Hi, I’m taking over the creation of a website that was started using your theme http://thegingertech.com/studio55/ The previous developer put the menu at the bottom, and stylized it (put logo there, buttons, social icons etc). The client really loves it, wants to keep it but whatever was done has broken it somewhat on mobile devices. I was wondering if you’d be interested in working with the theme and customizing it for us so it’s like the new version but works. Hi, This shouldn’t be. I’ll need to check your site url and wp admin settings. Could you recheck if you received support forum password ( Check junk folder – maybe it got filtered ). You can try doing requesting a new password with forgot password. I’ve updated to WP 3.6.1 and new theme but still having trouble with the video on home page. Got this message:

Hi, You can use the choices given under the post editor page. The choices include background slideshow as well as static image choices.

1. Theme is WPML compatible.
2. Music is currently active for fullscreen slideshow posts and audio blog posts. You can check them from demo
3. Theme only requires a full functional WordPress. If you can make sure through your webhost if it can run WordPress then it’ll be ok.
3. WordPress admin has a menu builder which you can build the menu. The theme will pick up assigned menus from there.
Buttons are not currently supported inside the menu. You can checkout the demo how menu system works.

I have never had so many issues with a theme in all the years I have been building websites. Home Service Boxes are not appearing on Home page. Portfolio Category option on pages do not allow me to change to ALL THE ITEMS…

Hello I bought your theme today and am experiencing a small problem. I can’t change the background colour of the caption box through the options menu. The box remains black whatever colour I choose, except for when I change the slideshow control panel to the same colour as I wish the caption background to be, then both change to the new colour. Any help/fix for that problem? Filip

You likely have installed the theme inside a subfolder of the theme folder. Could you check on this.
Correct way is /themes/rsw/
Incorrect is /themes/rsw/rsw/

Hi Guys. Just bought the theme and love it. One thing that i cant solve. How do you make your home page a full screen page ? Do you build a page called home and do it that way…...i did this and it has a grey content box that i cant get rid of and the music doesn’t work. Or is there a way of a full screen page being your home page by default. Hi,
You can set fullscreen posts as homepage via theme options. For this don’t set a static page as homepage – leave those settings as default which is ‘Frontpage’ display ‘latest posts’. I’ve described the process in Help Guide PDF file found in the download pack.

Hi there. I am sorry to use these medium again but i cant see how to post on your support forum…...i have registered and looked and looked and there is no icon saying New Post, can you help with that.
But anyway on the above subject I am still struggling and its driving me mad. I have created a ‘Fullscreen Page’ put in an image and a sound clip, previews this and it all looks great. Then i went to options, ‘Main Page’ and under the heading ‘Select Main Full Page Screen’ there is a drop down box and i selected my ‘Full Screen Page’ I created.
I then go to the site and look and its not working, its going to the default background image and still with a grey content box.

I cant find anywhere on the settings where it says ‘Frontpage’ display ‘latest posts’ in order to se these settings.
I know this is crazy and its such a silly thing but i just can not work this out, when i build a brand new ‘Full Screen Page’ from scratch just to be sure then go to settings and on the ‘Main Page’ heading set this as the home page and go to my home page…..same again it just defaults to the default image page and says ‘Not Found’ in the heading.
Could you please help this problem has been giving me a headache for a week now…..Apart from this i am loving this theme though and have solved much bigger problems than this without support.

I bought the theme a while back and was hoping I’d come back and see some more features added. Is there now more customization with the boxes on the front, or is custom coding still required to change the number of boxes?

Some friends asked me to fix their wordpress site. it has digon installed and returns Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() and I can’t login into the wordpress backoffice… I tried to uninstall the theme erasing or renaming it but nothing is working… I want to know what I have to do to fix it. I also delete the plugins, etc. They pay for someone to make their site but they don’t have access to the update. They want to know what happen if they buy the theme but after updating, the error is still there… Please help us
Hi, You’ll need to download the latest version of theme. The fix for this was released 4 months prior to official launch of WordPress 3.6 . FTP upload is recommended.
You can ask your friend to get in touch with the purchaser of the theme to download the update.

Yes. Theme will work as it’s displayed in the demo by following Help Guide. All features of the theme will be as in demo out of box, otherwise it can be refunded by contacting themeforest support.

Hi, You can upload just one image as an image attachment. Same process as uploading a slideshow set , except keep just one image. When there’s one image slideshow won’t activate.

Hi, Select ‘Slideshow’ instead of ‘Slideshow-plus-captions’ as Fullscreen page type. This choice is available when you edit or add new Fullscreen posts – below contents editor of page.

Hi, This isn’t a feature currently. One way is to load the pages using ajax this way you can supply a continuous stream across pages. Currently every page load will refresh.
