could use captions and/or service boxes to facilitate this. In your opinion which of the above 3 themes would best suit our needs (we like them all and can’t decide yet). If RSW doesn’t have a filterable portfolio then we will eliminate this choice and go with either DIGON or KALEIDO.

1. You can directly link them when creating the portfolio gallery. The function is already active. You’ll need to customize the portfolio page if it’s not found in the demo. Demo has all layouts theme can generate.
2. Filterable portfolio is currently 3 columns.
3. Yes they will require additional coding.
4. You can set a portfolio page as frontpage via wp-admin. Only fullscreen pages and audio posts currently have audio.
5. You can use Audio Posts and generate Categories as well as archives based on Tags. This way you can have collections.
Three of the themes are my favorites. RSW doesn’t have filterable. So i can recommend Digon and Kaleido.

1. Fullscreen video and Fullscreen slideshows are separate posts. They can’t be mixed in one currently.
2. You can have as many images. Unlimited.
