PS: When I said that I had lost links: In fact, the images were missing in the portfolio (single portfolio) and the slider (slider layer) used was also lost. I also lost articles in the blog. Strange, no ?
I really need help to get the update without losing some preferences. I did a restore (ftp + sql) with BackWPup

i don’t know that you have done, but the update is very easy and your content is safe in database. in fact you are just updating theme files and the content is safe.
You just need to deactivate and remove previous theme and install new version. for more info please check this video

I would like to update the theme. However, I have modified some files.php and I also installed a few plugins.
What files do I replace for this update? Because I tried to replace the existing theme of the new, and I lost images, links, layerslider,..
I had to do a restore of the database 
I’ve done a parent theme that I only changed the CSS and the functions.php file
What is the solution to this update? without losing my preferences, images, links, slider .. etc …

Hi. i checked that. you are right, it’s because of lightbox script that is not compatible with jquery 1.9.1.

I found the problem,
It seems there are issues with the mobile version of the Lotus theme. The problem is solved when i installed another mobile plugin.
Although i hope this problem will be solved. Because i love the look of the mobile lotus theme

Can anybody help me with JWplayer?
My site crashes on my mobile when i load a page with jwplayer content in it. On my computer it works fine
I use the JWplayer wp plugin.
I use exactly the same JWplayer plugin on another site without the Lotus theme and it works fine.

Is there a way to add a “see more” button on a portfolio added via the page builder? I’ve found the option to either show a certain number of portfolio items or all of them, but no easy way to add a “see all of the rest of the portfolio items on this page” link – at least within the portfolio area.
Is this functionality built in and I’m just not seeing it? If not, how should I go about adding it?
TL;DR: See more for the portfolio, or maybe some arrows like on the blog posts one.

sorry this feature is not available in portfolio element. but you can add a column element under portfolio element and add a link button to portfolio page in it.
Thanks for the reply; that seems to be a fair workaround for now, perhaps you would consider adding it as a feature in the future. That has been the only issue I have noticed at this point; the only other is a glitch with the scroll to top button that occurs when you try to scroll down before the animation is complete. All in all, an excellent theme.

Hello averta. First of all really good theme. I have 1 question regarding the “image moving effect” that you show in your demo (ex. Food Theme Homepage, the image under Our History/Special Menu, etc..).
How I can recreate that? I’ve added 3 Small Images but when I go over nothing happen. I would like to make them zoom in like you did. I’ve put the 3 images as Single Images in the Smart Page Builder but I’m sure isn’t the right way to do it. Thanks

The image block you mentioned about is “Page” element in smart page builder. you just need to create a page and add feature image to it then on your home page, open smart page builder and add a page element and select the page you created before.that’s it.

Hello, I just purchased the theme. Question: I see there is a content type called product. Is there a shopping cart? If not, is this theme incompatible with WooCommerce?

The product section is our built-in product showcase.
and this theme is not woocommerce adapted.
Because in this theme we introduced a new approach for presenting luxury items, and it is not just restricted to ecommerce purposes. You have tons of option with our built-in product showcase but it does not have something like shopping card feature.

I’d really love to use this for a site I’m developing, and was wondering if you’d consider adding a feature. Themes that allow horizontal page sections that span the entire page width and have a different background colour or image are becoming increasing popular on Themeforest. It’s an amazing way to add focus and structure to a page. Do you think this is something you could add in a future update?

Yes, it’s useful feature , but it needs deep modification in our page builder and i don’t think it’s possible for this theme. may be we add this feature in our future themes.

There is definitely a problem with your twitter widget. It periodically shows tweets from random users (some of which are offensive), despite the fact that I only have one Twitter account linked to the feed. My actual Twitter Account hasn’t been hacked. Please let me know what to do asap or I will have to remove it from my site.

Hi, first of all congratulations for the theme. I found a small bug. It does not appear the icon of social Tumblr. I have already fixed the problem, I wanted to warn you. the variable “tumblr” is written wrong “tumbler” in thema / themename / admin / include / init / functions.php and it is also written in the wrong themes / themename / css / main.css
