The Demo content will not upload on HostGator Reseller accounts- it times out and does nothing- Day 5 of troubleshooting. Editing the PHP INI file does nothing. The only solution is to break up the XML import file and even then you get errors. I wish I had a joomla quickstart for wordpress.

Hi I just purchased and installed the demo xml file. Our page’s menu is overlapping the logo area and the page content, please help!

Hi Qode, we just purchased your theme and so far we’re very pleased with it. We still have to figure out a lot of stuff, as we’re quite new to Wordpress.

One thing though, that came up pretty early: Is it possible to switch off the detection of the iPad (or any other tablet) as a mobile device? In landscape mode it does show the page as intended, in portrait it switches to mobile view. The way we concepted our website, it is not very nice to watch on a mobile device. We’re even considering getting one of those mobile switch plugins and making the mobile site different from the actual homepage. Would that work with your theme and as well would solve the problem with not detecting tablets as mobile devices? I hope you understand what I mean.

Just realised that the titles of the progress bars are in a ‘colored box’, which has the same color as the default background color.

Any possibility to change the color of the ‘colored box’. I have a white background, so the progress bar titles have a greyish box around them right now.

It looks very nice and after trying several Google fonts, I always went back to the default font!

Hi,

I just installed the theme. I would like to import the demo content following the instruction on the theme’s documentation. However, I get failed error messages on every item and no content is added to my site.

Under Tools/Import/Wordpress 1. I selected minimum.wordpress.2013-04-30.xml inside themeforest-4084338-minimum-professional-wordpress-theme/xml export/. clicked upload file and import 2. It takes me to assign authors page that is not in the manual. I selected assign posts to an existing user and selected my user name. Wasn’t sure to click download and import file attachment so tried both ways. Once I submit I get lines and lines of failed. and nothing gets imported.

What am I doing wrong? Am I missing a step? Is this a database prefix issue? Please help!!! Thank you!

Hello, is there a way how the small sliders that display blogposts and portfolio items AUTOMATICALLY show the latest entries or special categories or do we need to update each MAIN PAGE slider each time we create a new blogpost and we want to see it there ?

Hello ! Love the theme… i am just missing two things.

Are you planning to include “share” buttons that go well with the theme for portfolio items ? would be probably be needed and appreciated by many but has to go well of course with the rest of the design. Can you work on this ?

A full screen slider as landing page i havent been able to see ? I love the fist impression to be full force with pictures, does the slider enable one to do so ?

My site is finaly finished and online but my menu still does not work properly. (The menu stops working when i enter an portfolio item.) and if i check out the site on my telephone the logo stays really big.

Is there anyway you guys could take a look at it?

Hi- in response to my question above ^...using the css editor in the Qode options panel I was able to get the titles to display on the right side. When I tried using the same method to not display the titles at all the title section went away completely and my over-sized logo covered something else up. Is there a way to keep the title section for each page but not have the title actually show up in that section. I can be happy with the fix that I got so far : titles on the right side: BUT i would rather know the option to hide them within the section if there was such an option/method.

I guess I could change the font color of the title to the same color as the background..that would probs work, but seems a bit like a cheap fix.

Hello. I am a newb but learn fast. I am trying to get my page titles and subtitles area to show on the each page BUT not have the actual page title or subtitle show up. I know I can click the box to not display the page title or subtitle but that does not solve my problem. I am using an over-sized logo (which I like and want to keep) but it covers the page titles and subtitles – which looks bad: but i need the page title and subtitle section showing for each page so that the over-sized logo has enough space. I have searched around and tried some experimenting on the php files and tried some css but no luck so far.

Can you give me some clues as to which php file and section of the file to experiment with; or rather you know a quick css solution to this…I am sure it is a simple fix- i just have not gotten it to work so far.
