Thanks for the comments. Most likely our shortcodes use a different setup than VC is use to, so it would take customization to get that to work properly. However, we are building our own custom page builder that will be perfectly fit for Avada and our future themes, its being worked on now, but we cannot give out an ETA for when it will be done. But it is coming!

Also, make sure you are on v3.2 or higher, we added a shortcode generator that is a good in-between for the time being.

Yes we are adding one to the theme as we’ve mentioned before, its currently being worked on but is a HUGE project, and it will release with 4.0. There is no set ETA for that yet, we are not comfortable with giving out that information. But I can absolutely assure you 100%, a page builder is coming to Avada and its already being worked on daily.

Sounds great, don’t let us wait too long. The clients love the Page Builder stuff because the don’t like to see them Shortcode Tags.

We are building it from the ground up, its our own custom page builder. It will be released once its ready, and you will know when its released as long as you get notified of theme updates on your downloads tab.

Animations are not supported in IE8, so they are disabled, that is normal and expected behaviour. CSS3 animations are advanced and IE8 does not support even older types of standards.

Demo content does not include our exact demo images, or all of the sliders. But it does include posts, pages, 2 layer sliders, 2 rev slides, 1 flex slider, 1 elastic slider, 1 theme fusion slider, some sidebars with widgets, theme options, etc. Really the only thing it does not include are all of the sliders and that is due to teh fact that we have dozens of them and most servers cannot import that much content. However, you can download the other sliders from our support forum, but they will not include images, but can be used for settings. Something else our demo content does not include are duplicate pages, for example we have over 35 portfolio pages on our demo showing users each configuration, that is not necessary for demo content because all they are is a different page template chosen, which takes one click. So we include the basic ones needed, then you can change the page template for your needs. THere are also a few other pages not included like all the feature pages, that is the exact same page with just different image and text on it for our demo, we only include one of those pages. So those are examples.

Column shortcodes are with all the other shortcodes, you can access them in the shortcode dropdown prior to 3.2, or use the new shortcode generator.

Those settings in the rev slider will not hide the entire slider. But we have built in our own option called a “fallback image”, You can insert a fallback image into the page via the page options box and that will show instead of the rev slider on mobile.

the iFrame is the top purchase bar with logo and cart icons.

There is no longer need for XML files. We have a built in demo content importer, directly in theme options on the General tab. And its even better than XML files because its imports everything, not just pages and posts. It gives you pages, posts, sliders, widgets, sidebars, theme options and more.

Yes you need to use the [title] shortcode, it has the lines already integrated. It only uses the double lines but you can use it with H1-H6 headings.

Yes you can use the free Contact Form 7 plugin to insert a form shortcode anywhere on the page.

Our reply times vary between 4-24 hours. It depends on how busy things are, but we get to each and everyone. We have an entire staff that works our forum (4 staff members, plus myself and Muhammad who are the founders). We work vey hard on support and out it as a #1 priority.

Yes the theme comes with the demo content, however it does not come with the exact same images as those are licensed stock images. And we do include sample sliders in the demo content import, but not all of our sliders are included as there are many on our demo and the overall package would be too big. But we include 2 rev sliders, 2 layer sliders, 1 flex slider, 1 elastic slider, 1 themefusion slider. Everything you need to get started.

And if you do want our other demo sliders for layer and revolution slider, you can download them from our forum and import them individually.

You will really like our demo content, its all done via theme options with one button. Simply click the importer button and it gives you all the content, pages, posts, sliders, widgets, theme options, sidebars and more, its very nice.
