Any news about “portfolio list” that i can use categories as own page? Thanks!

U have allready “Added: categories for portfolio.” but not for portfolio list portfolio..
Portfolio and portfolio’s list are the same.
U have writen me in last posting here it is not possible to build with portfolio list categories own pages …

Hi! Downloaded the theme 3 days back. The portfolio thumbnails highlight colors on mouse over not working.

I run a magazine and this template has been awesome for it so far. One question, if I want to show older galleries beyond the 24 I’ve designated for view on the gallery page is there a way to do that with categories? Right now even of the filtering option is on, it only filters the galleries from the 24 designated in the theme.

I only installed it recently so I assume it’s up to date but I’m not sure. How do I update the theme without over writing the changes that I’ve made?
If you want to modify an existing theme, it is better to do it by creating a child theme than by modifying the parent theme directly. Read more http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

The full width slider When I created a gallery and set it as “full width of window slider” the gallery appears but I do not see arrow navigations / numbers like there is on your demo ie: http://demo.megathe.me/skylab/full-width-of-window-slider/
Galleries vs Portfolios Is is possible to create a page with both galleries and portfolio posts? Or do they always have to be separate pages?

Another issue I encountered. I do not see the mobile menu icon when resizing the browser, this means i do not have a way to access the menu when the browser is too small or when i am viewing on my phone or tablet.. is there a reason this happened? i tried restoring default settings and even as far as reinstalling the them but nothing changed.
There are two menu locations – primary and mobile. Primary menu is your main menu and mobile menu is for for mobile devices.
Menus can be configured under Appearance > Menus.

Not trying to be rude, but this really should have been provided by MegaTheme support. After 10 minutes of research I could figure it out with no prior knowledge of the theme or the slider that you used. :/

@ricomtl Shotcodes currently do not work for me. As a temporary workaround I am just using HTML – a bit more tedius. I’ve asked for support here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcode-in-image-caption

To install custom styles for your site navigate to Appearance > Theme Options > Style and add styles from the “styles” folder to “Custom CSS” block.
What does it mean? Adding just the name of the style? Does not work. So how do I use those styles ?

I am loving the site and the galleries are awesome. However, I have my home page set to Gallery with no margin and when viewed on a mobile, the menu list disappears so you cant navigate through the site. Any ideas how to fix this?

I just figured out a simple way to work in social icons on each image, or, even a styled description overlay. Your ‘Caption’ field for an image is shown on your sliders. Simply put a link and image in to the caption field. Hope that helps! =)

1. Is it possible to open these videos on its on page with unique URL instead of fancybox? Because I would like to send link to the video to my client and when they hit the page that video should play. So i thought putting them on their own page might do that.
2. Unless you know the way to fire fancybox through URL via hashtag or something, or
3. unique URL for each fancybox popup would be awesome.

Unfortunately what you have described isn’t available with the theme.
Are you still adding new features like Avada/Enfold does? If so can you please consider the following features:
+ Deep linking
+ Social icons on each image
+ CSS that can be applied to each image (i.e. a div with a caption and link)
+ ‘Hand icon’ and swipe effect on full-width/fullscreen slider
It’s an awesome theme, but just a few extra features to easily customise some features would be great.
