incase others are wondering what the outcome was…..they sent me a link to some background images to use and a file with info.
I read well the documentation: in the “Setting Up a Fancy Box Gallery Page” you say: “If you want to open a Youtube, Vimeo or Dailymotion video within the lightbox, specify the url in the “Video URL” custom input.”
I published the page choosing Fancy Box Gallery Template but I don’t find any Video Url Custom Input. How can I do?

The only image size requirement I am finding are 378×293 for 3 column and 363×281 for 4 column. What are the requirements for images that will appear full screen, etc??
What are the size requirements for the Logo and White Logo and the retina versions. Am I missing all this documentation? I have the file that was with the download and have read thru most of it.

- There are no requirements for images that will appear full screen, etc. but make sure your images are big enough.
- You can any sizes you wish but make sure the width of your logo not wider than 158px. Retina logo must be 2x of your main logo.
still confused…..no requirements on the image sizes??? I typically post images to the web at 72 pixels resolution. If I upload an image at say 600 pix on longest edge and 72 pixels resolution will it not be pixelated when displayed full screen?? There should be some min requirement to maintain image quality on your theme.
The optimal dimensions for your full-screen, full width slideshow images are 1600px wide by 1200px high.

so my full width images are sized to 1600w x 1200h per your request above….still they being are cropped. this cant happen! It cuts off important parts of the image. What is the fix??
Hi, align your images to center of slides. You can find this option in “Slider Settings” meta box.
Still tring to convience myself this theme is great….I want it to be! My issue….this is just an example… If I edit your page “Full Width Slider” on my site and click on ADD GALLERY IMAGES in the Page Gallery section nothing happens. It is a clickable link but it does not give me any way to actually add images. This happens anywhere I see this ADD GALLERY IMAGES link.

It was already email….and someone already told me what to do…. Incase others are reading this….I ending up having to update my version of WP to the latest. (they also had my login to check on it so I am not 100% sure the upgrade fixed it, but anyway..it now works.
Hello, sorry if somebody ask it already, but i have problem with “Portfolio Highlight Color”, it’s simply doesn’t work, choose any color for new or one of demo portfolio and it’s doesn’t change anything, for new it’s only black (default), for demo – same color as before. I get a random “0” in every other pose or page,, appears to be coming from the pinterest share link,,, and it jumps to the top or far side of the pose/page/picture/whatever it may be

Well that was painful, I read ever comment and post to be sure some of what I’m going to ask wasn’t already in there. A few questions:
- can different music be added to different galleries? If not, can a different plugin be easily added to do this? - I need different galleries of photos for different clients to access, pw protected - is there a very easy to use gallery admin for adding photos and creating galleries?
Lastly, heres a dumb question. What is the different between a portfolio and gallery? I just want a user to see a list of different categories in the menu (ie, flowers, people, weddings, etc). When they click on one of those a slideshow of images is shown.

Hello, I’ve just purchased and installed the theme. First of all, I’d like to say that it’s a really great theme!
I have some issues however. It’s on the responsive bits with portfolio fixed width settings. When I resized the browser smaller, the thumbnails does not resize to the layout properly. They are too small. Check out the screengrab below.

Is there a reason to re-size a browser?
well, the theme is labeled as responsive. I wanted it to look properly on tablet and mobile phone, so I resized the browser to see how it looks. The other templates seems to look ok though. The only one with this issue is Portfolio fixed width, which happened to be the layout I want to use. Any way to correct this issue?
If you will find a tablet or mobile phone on which the theme doesn’t responsive we’ll fix it.
The issue only appears when I resized the browser, but you’re right, it looks great on mobile and tablet.
Hi, it’s me once again. I have read the Documentation page, but I still can’t figure out how to solve this problem. I want to set up a blog. I don’t want it on the homepage, I just want it to be on a different page. So, I created a page and called it “Blog.” Then I went to “Settings, Reading” and selected “Static Page” and chose the “Blog” page. However, when I visit my website and click on the “Blog” page, I get a “Nothing Found” error. I followed all the steps. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi, great theme. Is there a way to set the Galleries List category navigation to an accordion list, or something similar? Right now I have 30 categories with no scroll or parenting, and it goes beyond the page.

Visit your downloads tab and re-download the new version.
To install a new version of the theme delete the old one, with a help of FTP for example, and extract skylab.zip file and upload the extracted folder to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server.
