Hi, I’ve purchased several of your themes before and I have a client that wants the metro style so I’m looking at Rocketboard.
However, looking at the demo site on iPad and iPhone the responsive design seems a little off.
On iPad mini: The transparent menu indicator overlaps the site logo and the sort / order buttons over lap the filters. I see two columns when there appears to be enough space for a third.
On iPhone 5: Home page boards that are x2 columns are chopped off on the right side. The sort / order buttons are open by default.
Given your knowledge of the theme, would these be issues that are easily resolved working with a developer?
I wonder if you might consider updating the theme to make the theme a better experience on mobile / tablet?
Also, would a retina display plug-in work OK with the theme?

1. We actually fixed menu and logo already but just didn’t put the update to demo site yet 
2. We will fix the overlaping on filter button and filter layout in next update.
3. on I5, it’s just that way, we have to open the sorting button. And also portfolio list needs to be 1 column in mobile view as it’s too thin.
About retina plugin, I have no idea about this at all 
You actually can try this on other themes that you bought from us first. If it works then it should be fine but if not, well, it doesn’t support :/

Very nice theme. Is it possible to use custom BG instead of your options in CMS panel? Is it possible to move menu from top lower down so i will have some margin from top with BG? (I guess i need to change CSS file) Can I add phone number next to social icons? Is it translate ready with CMS menu or not?

3. you have to customize the code by yourself. It’s header.php
4. nope, you have to translate it yourself, we only prepared .POT file for you.

1. I’m not sure that you can translate WSIWYG bar or not but you can’t translate our admin panel and page option setting because it will cause problems on checking case on database value.

We’re really excited to put this theme to good use for our latest project.
I have a problem, though. When I create a board page and assign project categories for it, the squares and rectangles are all over the place… meaning they don’t align with each other neatly in a metro page (like your demo page). What am I doing wrong, I’ve checked the documentation, there is nothing in there I haven’t considered. Please help.
So in conclusion: what I want to achieve is my portfolio board page to look exactly like in your demo but with only 8 elements.

Hi the address is: q.1world4wellness.com. What I noticed is that the “sort by” menu is not coming up. And the way the page behaves at the moment suggests that to sort type is “fit rows” instead of “masonry”

Hi, considering your theme and I have a presale Qs : you have a child theme option? Also I’m using your Blue Diamond Theme now for my client’s website.. I see the same drag&drop page builder in this theme too: Most of the time my custom HTML code I wrote in Text editor is overridden / stripped down if I even accidentally switched to Visual editor ) not even need to save / reload the page – its just erasing everything in text editor before and saved! – so I have to roll back previous version of page – Its so frustrating. Could it be because I use combination of my code with some drag/dropped elements(like forms, etc) from page builder?

2. not sure where you mentioning to but I think it’s the main content editor from Wordpress, right? I think you have to switch to text mode first then you can put html. This is not the theme problem, It’s a standard way to use for this editor.
3. To use html code with page builder, yes you can by using page item ‘column’

After download the package from themeforest. Extract it. Then you will see the folder ‘document’ Open the file ‘index.html’ with your browser.

Within the rocket board (squares) on the home page, is it possible to have squares with custom html? As an example, along with links to blog pages, also have a fillable contact form or similar?

Hi,
To install wordpress theme, please follow these steps.
1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You’ll see the file called ‘rocketboard…..zip’
3.) Upload this file through wp backend.
