Hello, I am having a problem changing / adding filters to the Portfolio section. When i change the name and slug they no longer function. when you click on the button all the thumbs just go away. Same happens when ii even add a new filter and assign items to it. do you have any thoughts or suggestions? much appreciated.

Thanks for your quick email response. In case any one else runs into this issue… When you create or add a new item be sure NOT to include a slug as it will be automatically generated. Also be sure NOT to use odd characters. In my case I used a ”/” which added to the problem. I want to reiterate how awesome this theme is. It is very easy to work with and performs very well thus far.

Hi, looks like you did some caching and minifying of style sheets, which is great for production for efficiency. But is difficult for development as we are making one or two custom tweaks. Is there an easy way to turn this caching/minification of stylesheets off while we are developing?

The admin gives me a URL like www.web.com/project/XXX but when I try to go to this I get a 404 error. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance
Hello, You need to update your permalinks.
1- Go to Settings > Permalinks
2- Select a different structure under Common Settings
3- Click “Save Changes”
After you do that, you can switch it back to what you had before as a structure, or choose a different one..

1- Go to Appearance > Editor and from file list on right select the header file(header.php) and find below

2- Right below this line add the below, after entering your logo URL and Alt text

3- Click “Update File”
4 – Go the Appearacnce > Theme Options scroll down to “Custom CSS” and paste the below code after entering the negative margin-left which is half logo width. (eg: logo width 300/2 = -150px;)

top:20%;
left:50%;
margin-left: -150px; /* Negative Half Image Width*/
}
5- Click “Save All Changes”
That should do it for you. I’ll try to get it worked into theme options, for now this will work for you.

Hello. thxs for the fst reply. I’m using full screen slide, images are 1450×782. I see well on desktop and notebook, but on ipad cutted on left-right sides.
Try image sizes like
1024 X 768 (recommended by plugin)
1100×825
1200×900
Also recommended is that the file size be around 200kb
With your image being long and narrow it will cut the sides off because it’s trying to cover the height since it’s narrow.
Hope that make sense.
Is there a way to have 3 slides and the slides stop on the last slide and do not loop.
Also can we have any animations like slides dropping down from the top in etc.?

it would be great feature to have layered slides. Slide 1 one drops in “Just” Slide 2 drops in “do” Slide 3 drops in “it” which will end up with “Just do it”. Also it would be great to have each slide come in diffidently from the top/left/right/fade etc.. I’ll definitely buy it then:)

This theme does not support Sub menu ?when i add sub menu on menu section of admin it does not show properly on frontend just show just below on main menu should show when hover on main menu. Please can you respond this theme support submenu or not

Hey, really cool stuff. 3 things before I go shopping:
1.) Is there a built in “Latest Tweets” function that can be positioned on the homepage?
2.) Does it support SoundCloud player embedding?
3.) Will the theme work with these two plugins: http://codecanyon.net/item/justified-image-grid-premium-wordpress-gallery and http://codecanyon.net/item/social-gallery-wordpress-photo-viewer-plugin They are essential for me to fetch Facebook Page images to the websites gallery. Please let me know if this is doable with the current theme or should be the theme tweaked for that. Thanks.

1- There is a twitter widget for side bar with theme, else where you could use a plugin
2- Not without changes, which I have made this change for soundcloud to show up on blog post featured image part for someone.
Other places I tested soundcloud plugin and worked without issues.
3- I’m not sure about those, haven’t used them before. I have tested other facebook plugins and they worked without any issues.

I don’t plan to use Blog section at all, I will pull info from social media platforms. So if I understand you correctly the Soundcloud embedding was only an issue with blog? It works ok if embedded to a page?

The blog sections I was referring to was the part where you are browsing multiple post and you see the feature image/video.
I tested http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/soundcloud-shortcode/ and worked in sections, pages, etc.

Now when you rearrange your menu, your sections on the front page will get rearranged. Lets you select the page sections you want to show on front this way..
Never mind… Thanks for adding this feature on the menu section…. I had to delete my menu and then create the new menu w/this new featured Page Section on the menu options…
Yeah the new menu way was added in v1.3 so if you were before that it would have be different.
Just upgrade to V2 Section Page has change the order of my sections from section 1, section 2, etc to: section 2, section 1, etc…. please advice how to change back the order of sections like was created w/V1.3 (purchased 2 days ago) Love the “theme” thank you!!

It has a sorter now. You can find info in the Documentation folder, open index.html and go to menu setup. Make sure that your menu is set up like in documentation, then you’ll be able to go to Appearance > Menus and sort the front page based on your menu order.

I love this theme, but I have some problems with it. I’m using WordPress 3.5.1. version. I installed the theme. I fix the theme options. When I want to add a Page, Portfolio, Work, Team the page couldn’t be found on my homepage. What’s the problem? This is the second them that I bought, because the previous one that was the problem. It’s didn’t display the pages.

Sounds like you need to update your permalinks/rewrites..
In your Wordpress admin area go to Settings > Permalinks and on the “Common Settings” choose a different permalink structure and click “Save Changes” then you can switch back to previous structure after..
