Concerning comment form validation. Would it be possible to have a kind of Ajax non validation instead of classic wordpress non validation leading to a new page just to say it does not validate ?

You’ll need to look for a plugin or script that offers such a feature, this is not something the theme handles.
Can you advice a plugin for that ? Something working with your theme features ?
I’m not aware of any plugins that offer this feature unfortunately. My suggestion is to search for “ajax comments” in the plugin directory and try the top plugins out: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=ajax+comments

Ok Great ! I bought your theme a few months ago but I never had a chance to use it. I have now a project where your theme could fit so I’ll try it.
When I click on “latest activity” or “latest posts” pages 2, 3, 4, etc., it reloads the whole home page and returns the visitor to the top of the page. Is there a way to just reload that part of the page OR if it needs to reload the whole page, at least return the visitor to that particular spot on the page so they don’t have to scroll back down from the very top? Thanks. Other than that, I love this theme and I believe it is just what need.

I’d like the thumbnail image on “latest posts” to show users a content type image (video, podcast, ebook, etc.) while the featured image shown above the post itself be a category image (health, fitness, money, careers, etc.).
You cannot have two different featured images by default, you’ll need to use and integrate a plugin such as http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/multiple-featured-images/

I’ve not tested the theme with either plugin so I cannot say for sure, but I don’t see any reason why they would not work.
I just want to comment – I have bought 3 themes from themeforest and this theme and the support that comes with it is second to none – absolutely head and shoulders miles above any of the competition – I am still bedding in my site, mostly non theme related tweaks but as and when it is finished will be happy to be used as a reference site any time.

Love your theme, but would love it even more if you had a checkbox option to turn on the responsive feature for only mobile devices. Right now it’s all or nothing and I’d really rather not have the responsive functionality on for laptops and desktops since resizing the window really messes up the margins, white space, etc. The responsive theme I used to use does that and it works great (but they didn’t have BuddyPress integrated). So is there any chance you guys would add that feature?

The theme rounds the corners of the images, the images are not rounded by default.

There are no plans to add such a feature currently. The GD Star Rating plugin should work with this theme.
