You can set/change those text under Appearance->Theme Options->Slider.

You need to select your slider there from ‘Choose slider id for edit’, after that you will see texts in for example ‘SLIDER IMAGE TITLE 1’ text field. Edit/remove it as you would like to, then click ‘Save Options’ button.

I’m having problems with installing the theme. I downloaded Installable WordPress file only, but when I try to install I get the Wordpress Failure Notice “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” When I tried to install any other there there is no issues.

1. Default slider doesn’t support videos. But you can install some other one for purposes like this.
2. Yes, those are widgets, so you can simply remove them from widget area.

we decided to purchase this theme to develop a simple site for our dental clinic, however wished to try it first – downloaded the archive with theme and activated it, then imported dummy content exactly accordingly to the video-instruction, BUT: on the step of deleting unused widgets (required by that instruction) we found that this theme make wordpress completely inoperable in the widgets section; we can’t drag any widget anywhere and we can’t get any item on that page dropped-down – even to get an option to delete. We have tried it on both 3.5.2 and 3.6.1 versions of clean wordpress with all the same trouble; the question is how can we purchase this theme if it makes wordpress inoperable and there’s no solution published to this trouble?

Of course we would never develop a site based on illegally obtained product – that’s definitely ridiculous. But before purchasing the product for such considerable for us amount we wanted to make sure it works and we found it doesn’t. Naturally we inquired here; and expected the vendor willing to sell his product should be glad to explain that this trouble has the solution and we shouldn’t be afraid to purchase it. But it sounds strange: you are doubtful about the solution. It is pity that we should search for alternate theme for our future site. Sorry.

Theme doesn’t include this type of menu but you can use list component to create such a menu or some external plugin.
The Theme does not work with wpml (wordpress 3.6.1 + sitepress-multilingual-cms.2.9.2)
first i thougt the wpml plugin is responsible, but after changing to standard theme wpml works…
