I would like to ask for help in the followings: - I am running the Joomla 3.1 based version of the template. What is the correct order to install the updated page (). - How can I solve my searching problem? If I type certain words, I get “server error 500…” error page. How can I correct this? - in the updated package the responsive menu still does not work. When will it corrected? Maybe in the next Helix release? It is because of Helix framework?

I tried to convince my customer to change template, by explaining him that this one contained too many faults, but he don’t want. Then I must to continue with. In every update of Joomla, I loses a module. Today, another surprise, I make the update of Joomla 3.21 and I loses the module ” contact map ”. THERE is not map anymore, just a line of code. I always have these lines of code at the top of page. You say me « it’s a PHP notice.Just set in the php.ini display_errors = Off » I have never found this file (php.ini). Hello guys, let me first congratulate for this amazing template.

One issue raised today: as I was viewing the website on an iPhone (I’ve actually tried 3 different iOS devices) the menu doesn’t seem to be working. The responsive menu is collapsed, and looking fine on any device, it just wouldn’t do anything when I tap on any menu item.

1) Is there a easy way to increase the text font in the body of the text boxes? Or on the pages?

2) On my ipad and mobile one of the square boxes bellow the slide show titles overlaps the text body. I have a screen shot but Themeforest wont let me upload it.

I am waiting since almost two weeks for your answer regarding my questions.

What should I do with the “search” problem? 1. Although I Index the site(Intelligent searching), the “search” function does not work properly, I get Internal server Error message. You can try it with this word: fejlesztés OR domain (live url: http://kotoit.hu)

2. I found the new version of the template. (If I restore the quickstart package, everything works fine). What is the correct method to update my live site avoiding misfunctionalities, what is the correct upgrade order: for example (this is not working this way): 1. joomla 3.2 2. helix 3. template (after it the extensions can not be installed) ...

fist of all: proma is a great theme!

But there are problems with the quick start package and Joomla 3.2. The way of updating that is described on your support page (http://webthemer.com/support/how-to-convert-joomla-quickstart-2-5-to-3-1.html) does not work.

At the end of the update process (option=com_joomlaupdate&task=update.finalise) only a white screen is shown. This is also valid for the front end. Finally, a complete re-installation is necessary. (I tried the complete process 3 times).

Please, provide a quick start package for Joomla 3.2; otherwise, the theme is for Joomla 3.2 users worthless… (After spending a full day a solutions is required.)

Dear Developer we have purchase Theme Org template and have installed locally and and worked as per our requirement and uploaded on to the test server please see the below link http://epromis2013.webdigi.co.uk/ we have given the gradient color for the menus and under testimonials side and where ever required but the problem is that we cannot able to see the same website result in all browsers in every browser result is different, it is working perfectly in mozilla firefox, minor issues with google chrome but horrible in IE,and also can you please tell me how can I make URL as search engine friendly, now its opening a very big link with date and time which i dont require. can you please us suggestions for these two issues i.e. browser comptability and search engine friendly url.

i am also using this theme. i was also troubled with some problem but that problems was not with themes it was my mistakes and i never found any error in this theme. currently i have made website and its working fine. and i hope iconsys will upload joomla 3.2 very soon.

Slumdoggr: Hello, we bought ThemeOrg template a couple of days ago. Unfortunately there are tons of problems…

First we tried to install it to Joomla 3.1.4 After trying to disable the LESS feature, the theme collapsed. No template setting could be changed whatsoever. No preset style, no fonts, no layout changes,nothing (!)

We tried using Joomla 3.2.0 hoping that with the latest releases, the problems mentioned above would be solved. But in the Template manager, most of the settings tabs are vanished !

Now we are back to Joomla 3.1.4. At list we can see the template settings but not change it. Modules apear and disapear from home page as they like !

Main menu icons do not display, can’t change the font settings, can’t change the layout settings, footer has disapeared, 2 bottom positions have disapeared, headers from bottom position modules do not display, even the popular tags color is wrong compared to that of preset 2. Nothing seems to be working as it sould Hopping for any help… Thanks in advance

Slumdoggr: Hello again. I updated to joomla 3.2 via the joomla core update system. Then, i updated helix framework to 2.1.3 but nothing seems to be fixed. In the backend, and especially in the layout tab in template parameters, nothing can be saved. I add a module position, I save it, I save in the template and the next screen i see i the templates list. And of course nothing has changed.

What should i do next?

We are using Hellix II freamwork for develop theme. we are also facing this kind of problem and we will finding the solution now. this is freamwork problem. we will release leatest version of joomla 3.2 as soon as posiblem…

@slumdoggr: I can just talk for myself, but everytime I had troubles, I talk to iconsys and I got an answer. Also while waiting I too did some checks to solve some troubles by myself. Sometimes it’s not the theme to be broken, but 3rd parties plugins… As happened with Helix and now with RokSprocket… I’m using this theme without problems now and I happy with it!

i dont understand why this item is still on sale, since it’s not working ! We are allready 6 days off schedule, waiting for framework to be fixed.

Please provide a solution, or an alternative…

Roksprocket update breaks the portfolio (mosaic) under Joomla 3.2… I’m checking for a solution… Hoping it’s not a bug with that plugin…
