This template is responsive on every client except Android 4 where it is too wide, even when viewed landscape. Android 2.3 is fine. I have checked this both on Litmus and Email on Acid. Other templates I have used are responsive on Android 4. Please can you solve this.

Hi I’m having problems with templatebuilder where when i ask for the html at the end of the builder it just hangs the browser, tried in chrome, firefox and IE same result each time.

I have everything up-and-running, but I do have a question about auto-inserted posts: how do I make the “read more” button and the post title automatically link to the auto-inserted post? For example, I can enter {post_title:-1} for the title and {post_excerpt:-1} for the text, but the “read more” button isn’t linked and neither is the post title. Do I need to manually link to the posts, or is there a shortcode of some sort I can enter into the link fields for title and button?

Hi I have been working on the Skyline Responsive template and I wanted a background (outside) color of #986816 so I changed the following line of code: body,.bodytbl{background-color:#986816/Background Color/;} I want the main body of the email to be #F8F8F8 so thought the .wrap class related to this as follows: .wrap.body{background-color:#F8F8F8/Body Background/;} However when I view my email in Outlook 2010 the body color of #F8F8F8 is overridden by the background color. Is this a bug? If I view email in browser it displays correctly

No, it shouldn’t get overwritten. Have you tried in another client? Do you use inline CSS?
I am using campaign monitor so I believe they inline the css

I have taken the code directly from the template builder, I have uploaded the code direct to Campaign monitor but always the same. Here is a link to a screenshot from the template builder http://mm123cloud.com/emailbuilder/template-screenshot.png and you will see that I cannot choose inline css because I have choosen Campaign Monitor
Can you confirm that CampaignMonitor inlines the CSS?

I have recieved a reply from Campaign Monitor where they state “I can confirm, we do inline your CSS for you”. They also have a new product a CSS Inline Generator http://inliner.cm/ and I put the code through this but still have the same problem with the background colour overriding the body colour.

When I test out the preview there are 3 responsive states, however when I do the “remove device” fix stated in earlier posts I only get the first and last responsive state. (this is before and after it is uploaded on my server.)

No, Mail clients ignore styles and html. Also the first part of each email is the text part so there’s no CSS at all

Hello, I want to buy this email theme and import it into mailchimp and send it from there. Can I do this without having to install your newsletter plug-in?
Yes Skyline has dedicate templates for MailChimp
The CSS is inline (eg: <style></style>) but getting stripped out by google mail. What am I doing wrong? We use a company called Mobilestorm to send email campaigns, when I send this as a test to my gmail which allows css, it comes out missing the headers and other styling. Please help.
Inline style means css directly on the HTML tags with a style attribute. This requires Gmail to display the mail correct. Use premailer for this purpose: http://premailer.dialect.ca/

The reason you don’t see a responsive template is media queries look like this@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px)while on my demo sites for I use
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px)
This is required that only devices with a max device width of 480 pixels use the responsive feature
To allow media queries only on that devices (which they are made for) helps to get rid of unexpected results in Thunderbird and Apple mail.
You can remove the “device” from the media query to see how it looks in the browser
