Hi pavloki,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX
Please open a new Discussion about this in our Support Forum where is the one and only place for Support. Also, make sure you give as much details as possible – what is the exact color code you want to use, do you want to change the hover color only on the submenu/dropdown menu item or on the Top Level/Main Menu Items, etc.
I will assist you as soon as possible. Thanks

Problem smartphone solved.
Sorry, I have found it myself.

Thanks.

Hi vrenchen,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX
I’m glad you have solved the issue. Yes, some modules are using specific Module Class Suffixes in order to specify if they should be shown on Phones and Tablets

Hello, I purchased template. Thank you, it’s very beautiful theme. Can you help me, I make 2 languages site. On english version all work good. But russian version drop down menu work not correct. Link – phuketpropertyshow.com Please help with this problem. Regards, Alex
Hi Alex,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX and for the kind words
The template works perfectly fine with Multilangual Websites. Anyway, please open a new Discussion regarding this in our Support Forum and I will assist you as soon as possible
The Support Forum in the one and only place for Support:
http://www.joomfx.com/support/Please mention the site URL in the Discussion you will open and also attach a screenshot showing the problem. Thanks
P.S. I was not able to open your website. Please make sure the URL is correct and the site is up-and-running.
Hi JoomFX,
i plan to buy your beautiful theme, but I saw that you use gantry framework. I have previously used the framework with default template, and i had some problems with fixing or customizing css. I noticed that in your demo, you use evens things (four photos in “Our Projects”, in “Recent Blogs”, etc). is this a limitation? Can i use 3 or 5 columns ? (i think i find with firebug “24.8% important”). Finally, i suppose it is easy to stop drop down menu goes off the screen.
(I am not an advanced user)
Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in InsightFX
Regarding the “Our Projects” Module – it is a Custom Module and it is explained in the Documentation that comes with the Templates. If you want to have 3 or 5 items in it you will need to open a Discussion about this in our Support Forum and I will let you know what has to be done
Regarding the “Recent Blogs” Module – it is the News Pro GK4 Module from Gavick and you can change whatever you want, including the number of items to be shown.
The drop down menu goes off the screen by design. This is how Gantry Framework works… the Dropdows are in absolute position and that’s why they go off the screen. You can set particular dropdowns to float to the left instead to the right by using a Menu Class Suffix. Once you finish your website (finish the Menu Structure) open a new Discussion in the Support Forum and I will assist you with this.
The best thing you can do before purchasing InsightFX is to download the default Gantry Framework and play with it so you can decide if it works for your needs or not
Hi,
thank you for your immediate response (less than 20 minutes!!!!!). ?t’s good to see people take care about their work.

I’ll do a few, short tests with Gantry Framework and i will purchase your theme.
Keep up the great work!!!
Thank you for the kind words mrlds
Yes, do some test with the default Gantry and if you like it we’ll see each other in the Forum
Any changes I make in the template manager (ie logo, dark/light header, link color, preset style) is not displaying on the front-end.
I am an experienced front-end web developer and am familiar with both Joomla 3.1, Gantry Framework, etc. I have also developed on another template of yours without issue.
Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your insight. No pun intended.
Additionally, I have obviously cleared my browser cache and the gantry cache.
Hi VIBEdigital,
I’m sorry to hear you have some problems with our templates.
Please open a new Discussion for this problem in our Support Forum and send me the site URL together with the Admin Username and Password in my Inbox in the Forum (Private Message) so I can see what’s wrong.
If the site is on localhost I will not be able to do anything. I must see the site and reproduce the problem.
I’m waiting for you in the Forum
Thanks for your support over at the forum. My original post here in the comments was 27 minutes ago and it’s fixed already. A+++ Support!!
Thank you very much for the kind words Craig
It is really much, much appreciated!
Have a great day
Olá, Eu comprei este template para joomla 2.5, mas não sei como instalar podem me ajudar?
Hi Hodji,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX
Unfortunately, I cannot understand anything from the above. I also do not know what language it is so I cannot translate it with Google Translate.
Anyway, the one and only place for Support is our Support Forum:
http://www.joomfx.com/support/Please register and open a new Discussion there. Please explain the problem in English. Thanks
Alright, it seems it is “Portuguese”. This is what Google Translate says:
“Hello, I bought this template for joomla 2.5, but do not know how to install can help me?”
As the Item Description says, there is only Joomla 3.x Quickstart Package included. There is no Joomla 2.5 Quickstart Package.
If you want to install the Template on Joomla 2.5 you will need to do it from the Extension Manager in the Admin Panel. Everything is explained in the Documentation
Hi, I install the template in joomla 3.2 with Quickstart Package and its work but I can see module Copyright in my Module Manager, so i cant change the copyright. Can you help me.
Hi Hodji,
As I mentioned above, please use the Support Forum for any problems or questions you might have. The Support Forum is the one and only place for Support
Regarding the Copyright Question – this is not a standard Module, this is a Template Feature. You can change the Copyright Text from the Template Manager -> InsightFX -> Features Tab
Please register at our Support Forum
I bought this template a while back, and I’m so happy with it! It’s not just gorgeous, the support that JoomFX provided me with was remarkable. I got help with all my issues, and they weren’t even related to the template. I got answers and solutions within a couple of hours!
The documentation was also a big help, and I used the quickstart package when installing and encountered no problems with it. Just as promised everything looked exactly as the demo-site. Something that also might be worth mentioning is that I have 0 HTML and CSS skills and still go everything set up just the way I wanted it with the template.
My site with this template has now gone live and our customers just love it. You can check it out just to see what this template is capable of:
www.bmvstudio.se
All in all, this template is a great buy and the support is fantastic!
Thank you very much for the great feedback Bmvstudio
It is an amazing feeling when you see that your hard work is appreciated!
You honestly made my day! Thank you once again

P.S. If you have any visability issues in Opera, please clear the browser cache or try on another computer.
Hey, I bought this theme and I love it. The only problem is that you only included the quick installer for 3.0 can you please get me the installer for 2.5. We need certain extensions for the project we are working on and they only seem to be available for 2.5.
Hi frictionsweb,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX
Unfortunately, we are not planning on releasing a Joomla 2.5 Quickstart Package. It is written in the Item Description that the Quickstart Installation is Joomla 3.x and it is also discussed in the Comments section.
If you need to create a Joomla 2.5 website with InsightFX you just need to do the following:
1. Install the default Joomla 2.5
2. Install the template and all extensions that come with the template (or at least the ones you will need)
3. Install the Quickstart Package on another location (for example localhost)
4. Check how each and every module in configured in the Quickstart Installation and duplicate it in your Joomla 2.5 Installation.
You should be able to do this for 2-3 days.
I hope the above information helps and sorry for this misunderstanding
If you have any problems or questions in the future please open a new Discussion in our Support Forum where is the one and only place for Support. Thanks!
http://www.joomfx.com/support/Just a quick observation I wanted to share. It’s stated on the theme description that this theme is responsive. However, I tested the demo site on here, using a Galaxy S3 and a nook, while the main page looked great, however, I couldn’t navigate to anything on your demo site. Is this something we might expect to have happen on our production sites, after we purchase? Since I’ve not seen any comments on here, that others have experienced the same thing on their android or Ios based devices. So wondering if this is just something on your demo site. Please advise. Thank you.
Welcome back Webbyradio
Yep, the template is responsive. I’m not sure what exactly you mean by “couldn’t navigate to anything”
Anyway, as you have already noticed, nobody has mentioned a similar issue in the comments and there is actually no such problem with the demo site.
The Menu (Navigation) works perfectly fine on all devices, I don’t know what exactly you are seeing. It might be your Browser cache or it might be because of the iframe (please close it) but there is no problem with the templates.
Please check the screenshots below. They show that you have a button in the Header that you need to click on. Then the Menu will appear. You also have two options for Responsive Menu to choose from:
Screenshot 1
Screenshot 2
Screenshot 3
Yes, I made this screenshots on my PC (not on a Mobile Device) but I’m currently testing the template on my HTC One (Android) and everything look perfectly fine
Also, the templates are very well checked/tested by the Themeforest Review Team before they are approved for sale.
Let me know if you need anything else.
My apologies for not clarifying a little more. when I look at your demo site on my Galaxy S3, I see the mobile version but would like to see the desktop version. When I tested the demo on a NOOK HD,using Dolphin, In portrait mode I get the mobile version, but I either can’t navigate around the site or it’s slow and cumbersome. When I rotate the Nook to Landscape mode, I get the desktop version of your theme, which is what I want, great. But the slideshow stays on the main image, I Can’t slide to the next image as the arrows don’t appear, The Main navigation menus don’t drop down or take me the corresponding page when “click” on with my finger, the only menu is the little menu at the very top right hand corner. I can’t click on any other elements on the main page, so I can’t see the rest of the theme. Works great on my desktop, but on Galaxy S3, I can only get the mobile version, which works fine, but would the option to view the desktop version. Make sense?
Hi webbyradio,
There is no such issue in InsightFX. It is still a bit confusing for me so I will reply by quoting you:
1. “when I look at your demo site on my Galaxy S3, I see the mobile version but would like to see the desktop version.” – this is not possible. This is a responsive template, which mean the template adapts to the width/device it is viewed on.
2. “When I tested the demo on a NOOK HD,using Dolphin, In portrait mode I get the mobile version, but I either can’t navigate around the site or it’s slow and cumbersome.” – nope, I cannot reproduce such issue. The template works perfectly fine on all tablets it is tested on. Yes, I have not tested it on HOOK HD, only on iPAD, Galaxy Note, Nexus and Kindle Fire and there are no issues at all. It works as expected.
3. “When I rotate the Nook to Landscape mode, I get the desktop version of your theme, which is what I want, great. ” – it is normal. Here is how the responsiveness work… there are some pre-defined, standard widths, for example the phone is less than 768px, the table is between 768px and 960px, and Small Screens is between 960px and 1200px. These are Standards. When you rotate your Nook to Landscape mode it becomes wider than 768px and that’s why the responsive/mobile menu is replaced by the Desktop menu (the Mobile Menu is visible only on devices smaller than 768px in width).
I can honestly tell you that this template works really well on all mobile devices. I really do not know why you are seeing such things but the template has almost 200 customers and nobody has reported something similar.
What you see in the demo is what you will get if you purchase it – it will NOT be better and it will not be worse. So my advice is – if you think that it will not work for you, than simply find another template
Hi there, You’ve made a great job. I would like to purchase this template. Could you please tell me if I can set up a multilingual website with this template. To be clear, I would like to know if the main menu is part of the core template or is set in a module position (e.g. main menu).
Hi cod1,
Thank you for your interest in InsightFX
Yes, you can configure a multilangual site as you can do it in the default Joomla. There are some small Gantry specifics regarding the Multilangual configuration – you have to create a template style for each language. In each style you have to choose the lang-specific-menu. You need to assign the language specific styles to language specific menu-items.
If you want you can download the default Gantry Framework and try it
The Main Menu is set in a Module Position but it is done from the Template Manager not from the Module Manager. Just download the Gantry Framework and you will see what I mean.
Let me know if you need anything else
Thanks for your quick reply; I going to download the Gantry Framework and follow your instructions. I will let you know if I need anything else. I just wanted to avoid the same mistake I made when I bought a Youjoomla template.
Alright man, no problem
Do not hesitate to ask me whatever you need to know before purchasing the template… I know how frustrating it is to purchase something that you cannot use
Hi,
I am thinking about buying this, but saw on the demo that the drop down menu goes off the screen. Is this an issue. I read somewhere that this is a Gantry issue as well.
Hi bruno,
Thank you for your interest in InsightFX
I’m not quite sure I understand what you are talking about.
Would you please make a screenshot describing the menu “issue” and send it to me at joomfxdesign@gmail.com. Then we can continue our discussion via email. Thanks
here is a screen shot from your demo. Just hover over Joomla menu and then over the first child item and you will see the dropdown expand to the right side and go off the screen. Here is the link to the image.. http://postimg.org/image/j25xksrsj/ Thanks
Hi Bruno,
I was waiting for an email as we spoke above but anyway.
1.You are using a Monitor with very low/small resolution. That’s why you see it like this. Of course some other visitors will be with small resolution as well, it is not a problem, I’m just saying that you are with small resolution and that’s why you see it like this.
2. It is absolutely normal that the Menu works like this. This is how it is designed to work. It uses “absolute” position and that’s why the Menu is not set in its container.
3. Another think that you need to consider is “are you going to have a Menu in 3 levels”... I doubt it.
Anyway, with one line of code you can accomplish the following:
http://www.joomfx.com/images/menu1.png http://www.joomfx.com/images/menu2.pngHave a great day.
HI,
Actually, Yes, Most of our sites have 3 levels on the menu, especially when you have a myprofile and under that you have the user links for each component. If that cannot be changed from the drop down to display left, then can the menu be moved left closer to the Logo. That may work or maybe center the entire menu.
Bruno
Hi Bruno,
I’m glad to see you again
Probably you didn’t saw the screenshots I posted in my previous email. Here they are again:
http://www.joomfx.com/images/menu1.png
Also, yes the menu can be floated to the left (currently it is floated to the right).
Both of the above solutions are done by adding few lines of code in the CSS. They cannot be choosen as an option in the Admin Panel.
Once you purchase the template just open a new discussion about this in our Support Forum and I will send you step by step instructions
JoomFX, Great Template! I have a quesiton, I recently purchases a template from another seller here, who I’m sad to say did an equally amazing job, but his support was horrible and still remains unsatisfactory. The template was purchased because client happened to see it and since we’re a very short production schedule. That was the site theme they wanted. In any event, the template was not what I had expected, however some elements I liked and having seen your template, convinced my client to make the transition, since we just don’t the time for me to develop a theme and modules from scratch. My question is does this theme support short codes, as I’d like to migrate over the short codes from the theme we’re using now. Please advise. can’t wait to get my hands on this theme. Keep up the great work! Thank you!
Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in InsightFX
I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed from another author – most of the authors on Themeforest are really nice guys and provide relatively good support.
Anyway, we have a really nice Support Forum which you can use if you purchase the Template.
Regarding the Short Codes – I’m not quite sure what you mean. Yes, InsightFX has some built-in Short Codes (Bootstrap) which you can see in the “Typography” page in the Demo. Apart from that, I’m not sure how do you expect to migrate the Short Codes from the other template to InsightFX… there is no such option in the Admin Panel.
Basically, everything can be migrated from one site (template) to another but it requires some HTML/CSS knowledge.
Let me know if you need anything else
JoomFX, Thank you, that’s exactly what I need to know. The coding won’t be the problem. As of the CSS I’ll just create an over-ride so it wouldn’t affect any updates you might make to this theme. Conferring with my client today and getting the ok to purchase this template. Thank you for your response.
Great ! Thank you for the update webbyradio
By the way great response times to everyone’s inquiries. I know it’s possible some posts fall through the cracks. But I noticed most of the questions and comments here get relatively quick responses. Thank you for that.
Thank you
Yes, I know how important it is for the customers to get a quick response so I do my best
Let me know if you need anything else
Just purchased this awesome template and can’t wait to use it for one of my clients.
Keep up the great work.
Can i also get a login for the support page too.
Thanks.

Thank you very much for the great feedback Koen! It is really much, much appreciated
I’m glad to have a customer like you!
Hi, is it possible using high resolution images on retina displays or similar … maybe another logo if device has high resolution
Hi there,
I’m not sure I completely understand your question
You can change the images and the logo with x2 bigger images so they will look perfectly fine on Retina Displays.
Ehmm yes thats right but it should use hr image for retina display and normal image for non retina display automatically
Impossible. This is not how the Retina Ready sites work. For example, you have an Article, K2 Item – how can you specify two different images for the main image? You just use one image – if you want your website to be Retina Ready, then just use HD images. These HD images will open on both Retina Displays and normal Displays.
No thats not right. Please look at http://retinajs.com/
Look man, I’m not here to argue with you
When I’m telling that it is not possible, it means that it is not possible
I suppose you will ask for more information why it is not possible. So, you are referring to a script that overcomes the issue with the images – the script checks if there is an HD version of particular image and if yes, the script replace the default image with its HD version. So far so good
This will work for static HTML site but not for dynamic websites. What I mean by dynamic? Let me give you an example – you create a K2 Item and you upload an image (image1.jpg) for this Article. Then the K2 Component creates several (cached) versions of this image (for the diferent sizes) and uses them instead of the original “image1.jpg”. The new images have dynamically generate names, for example:
- 2fa67f482133f1c934235b73c2a03954_L.jpg
- 2fa67f482133f1c934235b73c2a03954_M.jpg
- 2fa67f482133f1c934235b73c2a03954_S.jpg
So, as you can see the script you are refering to is useless for dynamic sites (the above is just an example). Yes, you can use the above script and make some of the images in InsighFX (and other CMS templates) to be replaced with their HD version, but you can do that only for images in Custom HTML Modules and some images in the default Joomla Articles
As I told you I’m not here to argue with you
If InsightFX does not work for you then simply purchase another template.
Have a great day
Hi, don’t be so hard to me
I like the theme, OK, I’m not a pro, so asking is not a failore. If u say thats not possible, than I’ve to trust you. Look I looked for some docu and thought in can be possible http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/retina-display-media-query/
If not possible than its not the end, I’m using the theme and I’m very proud of it. My question was only for high resolution displays to show images like logo more detailed
I didn’t mean to be hard on you man, sorry if this is how it sounds. I’m really happy you like the template
You should be able to make some of the images “Retina Ready” with either the script you mentioned or with the CSS-Tricks.com tutorial, but the K2 Images cannot be made “Retina Ready”.... or at least I cannot think of a method to make them “Retina Ready”.
Just try the script and the tutorial on your own. Do some tests and see what can be made “Retina Ready” and what cannot.
If I were in your shoes I wouldn’t worry that much for the “Retina Ready” thing… after all, the content is important (the text/information of the site)
Man, please register at our Support Forum where is the one and only place for Support. You might also find some interesting stuff there
Hey JoomFX, i bought your InsightFX Template yesterday because i simply love it.
Everything works great. But I have two questions: 1. If there are any template updates, do i have access to them? 2. I can’t find the option to switch to the boxed preset. Where did you hide it?
Thanks for the great work. I am looking forward to your next products.
Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing InsightFX and for the nice words
Let’s go straight to your questions:
1. Yes, you have access to all updates that will be released. Once you see that the template has been updated, just re-download it from your “Downloads” section. That’s how you will get the latest version
2. Just read the the “Boxed Layout” Chapter in the Documentation
Let me know if you need anything else.
