Love the theme! One question…
I’m replacing icons with images inside of a 4 column content box. The images are book covers that are in vertical rectangular format. The image is getting squashed down into the square constraints of the icon’s placeholder. Is there a way to remove that formatting, or to just have the image appear at it’s given size and aspect ratio? It’s the “icon-boxed” format, and I’d like the image to remain in the position it’s in (laid half-over top of the box). I hope this makes sense, and I hope I’m not missing something very simple.

PS – This theme was purchased by a colleague, who I’m trying to help with her design.
That particular design is going to have ot have image icons at the same size of the font awesome icons, its a unique design with icon overlaying the box. The other layouts should not do that.

Hi there, updated to WP 3.6 as you suggested since I don’t use the Layer Slider… but now my tabs don’t display properly… the content gets stacked sequentially and is all visible, instead of the inactive tab’s content hidden.. is there a workaround?

Most likely its one of your plugins, please deactivate any extra plugins you have and see if it works. It probably will. Make sure to clear your cache. Then reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
Keep in mind that a majority of plugins out there will need to be updated by the individual developers to be compatible with WP3.6, the only ones we can control are the ones we include with the theme.
If the issue persists, please post this up on our support forum. Create a new topic with the above info, then post a second reply with your username/password and mark it as a “private” reply so only we will see those credentials and will be able to login and check the issue.

I am looking at purchasing this theme and I just wanted to check a couple of things.
1. If I choose to use the white skin, is it possible to just make the header strip where the menu is a dark colour?
2. Also is it possible to change the colour of the grey strip with the purchase now button in the home version 1 template?

1. Yep, you can change each different section to anything you want, or place an image in it. You can make an entirely new color scheme if you wish.
2. Yes you can change that as well, and you can do that per page or a global option.

Hello, just purchased this theme and I am using the dark template. I am trying to get rid of the white line right under the tabs on the main navigation header..Can you tell me how I can do that? Or if it is even possible?
Yes its possible, all elements can have a color change. But Im not sure which one you are talking about. When changing to dark skin, it should automatically change it. Most likely its “Header Border Color” which is on the styling tab in theme options.

Love the theme. However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to have portfolio posts be exactly like regular pages? Thanks.
Thanks for the comments Hmmm, can you give an example? Each portfolio post can have content inserted for it. In our new update, you will be able to hide the project details and also use sidebars on the single post pages. That is coming in about 7 days,
That’s precisely what I wanted! Pages have options that I wish portfolio posts did. I wish both pages and portfolio pages would have the same options. Right now, instead of creating portfolio pages for my products, I’m creating regular pages, and only using portfolio pages for the sake of the thumbnails, which I link to actual pages…. Not sure if any of this makes sense…

Yes it makes sense Portfolio posts are posts by default, like a blog post. They are not pages. But we’ve added more capability to them in our new release coming soon! That will do the trick for you

I bought this theme a while ago and would like to add a client carousel on the homepage like you have on your preview site. I can’t seem to achieve this and the code on your documentation doesn’t seem to work, it doesn’t become a carousel. Can you please give me an example code?

Are you copying the code and then pasting it in the TEXT editor? If you paste it in the VISUAL editor it will not work, make sure to paste it in the TEXT editor. I just checked it and it does work. I assume you are using home page 3?
Or you can simply insert the client slider shortcode, its in the shortcode dropdown list. Insert the shortcode, then fill in your image URLs and links for each item.

I want to buy the avada theme but the payment options here are giving me lots of problems. I tried all my cards with all the payment options but either paypal or moneybookers aren’t working fine. They’re saying that my bank is denying the payment but I called to my bank and everything is fine.

How can insert animated counter circles?
I use the shortcode but I only can insert de Progress Bar because didn’t appear the button to insert counter circles or counter boxes.
Would you like to explain me how can I insert it? I read the manual but I don’t found it.

Animated counter circles have their own shortcode, find it in the shortcode dropdown in the visual editor of your page/post
But you need to be on Avada 3.0 or higher, it was added in that update.
i want to upgrade revolution slider, how can i do that since it’s already integrated into the theme? i own the revolution slider separately.
If you own it then you only need to go to theme options on the “extra” tab and disable the integrated slider, then you can use the one you have.
also how do i disable elastic slider?
and… possible to disable themefusion slider? (since i’m not using it)
Elastic slider and TF slider will not load unless you use them, so no need to disable them.

Is it possible to change the page title bar color depending on the page you are on? I have a special request.
Also, a few more small questions, I would like to change the link color in the menu for each menu item, and finally if I want to set a full-width logo with a background for a boxed layout, how wide should it be?

Yes you can change the page title bar color per page, look in the page meta options of each page.
Changing the link color is done via theme options on the styling tab, but its going ot be one color for all menu items.
Boxed layout is 940px wide for content area.

Hmmm, not at the moment, any image you insert as a featured image is going to show up in the slideshow. If its a video post (with video embed code) then the first featured image will not show up, but thats the only method at the moment. I’ll check into us adding this feature in a future release though.

One more qtn: can i change the Maximum Page Width of the site to 1024 px ?
You can do that, but it does require some custom CSS as its not a theme option. BUt we do have an FAQ on this topic in our support forum, but it is considered a customization. But I’ve seen several users do this.

Hey, I’d like to get product launch theme like it is up in here but I couldn’t do it. It was said that there is demo content somewhere. How could I get that? Product launch lets two background pics but I can only add one in wp under theme options.

That is a page and you setup the background images on the page. All our demo content is included in the XML file (import it all at once) or you can copy individual pages from our docs. Hey, I updated to the new wordpress by clicking update automatically. After doing so, I got this error on my homepage.
