In the meantime, you can make your own 404-page with using the empty.html and write something like “Oooops, Page Not Found” in <h1> in the content area.

Admin Templates on ThemeForest are frontends for backends. You can use this templates as a starting point for a custom backend system. The use cases are up to your specific requirements, for example you could use it to build an online shop/ financial application/ event management/ booking system/ content management system etc. Basically, it’s exactly what the title says: a template. It’s up to you to implement the logic and things like database support.

In the meantime, you can use for example the feed-list, a simple table without borders, paragraphs or something like that.

do you mean the sidebar or the top navigation bar? If you mean the top navigation bar, you can simply remove the classes hidden-xs hidden-sm to show it on smaller screens. There you would have also found this thread: [Solved] Header Top Left Menu visible on Smartphones.
