Our E-commerce pages particularly the blue add to cart buttons, aren’t working for us. We have installed Woo commerce and imported the dummy data as well however our shop pages and individual product pages don’t aren’t formatted correctly please advise otherwise the theme looks amazing!

I have just purchased this theme and I have to say that whilst the demo looks great, your core support for something as basic as filezilla upload is APPALLING!
I have bought DOZENS of themes from Themeforest and am a paid Support Team member in one of them.
I’ll give it another 30 minutes, on my third downloaded FTP client then I’m gonna give up and demand a refund!
If you are gonna add a filezilla “fix” to your documentation, don’t you think that you might have either learned something about packing your theme since the 2011 notes your reference?

I am interested in purchasing this and I was unable to find if it supported more than the colors that were on the demo. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Also, what are the primary differences between this and the Subway theme? I’m having a tough time deciding.

Our theme is highly customizable and you can use any colors you want. We just picked some colors for demo toolbar.
Main difference between Subway and this theme is that Subway has Visual Composer (page builder) integrated.

The conflict issue that i was encountering with your theme and the “events Calender pro” plugin has now been resolved by the authors of that plugin via a gist they have given me. However they’ve asked me to pass on the below, so that you can hopefully fix the problem naively in your next update. Let me know if you’d like a copy of the gist or to connect you directly with the developers.
FROM THE DEVELOPER: ”.........the developer who looked into your issue, wanted me to point out that the root cause of the issue you’re seeing is that the datepicker that comes with the Satellite7 theme was breaking our datepicker. This snippet should fix that. I should also let you know that we don’t usually provide theme support (That’s something the theme developer needs to be in charge of.), but we decided to work with you since you’ve been so responsive and helpful in our troubleshooting. It might be worthwhile to suggest to the theme developers that they should only enqueue their scripts on their own pages….........”

I have created a fresh install of wordpress several times with hope to upload this theme without getting the white screen of death. I have no plugins installed or activated, I have tried uploading the theme in 2 different ftp programs as well as through the admin of the site. I created a version of the site on my localhost and use xampp for testing. The theme appears to work great there but not on a live server. What do I do to fix this? My clients website is down and I need to get this new theme installed and working asap!

2. That can be done if you edit our portfolio_list shortcode in the includes/shortcodes.php file
3. Yes, you can do that for every page: Title height (px) / Only if title image is not responsive field in Qode Custom fields

Hello,
I am having a slight issue with the contacts page. For some reason I am not able to receive any online enquiries. I have filled in the “mail to” to go to our info email address. The “mail from” as the same address. The form displays and afer you submit it has the thank you message – however nothing comes through on my end.
Am I doing something wrong?

There is no problem with the menu. I see that on a phone the header vanishes as i scroll down. Is it possible to fix the header so that it stays fixed when user scrolls down? next does the theme support adding a footer for terms, faq, ...... next to the copyright

Unfortunately, there is no way to make mobile header fixed. This works only for standard header.
You can add html manually and create menu in the footer bottom area. If you want to add it to one of footer columns, you can do that via Custom Menu widget.
