1. Drop down menu support multiple levels sub menus

2. homepage have 3 different templates as shown in theme demo. and each template has right sidebar where you can use any of given widgets. But left side content area that displays featured and latest articles can be configured from theme options and does not support widgets. So, if you need to modify it more to your custom needs then you need to modify related template code or you can hire our customization services after purchase.

Yes, it is tested on WordPress version 3.5.1

Author name is not provided in post meta as I think that a knowledge base site represents a company and name of individuals is not an appropriate thing to display with a post.

But if you want to show author info then here are two ways.

1st: you can show author info box using following plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fancier-author-box/

2nd If you want to add only author text name in post meta then please create a support ticket and our support staff will provide your related code.

Multiple users having the same public IP can like an article only one time (I mean only one user will be able to like an article once and later on it will behave as liked to all the user behind that public IP ). Article likes are stored as simple post meta ( WordPress post custom field ) and it has very simple code that is very easy to modify.

Any visitor ( registered or non-registered ) can like an article and an article can be liked once from one IP address.

I think what you are asking is how to disable it for non-registered visitors and sorry there is no way for now but if you create a support ticket then I can provide you related theme file modified for this purpose.

This theme fulfills your exact requirements.

You can allow users to signup and sign-in using WordPress user management and after that they can publish their posts and embed their uploaded videos.

To only comment on a post, a visitor is not needed to sign-in. Anybody can leave a comment by default. But this settings can be changed and can be restricted to only signed-in users from discussion settings in WordPress admin side.

There could be multiple solutions for this based on your needs.

One could be to use a plugin like http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-submitted-posts/ and another could be to add a contact form plugin like contact form 7 or Gravity Forms and create a custom form to take article data from users.

By the way this theme is tested with contact form 7 plugin and form inputs’ styles are written globally in a way that any contact form plugin will work fine with it.
