I recreated articles using the K2 component and inserted images but the images will not show up. i also changed the images that where in the K2 they wont show up on the home page, but they show up when you click on the article.

Hi, have purchased and installed the theme. After the successful restoration your Installation documentation says “You’re now in the end of installation process, and then you must now directly remove the installation folder. But, Sometimes this process could not write to the configuration.php file. So you should have this below image, and follow the instruction to copy the content of the box to your configuration.php file”

I have removed the Installation Directory with filezilla to make it´s gone. But what do you mean with the “below Image”? I cannot see an image below that text line. Can you tell me how the configuration.php should look like at the end of the Installation?

Greetings, this is a nice template but i need to fix some problems.

1) how can I increase the logo height ? I tried changing the parameters in the Template Manager, Basic tab but nothing happens, the logo is still 31 px height 2) how can I hide the Helix framework logo at the bottom of the page ? And the “Powered by Joomla” text, also at the bottom ? 3) I have some problems with the menù when using phone device: in the homepage part of the menu is under the slide bar. I noticed that with this kind of devices in the “Live Demo” the menu become a combobox that works well. How can I fix it ?

I would like to share my expreiences with this template. Basically I like it, that’s why I bought it, but there are things, which you have to calculate before buying not to get surprised…

(I like to update modules, core components in order to get fixes, new features….)

1. Updating Helix framework to 2.1.1 – the map module stop working (it shows just coordinates) – the menu damages, when you check your site e.g. on a tablet (luck: you can downgrade to the original version without problems)

2. Updating News Show Pro GK5 to the latest: the “scroller” will not work properly (luck: you can downgrade to the original version without problems)

3. Updating RokSprocket to the lates version: the “link” icon and the tags go under the picture (downgrading is tricky, took 2-3 hours for me to find a solution without starting everything from the beginning. It didn’t work with the original file came with the template package)

4. You can not specify custom link / custom item to show as a 404 page e.g. using sh404SEF (it is working with J2.5 on an other side)

Then, the “main body” elements haven’t any style? I’m saying this because when i active the featured articles at “component position” or menu elements at “left” or “right” positions, they haven’t any style… Is that ok or i’m forgetting something??

Oh and I just wanted to add a comment. For you that are having trouble getting it installed, just post your problems and let them help you. I had a few big problems on the install, turned it over to them and in like 48 hours it was up and going. These guys have excellent support and really have a quick turn time on your questions and assistance. I wouldn’t throw in the towel just yet. Our project is coming along very nicely so far.

Got a quick question. On the Contact Map (module), I have failed to find the correct syntax for the lat and long. I put my location in ( WGS84 style: 31.997486, -102.078078 as well as Decimal Minutes: (GPS) N31 59.84915 W102 4.68468 or Degrees Minutes Seconds: N 31° 59’ 50.949”, W 102° 4’ 41.0808” and it still shows an Aussie location.

Is there somewhere else that I need to adjust this other than the Contact Map module? Is there a Global setting I haven’t seen?

I can’t seem to get the basic theme to display. I just uploaded theme-org to my server. Joomla seems to recognize the components, but nothing displays. The preview doesn’t work either from the admin template manager: http://69.195.124.129/~txnawgjo/index.php?tp=1&template=theme-org – but the previews from the base templates do work. I tried adding a logo to see if that would display, but again, nothing.

I’m sure it’s something that I’m doing wrong or missing.

Please help.
