Minimum theme doesn’t have filed for address, it has field for iframe, so you should enter iframe in that filed. After that, you need to create page for which you should choose “Contact page” template, and that’s it.

Probably you are using plugin that is not compatibile with ajax page transitions. You could turn off ajax page transitions in Qode Options -> General Options.
Also we have noticed that your version of theme is very old (2.0.8). Current is 2.2.1. Could you please update your theme because we fixed and improved a lot of things.

I realize you guys must be swamped, but I think part of the problem is that you guys are answering support questions here, rather than directing clients to the support page. The benefit of having everyone go to the support page is that as a community we won’t be asking as many REPEAT questions and we’ll be able to learn from each others issues.
Can I please recommend you start directing buyers to your support site?

I asked you a few issues about this template what I have. U redirect me to your support site Ticksy like u do with everybody. Once we register on your ticksy website to submit our issue, we don’t get any response from you.
The support is very lack in my opinion.
I wish I get some help over here:
- When I put my iPad on the horizon I want the mobile menu be activated. - When I bookmark the template on my iPad on the homescreen, I get a image that is activated on the page not the FAVICON as I want (added favicon as PNG) like when you bookmark the google page on the homescreen. - PARALLAX does not working fine on the iOS. only on the WP8 mobile and PC.
I wish to get your support over here so others see also that you take some attention on it.

We are answering on all tickets, but sometimes it takes time to answer since we have more than 10 themes to handle.
Regarding mobile menu, activating of mobile menu depends on device width, if device width is wider than set width, mobile menu will not be activated that’s the way how logic works. You can change set widths in responsive.css (responsive.min.css which is used in theme) by changing “media queries” with specific widths and put those widths wider.
Regrading favicon, you should upload favicon (ico format) via Qode Options -> General Options -> Favicon. Did you set your favicon like this?
Regarding parallax, we are aware that parallax is not quite good on ios devices, since ios is stopping all events on scroll, so that’s why you maybe not see “parallax movement” while you scroll page. That’s the way iOs works. We could help you to turn off parallax on touch devices via some custom css if you like.

Dear Qode,
Thanks for your answer. Regarding your answer on the mobile part: I bought 30+ responsive template’s from themeforest and they are all activated the mobile menu. Since I made the menu shorter I just keep it as it is but made the template more width on the iPad version.
Regarding the favicon: adding this code will fix my issue in the header: <link rel=”apple-touch-icon” href=”<?php echo $qode_options[‘favicon_image’]; ?>”/>
Regarding parallax, it’s okey as it is now.

It’s kinda annoying to see your team publish a new theme every other time with cool new future in it but you won’t implement them to this theme. It’s like you force your buyers to buy new ones every time.

Some features require changes of base framework and that would result for some existing features not to work, because they are already inserted in content (based on existing framework). We are trying to upgrade previous themes where development and framework structure allow us to do so.

All of the images are more than 1000 pixels, actually a minimim of 1200. Except the smaller images which are within the coloured plain backgrounds an it is impossibleto make these more.
How can this be the reason?
Also i have the exact demo theme paralax dummy images in there all I have done is replaced 2 or three bqckground images that work fine on any desktop/ laptop

We don’t see that all of tour images are more than 1000px in height. They are 692px and 651px.

If all of them are more than 1000 then if the visible hieght is set in the code as 300 or 600 it shows the wrong part of the image so this will compromise the look of this in all systems so how do I manage this?

As for the images, you’ll need them to make higher and set wanted “cadre” on right place.
As for the content, sorry, our bad, we know for that bug, it is fixed but not yet released. Until than, put this in custom css filed in Qode Options:

Hi,
the theme doesn’t work on iPhone. The menu appears as big grey box and instead of the slider and his photos it can be read the characteristics of the theme, do you know what I mean? We read “this theme is blah, blah…” Always in the iPhone.
In the iPad it works a little better but not it is perfect.
And which size for the photos do you recommend for the big slider?

This theme is responsive. On smaller screens you will see “mobile menu”, it suppose to be that way.
Regarding slider, what you mean by “it can be read the characteristics of the theme”? If you mean on demo toolbar, you can disable it in Qode Options -> General Options -> Demo Toolbar.

IOS devices can’t handle parallax same as computers, because they pause any JavaScript code manipulating DOM elements on scroll. It still looks decent on IOS devices. We can inspect both of your problems if you submit ticket to http://qode.ticksy.com/ and include URL to your web site.

I tried to do this discreetly via your support email, but an automated reply told me to post here. So here goes…
I am very disappointed with the Minimum theme and the lack of support from Qode.
The documentation is lacking. Please see ticket #108737
The code is VERY difficult to debug as there are no comments and conditional loops are not indented properly
The support is very slow: #107602 – 11 days, #110622 – 21 days and counting, #110465 – 8 days, #110579 – 8 days, #108954 – 7 days
The response, when received can be: misleading – #107602, dismissive – #110759, ineffective – #107602, #110465, #108954 or ignored – 110622.
The most serious problem was raised in #116944 (SEO). This does not appear to be an easy fix and there has been no response.
This theme is far too buggy to use for production at this time. I therefore request a full refund. I will not be using this theme.

It’s not entirely true that your tickets are not handled at all. Only ticket not being handled is the one regarding SEO, as that requires update of the theme, which is going to be submitted tomorrow.

1. We don’t see any problem here, we have tested this on our local copy and everything seems to be fine. We have Blog Pages created in “Page” section, and there we disabled title for every blog page. Could you be more specific about this or give us a temp access to your admin to take a closer look?
2. We don’t have 4 columns for blog, we have at most 3 cols. It is “Blog Template 3”. But if you want a side bar too (maybe that’s why you think it is a four column template), you just enable sidebar on this page in “Qode Custom Fileds” (Sidebar 1/4 righr or Sidebar 1/4 left

I am extremely disappointed with this theme. It does not have the basic functionality one would expect in a blog section where you can click to ‘next post’ and ‘prev post’ at the bottom of a post. I hope we can fix the portfolio problem as well.
While we are at it, there is also an issue with the order of portfolio items, which I submitted in ticket 91772. Firstly you cannot change the order of portfolio items, and secondly clicking ‘next’ to cycle through each portfolio item does not work properly, it skips some items out completely.
