child theme is used when you want to override php functions of base theme. If you just want to make CSS changes, you should use Custom CSS field in Qode options.

Hi I just purchase this great theme, really nice work.
I just have one small problem with the shortcodes, I can see the icon and the list of shortcodes but it is behind the qode sliders and qode parallax bars, so I can’t see it entirely and also if I click in any shortcode it doesn’t do anything, I try to drag it but is not working either. And last question is the theme compatible with wp super cache plug in? Thank you

I’ve took a look, and there is javascript error, which I don’t get both on our demo web site, or on my local installation. I am not sure if you changed something directly in the files, ot it’s related to some of plugins you are using (some that’s affecting text editor)? Can you try to deactivate qTranslate and let me know if that helps? Although, I think other customers were using it and they didn’t get any javascript error.

We didn’t test our theme to be multi-language ready, but only translation ready, but I know other customers used qTranslate.

you will need to create images that have enough width to fit into the slider. If your images are vertical, you can add color of background on the left and right side of it

Love the theme but am having trouble trying to create a parallax page. I know its totally a user error, so its nothing I need fixed> I was just wondering if you have a “how to parallax” help page or something.

The only thing I’m having trouble with is when I go to click on the Qode shortcodes target symbol.
I disabled Jetpack to be able to use the page effects, but now I have no shortcode references

WOW am I tired. OK I meant to say, I click on the button and the shortcode menu doesn’t pop up. It’s just a blank page, and no drop down. I’m thinking maybe the theme didn’t install correctly?

I just noticed on the Shortcodes> Elements > Tabs Page, the third Tab at the bottom of the page, when clicked, moves the page up and the footer disappear. Would you be able to fix this ?

I played with the circles and made them smaller; but cant manage to centre the text vertically. After much reading and trials this is what I have so far, as per your CSS:

child theme is used to override themes php functions. For custom css changes you should use Custom CSS field in Qode options. When you upgrade, everything stored there will be saved, as it’s stored in database.

This way is not very simple, I write a lot of CSS rules. I duplicate the header.php and place a link for the child-theme CSS file, they work…
I encounter another problem, the Responsiveness does not work in child-theme.

Unfortunately, we didn’t add option to dynamically define fields. I know some customers have been using gravity forms plugin, but not sure it will work fine when AJAX animations are turned on. I think they had to turn off AJAX animations for that form and leave it ON for rest of the site.

Hi QODE, I am working on this amazing theme and have some minor things that I need to change.
a) On the separator, how and where can I change the basic line with a dotted line?
b) How do I change from all upper case “ABOUT US TEXT EXAMPLE” to upper lower case?
c) How can I add a Copyright and Contact info on the footer right (where you have now the social icons), opposite from footer left logo?
d) On the home page Small Slider PORTFOLIO how can I make “3/9” text normal, not italic; and how do I take out the small separator from Small Slider PORTFOLIO title? I want PORTFOLIO title without the short line underneath.

b) “ABOUT US TEXT EXAMPLE” is one of the columns heading on home page and not the page title. So how do I change from all upper case “ABOUT US TEXT EXAMPLE” to upper lower case?

It has been a while 
And my site is very close to completion. But i am stuck on 1 thing though.
If i make a portfolio item, my menu bar transition stops. Probably because the site does not know where the item is? So it shows nothing in the top menu bar.
I was also wondering is there a way to change the word About? I have to make the site fully dutch for my client.

- is used only for AJAX to work, as that’s only way part of the URL can change without refreshing whole page, so AJAX animations can be used.

No problem. Thanks for the prompt reply. Which WooCommerce do I install; there are several different versions? I did install the version called WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce, Version 2.0.5. After installing, I imported the contents again. After uploading, assigning post to a user, and checking download and import file attachment, I get the error below. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webadmin@kundenserver.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. Well, I do like your theme, otherwise why should I bought it. Since a couple of days I’m playing around with it. I think there is somehow a problem with the responsive layout in mobil devices. I’ve got a samsung galaxy s3, and I tried all browsers. But the navigation behave strange.
